I needed some repairs to my BMW and was not looking forward to the bill at the dealership. Mporium exceeded my expectations. They identified the issue and made me aware of another potentially catastrophic issue as well. They actually showed me images of the problems and explained the level of concern for each issue. They ordered the parts and made the repairs three days ahead of their projected completion date, which was very convenient. They were professional and easy to deal with. In the future I will be trusting all my BMW work to Mporium!

Having a European car means that your choices are limited for good quality work. I can honestly say that the folks at Mporium BMW provide some of the best car service and the best customer service I've experienced in the automotive world. They have expert knowledge and skill to get the job done. I had some issues with my 740i and they were able to go above and beyond what was expected to fix my car. Thank you guys!!!

I'm an Air Force Vet who appreciates a well managed and professional team. I needed a valve cover replaced on my 7 series and wrongly relied on a sub par repair shop. After extensive and necessary diagnostics by Mporium, they fully restored my car to an outstanding performer at a more than fair price. This is the only place that will touch my 7 series after my outstanding experience with Mporium and Coulter Dean, owner.Thanks Guys!

Mporium did amazing work on my e92 M3. I had then installed their very own Vanos covers along with a fresh set of valve covers. Price was right, and was done in a timely manner.

Absolutely fantastic. I cannot describe a better shop. In fact, I paid to have my E90 M3 shipped there and back from Michigan. Engine work turned out great. 100% would do it again every day. They are simply the best.

My review of Mporium is long overdue! Coulter and his team are absolutely the best specialized service professionals I have ever dealt with, hands down!!! We have brought my wife s X4 to Mporium BMW Service three times now for repairs and service, which included wheel bearing replacement, tune-up/scheduled maintenance, and electrical diagnostic/battery replacement. Each visit left me feeling completely satisfied and confident the job was done right and for a price that was very competitive. From the communications on my vehicle status to the diagnosis and repairs needed, this is a top-notch outfit from start to finish. The team is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward and repair or replace only what is needed. On a side note, I own a 07 M6 with the S85 V10 and perform most of the normal maintenance myself. Knowing that eventually I will need to have the rod bearings replaced, there is no question in my mind that I will be comfortable trusting Mporium with such a complex repair. So glad we found Mporium for all our BMW service and repair needs!

Excellent experience working with Coulter! BMW repairs are never inexpensive but when you pay that kind of money, you want a shop that does it right and know what they are doing. Mporium BMW is that shop in the area!

My 740i developed a coolant leak, and I had not had occasion to locate a repair service that could work on BMW's. Dealer is too far, and usually too expensive, and I was reticent to use a small local shop. So I canvassed several online, and I was impressed with the photos of their shop and the scope of the work they do. This is obviously the place where Bimmer fanatics go to have work done on their prized possessions.Everything was done professionally and at a price I considered reasonable and competitive.

Coulter and the team at MPorium are top notch. Had my 2019 X5 diagnosed at the dealer and the price tag was enormous. MPorium performed the work at a great price and in a timely manner. No one else will work on my cars from here on out.

Had a great service experience. Replaced my battery with a new OE battery and completed registration and cleared error codes. Very reasonably priced compared to the dealership. Will be bringing my car here for service going forward.

Let me start by saying Thank you and sorry for the delay in getting this well deserved review out. Mporium did a rod bearing service on my 07 M6. I drove from Houston up to McKinney for this because I could not find a shop that I felt comfortable with and man i made the right decision this shop was awesome to work with extremely knowledgeable not pushy and keep updated the whole time that they had my car. Not once did have to wonder what was going on they send you pictures of your car before and during the whole process to let you know what s being done. So long story short I made the right decision on a shop that takes pride in their work. They have a display of all the rod bearings that they have swapped out some shops in Houston asked me why I would do a rod bearing service so that s why I drove 4 hrs to see what they were about. So yes I most definitely would recommend Mporium and Thanks again for squeezing me in. Oh and that s another thing most shops I ve been to have so many cars at one time Mporium is by appointment only and seem to only take on a few cars at a time so you know your car gets the attention it needs Awesome A freaking ++++

Drivers seat on 2017 530i was not going back all the way shop removed seat and found debris in track rail gear box. I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised it was simple to repair, cost was reasonable. Great shop.

THE E9X M3 specialists of DFW. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. In 2023, I had the rod bearings, throttle actuators, and fuel breather valve replaced at Mporium. Next up, valve covers, head gaskets & their in-house VANOS adjuster CNC cover caps (as seen on M539 Restorations).

Coulter and the team are great with e9XM platform and can t stress enough how much help they are.Took my e90M for Rod bearings and in the process they found deficiencies from previous repairs. They fixed what they could with the timeframe I had, coming from out of town.Wish I lived closer to the shop so they can manage most of my repairs. 100% recommend their service for all BMW repairs.

