From the moment you walk in Yasser greets you with great customer service. Being in a bind with limited time he makes the effort to put you at ease in his willingness to take care of the customer. While sitting and waiting for my tires to get changed, he offered that high level of service to everyone walking in. I shopped around and their prices are competitive and the service was efficient and good. Being a female you always feel like car place's are trying to up sell you on things, I did not feel that way here. Knowing they do other maintenance services here, I ll definitely be coming back.

I have come here a few times for my oil change and all new tires on my jeep in which I was very pleased with! Having such a great experience, I made sure to come back and was not disappointed once again. I was assisted by the store manager, Joe, who was very fast and efficient with my oil change and got me in and out in a timely manner.

I had the best experience at NTB. The customer service is always top tier. I feel comfortable going in knowing I ll get the best deal. Yasser was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! His smile and laughter are contagious. He treated all the customers with dignity and respect. He is also super knowledgeable. He didn t mind answering any questions I had and helping me to understand on my level. I highly recommend this location and Yasser!

Huge shout out to Yasser at NTB - National Tire & Battery on Eldorado in McKinney!!! I noticed I had a flat tire when walking to my car in the Market Street parking lot. I needed to get to work asap so I called the nearest tire shop to me which was NTB. Yasser DROVE TO ME with a compressor to pump it up so I could drive to the NTB shop to get it taken care of. I am so grateful to have been able to get back on the road in a short amount of time! Highly recommend!

I've been in multiple times for batteries and brakes, and today, I came in for tires. Yasser had helped me each time and had been very helpful and super friendly. Service is always timely, and the prices are very competitive. Appointments are easy, and I can get in the same day every time I've tried to. Thanks guys... I'll keep coming back!

My wife forced me to get out of the house and go get new tires on the truck despite wanting to stay home, and she was 100% right in saying to go to this location. I got here around 3:30 with no appointment, and Yasser the gentleman manning the front counter made the experience perfect. He ensured I got the best price and never once did I feel like he was overcharging me. He was in fact giving me the best advice and the best possible price. I got in and out in no time (matter of fact, I got a ton of work done) and I know exactly where I will be purchasing my tires and getting oil changes from here on out. Now I get to go home and tell my wife she was right again :). Nicely done Team McKinney! You all gained life long customers.

I give five stars. I recently came in for service to check on something. Both times I have come in, Matt/Matthew has been my service technician, and he has got to be the nicest person ever. I really appreciate him. Thank you all for your hard work I will definitely come back for service. I have been going to NTB for 18 years but no more. I have noticed a lot of turnover there lately. So I brought my 2014 Fiesta here today for an oil change and tire rotation. They proceed to tell me my drain plug got stripped and now I need a new oil pan. It was fine when I brought the car there. They charged me $635.00, and said that was the best they could do. I did some research after and saw that the price for this service is usually around $430.00 for my car. Also had them to rotate my tires, and one of them was 10 pounds low after I got my car back! . I think it was slow Saturday there and they wanted to take advantage and make up some lost revenue. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

They have been honest with me, and always gotten me in, no matter how busy they were, as long as you are, patient, understanding and respectful, these guys are the absolute best in my opinion. I ve lived all over the country just moved back to Texas and it s been hard to find a reliable shop that can do just about anything, and I don t know if it s part of policy or not but I somehow end up with candy every time I leave here. Yassir is one of the front desk guys, be ready for a sense of humor that you probably won t find anywhere else and customer service skills that I believe are unmatched! Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of me. I will be back for my next oil change and any other work I need done!!!

I just want to shout out this group of guys who helped me in a pinch. I got home and realized that my air tire pressure was low and go figure, it wasn t just low, it had a piece of metal jammed in the tire. There was 30 mins left before they closed, I called to see if they had a tire JUST in case and he confirmed they d hold it for me until I got there. With 8 mins to spare I pulled up, they got my Audi in the shop and started to work on it. Even with a fussy toddler, Mr Yasser was more than kind. He let us go explore the store, touch tires, pick flowers outside (a toddler favorite)..and 30 mins later my car was patched and good to go. Thank you to this group! I ll definitely be back.

The folks at Discount Tire said I needed new tires, but I wanted a second opinion so I came here as I had a good experience previously. Another good experience with the kind - and funny - Yasser. Grateful they were open on a cold, snowy morning. Highly recommend.

We had such a AWESOME EXPERIENCE with Yesser! He took great care of my son s vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to explaining to us the repairs being made on his vehicle. I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this location and ask for YESSER cause he s going to get you taken care of!!!!

I originally came in for a balance and rotate but Yasser noticed I was actually in need of new tires. I wasn t expecting this so he worked tirelessly to find me a good set of tires within my budget. He was incredibly friendly, funny and kind. Will definitely be back with any needs to see him again. I watched him with other customers as well and he was the same with each and every person he helped. Incredible customer service, incredible humor.

Remarkable service, I went into my car repair situation expecting the worse. The staff at NTB did an amazing job ensuring I was kept up to speed on any repairs being done, as well as giving me a, what I consider to be fair estimate on future repairs that will be needed, all whilst not making me feel pressured into any purchases I wasn t 100% comfortable with. I ve recommended this shop to every one of my family members

During our visit for an oil change at NTB McKinney, Yasser stood out with his exceptional patience and friendliness, going above and beyond to provide top-notch assistance. Very disappointed. I was quoted close to $1000 to have my ac blower motor replaced. I was able to purchase the replacement part from AutoZone for $150. It took about 30 minutes to replace it myself. I would typically do my own work but decided to try and off load this as I was dealing with family issues.As a brief follow-up I did reach out to the corporate number provided below. I was offered a $30 voucher for my next visit. While I appreciate the offer I refused it as there was no attempt to rebuild any trust with the company. I feel being offered a discount to be disappointed is missing the point.Use your own best judgment when working with this company.

I encountered an issue with a broken leaf spring bolt, and I managed to limp my trailer to your shop just before closing time on a weekend. Your team's response was exceptional. Despite the late hour, you promptly addressed the situation, providing me with a new tire and efficiently repairing the leaf springs. I am impressed with the professionalism and quick service. I highly recommend your shop for its excellent customer service and expertise.

I happened to stop here bc I had been meaning to fill my tires at Costco, but kept forgetting. I needed an oil change too, so I tried them out. CJ & Joe were pretty quick and it was a good price. I ended up going back 2 days later and Joe checked out what was wonky with my windshield wiper fluid .. I specifically asked to make sure it was filled during my oil change (bc nothing was coming out so I figured it was out) turns out I had a hose issue, but Joe fixed it right up and I was on my way. Great service,will definitely be going back.

It's Monday morning and I need new tires and an oil change before making the long drive to San Angelo. After another provider could not honor my 8AM appointment, I arrive at NTB at 8:15. I explain to Joe, I have to be on the road by Noon. I left at 8:45AM. At 10:45AM they call and my car is ready. Huge thanks to Joe and the team!

This is the only place i ve brought my 2 cars fiat and bmw to get serviced in the last 5 years. The service is great, the prices are affordable and the work is always done to perfection. Yasser is very humorous, kind, friendly and really makes the customers feel welcomed. The mechanics and other CSRs are just as equally polite and friendly.

This was my 4th time using NTB. I've never experienced any issues with wait times or not having my vehicle ready within the time frame given. They are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I appreciate the great customer service given considering many places these days are lacking this quality.

I called another shop closer to my house and asked for an estimate. The employee sounded irritated as he explained why he could not provide one. I called NTB and Yasser also explained why I needed to come in. Same info, different tone. That's why I brought my vehicle to NTB. They have been amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. Customer service makes all the difference.
