Absolutely the best service by far in the tire business. Price Garrett Kyle and Jeff were outstanding in my time of need. Went in for some tire repair work, and it was done quick and perfect! I found a new home for my repair needs, A+++ highly recommend

I've been going to this NTB for many years now and they've always taken great care of me. Jeff, Bryce, Garrett and the others are all fantastic and do what they can to make sure everything is in my best interest, prices are reasonable and the quality of my auto care is great. I prefer bringing my vehicle here over any dealership, any day.

NTB at Mckinney Custer has been my go to place for all my tire and auto service needs. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. They patiently explain the problem to me and don't always overcharge me.I want to give a special shout out to Ethan because of his extra effort to help me to repair my tire - last month, I had a nail in my tire and I stopped by his shop 20 minutes before the shop closed. While it is late to check in another car at that time, he nevertheless helped me to work with other staff to get me in and repair my tire just in time! Thanks, Ethan, job well done!!!

Honestly had a great service experience here! Was New Years Eve and had front tires that had threads showing. Gave them a call and Jeff seriously took great care from the beginning to end making sure to explain all the processes, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Would definitely recommend for all your tire and wheel needs here

Exceptional customer service, honest and operate with integrity. i recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. I needed an oil change, but I have never had to get tires before, so I was a little nervous walking in for my appointment. I ve been taken advantage of at other shops and so I m always a little apprehensive. I m so glad I decided to come here, because the service was incredible! Ethan helped me - he was very informative and told me everything that they were going to do, showed me different prices so I could compare, and a time estimate. When my car was done Ethan let me know that they noticed my cabin air filter was installed incorrectly during my last service at the dealership so he fixed it for me. I was shocked! He could have just charged me for for the filter and I never would have known but he didn t! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Ethan!

Car wouldn't start. They diagnosed immediately it was a low battery. Was in and out in 30 minutes. They even reset the stereo codes and matched a local repair shop price. Jeff and crew were very helpful. Thanks!

Best automotive shop in the area this NTB has two very knowledgeable mechanics. Great honest work. I've been a loyal customer for years and can say the two managers up front Ethan and Garret are also knowledgeable and explain diagnostics and fixes very well.Unlike the last manager that worked there Vance had the worst customer service I've ever received he hardly even knew what he was talking about the guy was an absolute doof. Which is expected for someone who's walks around like he's got something in his rear end... Anyways Thank you Ethan and Garret for your 10/10 customer service.

I needed a tire rotation before traveling out of town. This location got me in and out quickly. The waiting area was clean and a movie was playing to help pass the time. Jeff and his team did a great job and I will definitely refer this location going forward.

Down to earth shop thats professional and can handle all types of cars. I was referred from their competitor to come see this particular business because my car is lowered. I will gladly give them my business and i drive from dallas just to come here.

We have used NTB for years....Garrett and Ethan have kept my daughter's old truck in good working order. Great service and very helpful at all times. Will go out of their way to get her truck in and out quickly.

This location is usually pretty good and are honest . I went in this morning to just wanting my brakes checked the punk at the counter could give less than a damn about his job ! Very arrogant and rude , slow , he played around with a piece of paper for a good 5 minutes , customers in line and he goes to the break room then to the rest room I waited 20 minutes for him to come back with 3 ppl in line . I told him I'd just go somewhere else in which I did and his response was yes please do that .I'll also cancel my credit card with this company also I'll never do business here again

NTC on Custer Rd is a life saver. Just moved from NY and got into a new car, not even 2 days from leaving the dealership, wheel was sitting on the rim. Dealership wasn t open so I came to NTB tires and they hooked me up in 2 secs. Recommend fully. Go see Jeff. He got you

Called this shop to see if they could order in my preferred tires for my car. The got them ordered in that same week, and got them put on quickly.

A bunch of scammers. Took my car here because it was close and I have a flat. They initially told me it looked fixable and it was cost about $40. Then they called me and said there was a nail in the sidewall and that I needed to purchase a whole new tire. Not believing them, I took my car to Discount where they were able to repair it for free. Liars!

It was very easy to schedule a service appointment online and check-in in the shop. I went for some major brakes maintenance, I knew I had to get discs, pads and brake fluid changed as it was many years overdue and performing bad. Impressively they had / were able to get all the parts and got me out the door in about 2� hour with new brakes plus an oil change. What I liked most is there was no attempt to upsell me anything, everything was well explained - and what I only got done was what I already knew/expected was needed to a fair price.

I had a tire blowout on Custer less than a mile from their shop. I called to see if they could get me in and have them the tire size. They said bring it in. What really impressed me is by the time I was able to get the car there it was somewhat close to closing time. They got me right in and fixed it. I even got a little lucky as they had my exact tire in stock. Their staff were all extremely friendly. I would recommend for sure and go back even if not under these circumstances. I was in and out in maybe 40 minutes. Thanks guys

First of all, I am so thankful NTB is open on Sundays. Everyone at this location was very professional AND knowledgeable. They made my early Sunday morning of car maintenance not so miserable! I 100% recommend this location!