I had a pre-purchase inspection performed by Mporium when buying an M car from across the country. It was by far the best PPI I have ever had done and I was very happy with their services. The inspection report was extremely thorough and reflected the exact condition of the car when I received it. The owner was very knowledgeable and professional when we spoke on the phone and knew what issues to look out for on the particular model I was purchasing.

I brought my 2011 BMW M3 over to Mporium to replace the power Steering rack, Steering pump and have Corner Balancing performed.Coulter (Owner) and team did a great job getting the M3 back on the road and enhancing the handling/performance by performing Corner Balancing.Mporium is very straight forward and forthcoming with issues found or recommendations that are needed for your BMW. Pricing is very reasonable and they provide warranty with their work.If your looking for quality service and getting back in the driver's seat with minimal downtime, definitely consider Mporium for your BMW needs especially on the E9x chassis.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I used to be a mechanic and still enjoy turning wrenches every once in a while. However, the rod bearing job on the S65 engine is not a home garage type of job I was interested in tackling myself. Plus, I just simply don't have time these days. So, I purchased the parts and started searching for someone that had knowledge of these cars and had done this job before.It came down to a few different BMW "specialty" shops. Most of which tried to talk me out of doing it, weren't local, wouldn't call back, or didn't have any clue what they were talking about.When you buy an M car, there is an enthusiast level of perfection that one seeks. It is unheard of to find someone that has that same enthusiast level for YOUR car when you bring it in to have work done. That is, until I met Coulter at MPorium.After having the rod bearings and motor mounts changed, it feels better than the day I bought it. The shifting in the DCT is crisp and precise and the front end just feels solid.Coulter over at MPorium seems to know these cars like the back of his hand. He was honest and patient to explain the job. The cherry on top, is he is fairly priced. Especially, for the quality of workmanship and the quick turn around. Heck, he even said I didn't have to go through the headache of purchasing all the parts because they stock the BE Bearings and ARP bolt kits in house! They are literally a one stop shop if you need to have this done!Attached are the photos of the rod bearings that came out of my 2011 E92 M3. The car had 83,400 miles on it and no symptoms. If you haven't looked into getting this critical preventative job done, you need to call Coulter. It isn't worth the risk of what could happen if you ignore it.A special thanks to Coulter over at MPorium! You rock!

This place was recommended to me by members from the N Texas BMW Facebook group and local members from a online BMW Forum.I needed repairs to my F15 X5 xDrive 50i air suspension.I am happy to report that the owner, Coulter has been an absolute pleasure to work with! He communicates and keept me informed of all progress and estimates for repairs. As a Small Business Owner myself, I truly appreciate good communication! They even fixed a minor but annoying chime caused from a loose lower body trim panel.Most importantly, they fixed the issue at a reasonable and fair price.I would not hesitate to return for additional repairs or service and I highly recommend M Porium due to having Master BMW Technicians on hand doing the work.- Marcus B.

Absolute professionals. Everyone there as a real enthusiast. I did a lot of searching and found these gentlemen at the suggestion of bmwcca members and some forums. After a 450mile trip from New Mexico to McKinney, I knew I was in the right place the moment i walked into the lounge. They were very honest and accommodating my need for a one day turn around. They even gave me a discount on some labor rate as well. This is THE place to go for bmw maintenance or repair. Can t recommend them enough! Ps: get your rod bearings replaced. Best kept secret for BMW owners! These guys know their BMWs, especially M cars. Highly recommend. Helped me with my M3, and recently with my 330i. I have full confidence and trust that Mporium and their highly trained staff can correctly diagnose and repair any problem you will have with your BMW.

Coulter and Mike at Mporium BMW are highly knowledgeable and experienced technicians. I have visited their shop a number of times for various needs and each time I left highly satisfied. I can not say the same for other shops in town. Most recently I decided to add high flow catalytic converters to my fully cat-less exhaust on my e92 M3. They did a superb job tig welding the cats into the existing exhaust ensuring the welds go all the way around without leaks. I have recommended Mporium BMW to several friends all of whom have positive feedback as well. Their prices are fair and customer service is excellent; they are very responsive to any and all questions. Perhaps what I like best about this place is that the guys who run it and have all the experience and knowledge are actually the guys who are turning wrenches on your car.

I cannot recommend Mporium enough! Their team of professionals are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide outstanding customer service. This was my third visit to their shop and every time they have exceeded my expectations. They diagnosed and repaired my steering rack issue and replaced my in tank fuel pump, leaving my car running like new. I am truly impressed by the expertise and care that they put into their work. Can't say enough good things about Coulter and his team! Brought my car in for rod bearings, and coil over installation. The work was done quickly and professionally. You can tell they have a passion for what they do. The new shop is a great place to wait, tons of merch and you get the added bonus of planes taking off and landing! Thanks again, and I will be back once my wheels are in.
