Thank you Danielle Manager and Will technician are amazing. Danielle's professionalism is unmatched. I called for a wheel alignment she got me right in same day. Her technician found some other issues that I will return to get done. I have found a new home for my auto care needs. Thank you again Danielle Blessings see you soon.

I went in to have my tires looked at because they had two nails in them on walking in the manger on his phone and right off the back was like how can I help you in a rude tone, I didn t mind this as I understood that they had long day and it was about closing time with two hours to go. I explained my case to him and he said let s go check it out on brief inspection says you need new tires, we can t help you unless you buy new tires. I didn t appreciate his attitude and poor customer service. Luckily both tires where still drivable so went some place else and got them fixed. Wasn t happy with the customer service at all.

Whatever you do please don't allow this location to install spark plugs. Took my car to them to get plugs changed and after they replaced them my car has been running HORRIBLE!!! You can fill the misfires!!! I believe they installed the plugs wrong but they are not willing to recheck them because I guess it too much work and no manager is ever there. The manager is never available or at the site its ran by the staff who could careless they just there to sit and collecta check while playing video games!!! I should've known better because this location never has any vehicles always slow plus their probably the only pep boys closed on Sundays and I see why. Would've rated it a -10 if I could've.

I have been using Pep Boys for a while for small things just tires and alignment. However, over the last year every time I ve taken my car in for a small tire repair/job or alignment when I get my vehicle back and now makes some sort of new weird noise. About a week ago, I have gotten an alignment done, and when the vehicle was returned, the steering wheel is tilted and stuck in 15� position off of center and now my anti-light is continuously on. Seems like they re breaking other parts of my car just to stay in business. Don t think I ll be taking it back.

The crew here are great Danielle the manager is great Will is a great fast and efficient master tech , Braden and Bryson are great also they all work well together and treat the customers with great respect if they ever leave or are fired I will follow anyone of them to their new shop. Danielle is 110% better than the former manager Kyle.

After trying to go to a couple other spots the day before a major holiday travel weekend, I came to Pep Boys to get my break light fixed. They were so quick and helpful that I was in and out before I could settle in for the dreaded trip to the auto shop. Thanks yall!

Went to have a tire fixed, the employees there was totally rude, didnt even take the tire off the car and to see if it could be fixed.Sorry PepBoys, lost the business.The rudness is unnecessary.By the way, we was able to have it fixed around the corner.

Pep Boys personnel is friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date on the status of my car; called me to let me know it was ready. When I went to pick it up they explained all the services they did and the explanation of cost. Extremely helpful, would recommend.

I have always been so pleased with every Pep Boys experience I ve had previously, until I came to this location. I had made two appointments to have diagnostics done on my car, and both times they were unable to get it done. The first appointment, they told me when I dropped off that they may not get to the diagnostics that day, and I was okay with it. I picked up my car later that evening with 0 diagnostics done (they did do my oil change 6 hours after I dropped my car off) and rescheduled for another day later in the week. Fast forward to that second appointment day- I drop my car off before they even open, I called at 8 am to tell them that the car was there and went over what diagnostics were needed again. They told me that they would call me around noon with what they found. 330 pm rolls around and they hadn t even checked it yet. I went to pick up my car at 5 pm and they still hadn t looked at it. I surely hope that they don t make customers wait in the shop for this long. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere

My review is just for electric vehicles.I recommend taking your Tesla to Pep boys! Pep Boys offers lifetime warranty for wheel alignment and the cost starts at $199 plus $30 off coupon from their website.They are caring. Better service so far compared to Firestone (EV wise).

I needed an oil change on my car. I decided to go to this particular store due to their availability, convenience, and distance from my home; especially with me being new to the area. After taking my car to the bay to get serviced, the gentleman at the front desk stated they refuse to service the vehicle due to my car experiencing shakes. When asked if they could do the oil change and examine the reason for the condition they stated the servicemen didn t feel comfortable doing the job. I stated to them the car just needed a tune up and I proceeded to exit the building. I was very upset at this level of reasoning and service. I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube; in which, they completed my oil change and gave me a quote for the tune-up on my car with no hesitation.

Great experience getting a new battery. I spent less than an hour there and everyone was very professional. The young man at the desk was so attentive and was very engaged with all the customers. I was impressed with the way he acknowledged each person and told them a timeline Thank you for coming in, I will be with you in about 5 minutes. That doesn t happen very often, these days.They really saved me when I was in a time crunch. I highly recommend this location, will use them again.

