Very happy with the services and prices. My typical mechanic was estimating $800+ for a starter replacement and was able to get it replaced for $550 with mobile mechanic pros. It took them a bit over an hour to replace it, and its working great now. We thought we would ve had to get a tow to take it to our regular mechanic, but are switching over to their services as it was so convenient and reasonably priced

James is a literal legend. Someone backed into my truck the other day and other then some dings and scratches my truck was fine. However, my front bumper was bent in a way that it was digging into my front right tire and he said well we are either going to have to cut it or take the whole bumper off. I told him let s go ahead and take the bumper off but I d rather keep it on if it was possible. Sure enough I left him to his business and about 45-hour later he called me to come down. The bumper was still on, so I was assuming there was some issues. But to the least of my worries sure enough it was back to normal again and driving just fine. I am humble for what I have even if it is just a hand me down from my pops. And luckily I am still able to go to work and keep saving up for a new car for only a measly $200 and yes Ik that expensive for some people and for me that is. However, considering it is for a vehicle (during the times we live in), he comes to your house, and the dude has great customer service; I d recommend him to anyone. Now hopefully I can get it all figured out with the person that hit me and it will all be behind me. Thanks James, for everything!Service: Body & Trim

Got a quote and scheduled an installation date/time. Waited two hours after no show or call, contacted the Mobil Mechanic Prost get the status. I was told the mechanic is on their way but it will take another hour. Waste of time, didn't bother to let me know they were 3 hours late for appointment. Decided to take the vehicle somewhere else.

I had an experience, with Mobile Mechanic Pros when they came to help me out in a hurry. It was really convenient having my kids with me and their quick and efficient service was a lifesaver. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation. I highly recommend them.

So I called because we were assuming that it was the battery and instead of the mechanic coming out and running a diagnostic first he bought the battery on the way. Ends up that it wasn t battery so that was $419 that we didn t need to spend. Then he said it was the fuel pump that we would need replaced and he couldn t do it until Monday and it was going to be $800-$1400 and we talked him down to six and then we asked if he could please get it done over the weekend and he never called even though he said he was going to. I ended up taking it to my mechanic and I actually had to have it towed because we couldn t get it over there and all it needed was a fuse so if I would ve been able to do the diagnostic from my house with the mobile mechanic in the first place, I wouldn t of had to pay $419 for the mobile mechanic $150 for that 1 mile tow and then $55 for the diagnostic at my mechanic not happy about the situation whatsoever

After they diagnosed my Toyota, they confirmed that it needs fuel filter replacement. Generally I just take my car to an auto repair shop in McKinney, but this time there were some significant issues with my brakes, so I called Mobile Mechanic Pros McKinney to come to my address and fix it. Luckily the mechanic they sent was very knowledgeable and skilled, he diagnosed my car and replaced the parts in a short time. Very happy with how this service turned out.Service: Brakes

I was charged $350 and my car is now disabled this man charged me $100 for parts he spent less than $50 on and $100 for his 3 minutes of labor I wouldn t recommend my dog to this place
