I like this location as I've been going there for years and know a few of the employees. Never too crowded so I can get in and out quickly.

Worst Customer Service ever, waited in line more 10 than minutes and no one was in front of me, the lady kept talking on the phone and made me wait instead of helping me checking out two items.

Im guessing with all the great reviews on here I must have caught them on a bad day. My experience with this store was not good. My battery would not turn over my car so I ended up having to remove it and walk to the store with the battery. The battery was still under warranty for a few more weeks. They said they could not cover it under warranty even though the battery was still under warranty. They did test it and it tested bad. Apparently if another car shop purchases the battery for you the warranty doesn t apply to you even though it s in your car. Lesson learned there. The thing I did not appreciate was being accused of stealing the battery and trying to return it two years later for a new one. The man I talked to was an older gentleman and assumed I was trying to rip them off. I m guessing he came to this conclusion because I walked in the store with just the battery and did not have a car. I only went to this store because it was within walking distance of my home. I wouldn t recommend purchasing their batteries. Low quality and don t last long at all. They are sure to never start.

So seems that the heat now in Texas is killing car batteries and I became a victim. Luckily I wasn't far from this place but could not get a jump start and was asking them if they had my battery in stock.They did and one of their people Dawn was actually heading out to lunch and when I said where I was she offered to come by jump start my car so I can head on over to get a replacement battery.Let's face it that's nothing short of Awesome. And of course I didn't have the tools to take care of it but Leslie was awesome and helped provide every tool that I needed. eAnd when I asked a stupid question and I'm just going to blame that on the extreme heat, she answered it easily.Highly reccond this place and they know their stuff!

I love this O 'reillys . They are so knowledgeable. I recently went into the AutoZone that's actually around the corner from them. And they we're going to give me the wrong part to my car. Didn't sound right to me so I went around the corner to O'Reilly's and they hook me up with no problem.

Husband ran in for a quick bulb needed on taillight. He was directed to the right place, and then they answered his other questions just as quickly. Always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff!

This place is nearby and most the time I am running in, borrowing the code reader and then running out. Other times I am just running in to pick something up quickly. Today it occurred to me every time I am here I am in a rush, stressed about the car, look like hell and not being the best human possible. However, everyone who works there seems very nice, helpful and makes an effort even if I don't. I have never left feeling bad about going there and I felt obligated to just point out they are doing a great job.

Went in for new headlights Brenden was very helpful and helped me change my old lights out and new ones in, took like 5 minutes max. Highly recommend

I have bought great products from O'Reillys in the past, particularly the store on Ridge Rd. in McKinney, TX. However this store has an employee that has twice greatly disappointed me. I don't know his name, but he is a slender black man. My first encounter with him was regarding a battery for an ATV, I asked for advice and his reply was IDK anything about those. Another employee gave me advice and showed me the product. The second time was regarding a potential spark plug purchase. My vehicle came with Iridium plugs, and I wanted the same, did my research and went to the store to buy them. Same guy first tells me copper is original, and Iridium doesn't fit my 2005 Tundra. I tell him I want a specific Autolite XP3923 which not only your website says fits, but any other automotive website states as well. There is a rebate on them, he states "I wouldn't know anything about that", and also states the plugs are $1.70 higher a piece than online.So I leave, check the website at home and confirm my initial findings. I wind up checking around, and found the same plugs somewhere else for almost $2 cheaper a piece, saving me $16. And I still get the rebate through Autolite, so the $10.99 per price he quoted, I wound up (after rebate) getting the same plugs for about $4.30 eachSo not only did this clerk cost the store on Ridge Rd a sale yesterday, he also cost that particular store a longtime client.

Becca, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose a new set of wiper blades for my car. Not only was she super friendly, she even offered to put the wiper blades on my car for me! I have to admit - I didn t know if I was going to screw it up if it did them myself so I was relieved when she offered. Thanks for the help and laughs today, Becca! I m definitely going to be using this location from now on.

Originally I went to the location in Allen, but their alternator testing and battery testing were very skeptical as they couldn t find a proper ground . I m not a mechanic, but I had common sense and knew better. Went to Autozone before and after this visit and they fed me that good BS, almost bought it at the one in McKinney, but relied on o-o-o-O Reillys auto parts!Sure enough, I met Reginald at the McKinney location and he gave it to me straight. He disconnected the proper leads, tested the correct way, and ensured that it was my 5 year old battery (I guess no one else noticed that before ) anyways, Reginald did his thing and more my black beauty is running better than ever! Reginald even made sure my son was rest assured, which isn t easy as a single father.Overall, I ll only be going to O Reillys in McKinney

Dominic was very polite and professional. I came in from the rain to buy a windshield wiper blade for the passenger side, and he was able to figure out which one I needed by looking at my drivers side blade. He put it in for me, too! I also got a military discount, because I served in the Army, and so did he. Very happy I stopped in.

Looking for Bosch 24OE/17OE wiper blades and there was none in the wiper section. I ask the guy at the counter who seemed annoyed by me asking and he said they were out of them. The dude appeared that he would rather be talking about basketball with some other dude hanging out at the counter then helping me. Walking out the door there was some by the door. Crazy, because the dude at the counter said this location was all out.Due to the principle of the dude at the counter not helping and being annoyed by me asking I ll take my money elsewhere as he was too lazy to even check or look.

The gentleman who was there, helped us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He even put on our windshield wipers (yes ik it's offered for free) but he was just so nice. Thank you!

I'm new to McKinney and first time in this store. Nice store and very friendly staff. Look forward to continuing business with O'Reilly and making friends as I did at the Frisco store.

In store for 5 plus minutes. No one asked me did I need help. They offered their services to two other customers (ladies). I found my two items, they checked me out. Still didn't ask me if I found everything I needed.