. Paid $82 for a sencer that wasn't compatible with my car. When they finally got the correct sencer (4 days later) I came in for the appointment and was told there was no technician working and the man behind the desk wouldn't swap out the sencer because he wasn't supposed to be working that day. He gave me the sencer, now I have to pay some one else to put it in and program it. Worse place I have ever delt with.

Set up an appointment online. However, still had to wait another 30 minutes before work was begun. Also lifted my pickup under the running board, instead of the frame. They did see the problem, lowered truck and reset lift points.

I called and they set an appt up for my two vehicles the next day. They were very helpful and got both vehicles taken care of. I was having trouble with one of my cars but they were very patient with me until I got it all sorted out. Highly recommend this location.

After recently fixing my radiator (not at Pep Boys) I was overwhelmed when my belt (drive belt? Serpentine?) fell off and my car broke down- with a toddler in my vehicle. After explaining my situation to the area supervisor, he did an excellent job to help me out and solve the issue I was having. He was incredibly thoughtful as well. Kyle also was very patient with me and understanding. I was impressed and will be coming back for more services here.

This is a great place to take your car for servicing! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by Marlon who is so kind and helpful. The techs are efficient and ease my mind with what is going on with my car. Definitely recommend and will return!

I went in to get 4 tires replaced. Kyle the manager was very friendly and professional this part of my visit went well. After 2 hours I was kind of wondering what was taking so long but if the job gets done right I don't mind waiting ( that was my mind set) . Well when I left about 5-6 min down the road my tire pressure light came on that 1 tire had low pressure 20psi. My tire was at 8 psi when I got home. I couldn't stop and turn around because the store was already closed (7:05pm) and there was too much traffic.When I check the rest of my tires I had to add air to all of them . They are still leaking but I will go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Marlon was very unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with. I do not recommend requesting anything of him which might inconvenience him, and on top of that, he'll "get to it" when he feels like it. His attitude made me choose to take my business elsewhere because I didn't want my money contributing to his paycheck. Today was the first time I set foot into a pep boys, and my encounter with Marlon was a horrendous first impression. Not a good look if these are the kind of people that are being hired.

Came for an alignment and 2 tire balance. I am a mechanic, but do not have an expensive alignment rack. They were trying to tell me I needed new tires after looking at them from 100yards away (in the parking lot). I did not need tired. They will try to get you to upgrade/buy all kinds of stuff you don't need. I came to pick up the vehicle and they said they could not find the wheel lock key., so they never balanced the tires. The key was in the glove box where everyone keeps it. They charged $144, which is steep for an alignment. They never gave me the alignment sheet, to see where the alignment was and what they corrected it to. They could not provide this even upon request. ***HUGE RED FLAG*** I am not sure/don't have any proof that they actually did anything. I will be avoiding this place at all costs.

After getting the run around at a couple other big name tire shops Pep Boys in Mckinney is the place to go. Excellent service, took excellent care of my wife and her tire needs. Will definitely return to this shop.

Kyle, Octavio and David at Pep Boys in McKinney was phenomenal. I called on the phone and spoke to Kyle first before coming in to verify the price of a Pre-Purchase Inspection, he told me the price and placed me on a brief hold to help out a client in the store. Things took a little longer than expected but instead of keeping me on hold for longer like most people today would do, he asked for a moment with the customer in front of him to let me know he didn t forget about me. I quickly asked him his availability today and verified the address. I came to the store 20 minutes later and he was as professional in person as he was on the phone! I asked about the online price and he helped me figure out how to get it at that price. He offered me a Lyft to either work or home and I declined but I really appreciated the offer. That is a really underrated service that not all places do. He took my notes of the car I might purchase and the car was seen in about and hour, and a little over another hour and it was complete! David was the mechanic who looked at my car! Octavio came out when it was finished and explained everything that was good and went over the CarFax with me. Thankfully there were no issues!Now I feel confident about my used vehicle purchase!Thanks to Kyle, David and Pep Boys! I WILL be coming back!! Thank you Kyle, David and Octavio!

Not only did the guy lie about pricing & wasting my time. I had AAA tow my car to him then after an hr waiting tell me the tire went from 135 to 200. Terrible service & make no freaking since to even call before and get pricing. Don t go to this place bc who ever closes on Tuesday night if your black do not go he will screw you over.
