Hello my name is Sharon and I would highly recommend this place for timely and for sure repairs on your vehicle. I had to drop my vehicle off for repair on this morning and my experience was great from beginning to end. Joel made sure that I was definitely taken care of throughout the entire process; which made me feel as if my vehicle was also in very good hands! I had some other things to take care; so Joel mentioned to me about the Courtesy Shuttle that was available and that I could utilize; while my vehicle was being repaired. My experience with the courtesy shuttle was also a very good one. The driver s name was Emerson and he was very kind, a safe driver, good conversation and customer focused! Hats off and kudos to everyone that was a part of my process and that made my experience an awesome one; that also made me feel a part of the Toyota Family! I will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends!

My first experience with Pat Lobb service. It was very easy. Pull into service, an attendant quickly comes over and checks you in. Your service advisor comes over shortly after, discusses the service you need and sits you down in the waiting area where there is free soft drinks and coffee. I was there for my 20k service and was told a 45 minute wait. Less than a half hour later , I was walking out the door with a great report on my car!! Thank you Pat Lobb and Cannon Campbell for excellent customer service!!

Joel is a super awesome amazing service representative! He and John were beyond helpful and ensure they fully met my service needs. I felt like they had a working knowledge of the issues my vehicle had been my visit. Excellent service. Mike, provided the shuttle ride home! We had a lovely chat and I felt highly prioritized!Others should take notes.

6+ hour wait just to get your car even looked at for a fluid exchange is pretty ridiculous.Everybody was polite, and the dealership is clean- that s where my 2nd star comes from.

Everything was perfect (excellent service advisor suppprt and car repair), until I checked my cabin filter. The cabin filter was obviously not included in the multi point tests.. the cabin filter area was full of both internal and external debris gathered by the rodent that damaged my cables.

Believe me when I say this. I ve had my fair share of terrible dealerships. But this dealership has been the only one truly to help me out of what the others caused in the first place and failed to ever fix. I thank Agrin my service advisor and the team there to get myVehicles safe and road worthy. Yall may have different experiences but my sequoia will not visit another dealer as long as this track record persists.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Every visit to the service department is friendly and easy in& out. I never feel pressured by a pitch to spend more money for services that are not absolutely needed. Joel is my service advisor and does great job of keeping me informed about the progress of the service.I highly recommend Pat Lobb Toyota for service.

This was my first time at the Dealership and my experience was excellent! My service advisor, Joel, kept me updated while my vehicle was being serviced. They got me in and out under an hour. It was such a great experience that I went home and brought back my second vehicle to also get serviced the same day. Even though I didn't have an appointment for my second vehicle, they again got me in and out under an hour.

Honest service advisor, thorough inspection of my vehicle, and everyone was friendly that I encountered. There are free refreshments and individual workspaces in the large, comfortable waiting area. It was my first visit and I promised them I d be coming back.

Great experience over all. Came in for an inspection and treated great. My service writer and manager were very involved. I used Toyota of Richardson previously but will be changing my home dealership to Toyota of McKinney! I will drive a few extra mile for the service they offer here, thanks!

Were always happy to take our vehicles to Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney. Their service is excellent. Our service advisor Hisar does a fantastic job making sure our vehicles are up to date on services required and does a great job helping us with any question or concern we may have.I highly recommend their service.

Outstanding experience overall. I scheduled an appointment online for service for a check engine light, and they were ready for me when I arrived. The intake process was fast and courteous. My service consultant, Ben McCabe, was knowledgeable, transparent, courteous, and kept me informed of the progress. They completed the work ahead of schedule and went above and beyond knowing I needed my vehicle for work. I will definitely go back in the future.

Service department assisted me with navigating my insurance and ultimately I was able to get my entire bill covered. With out their input I would have had to cover all the costs. Their repair work was also quick and they kept me informed throughout the process.

Jonathan at Pat Lobb Toyota took care of a recall issue and got my sequoia in and out quickly. Last maintenance before that Austin handled everything. Both Jonathan and Austin did an amazing job, very attentive and friendly service.

I love having my car serviced here, I ve been coming to this location for over a year and Austin Reed specifically has made every experience fabulous. He is so sweet, and I love that he actively goes above and beyond every time I come in to see him. It s an easy check in, and typically very quick wait times in a very nice lobby area.

Service advisor got me in & out on annual State vehicle inspection for registration within an hour or so. Gave me complimentary car wash voucher when I paid. Thank you for the beverage area while I wait. Today is great start for 2024 at Pat Lobb Toyota McKinney, TX! You did great for me in my quality service & products! Thank you great & small! Good service department! I didn t have an appointment scheduled and they were quick and very accommodating. Colson helped me out in the service department. Also spoke to Camron in sales and he was helpful and very low pressure.

Tammy went above and beyond taking care of me today when I was in for service!! She was very cognizant of my needs for the situation we had for the vehicle we had issues with. She really helped me out by using her team resources and her empathy to get the issues handled to my utmost satisfaction! I had an appt at 10AM and was warmly greeted on time. The gentleman asked me what I needed, then immediately drafted an engineer named Austin to work with me. My intent was to get an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. Communication was fluid and accurate. They declined the oil change as I didn t have enough miles since the previous one. They caught the fact that my battery was low, I needed 2 tires and a new air filter. I am heading out feeling safer, and happy.

This is the best service center in town so far. It started with Rusty who was quick to give me a price and schedule my appointment to the guy who helped us at the service counter. We are really happy with the service we received and we will surely tell everyone we know. Kudos to you all

Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney never fails to deliver top notch service! I came into their dealership needing help and was quickly and efficiently serviced. That s why my husband and I continue to buy and have our cars maintained there. No need to look any where else!
