Best experience buying a car. We purchased an Audi Q3, we went with a pre-approval and the finance guy got us a better deal. The salesman, Franklin Marting, was professional and very helpful. There was an issue with the check engine light and they fixed it with no problem. Even gave a Mercedes as a loaner until the work was done. I will most definitely look at this dealership first when looking for another car.

Been working with Gabe now for a few years. He makes you feel like family and always is the first to jump in if help is ever needed. Great communication as well. Def appreciate everything about him.

I went in for my G class Alignment and my service advisor Cristian Maldonado took a very good care of me and my SUV. I have never heard of Distronic Alignment.. He took his time to explain it and it's important. i also was to say thanks to Michael J for his help too. It was a nice experience. Will be back.

Jesus P. Is amazing at what he does the knowledge and information he knows right on point. He told me from the beginning to the end all that my service required no surprises. I m sure all the advisors are just acknowledge as Jesus. All I know when I need service he s the only person I want to handle my business. Thank you Jesus P. !

They did not do a good job.The first time had to take it back.Not satisfied with having to take it back So they could get it right.. I believe since I have a older model,They did not take care of my car like they would a brand new car. This makes the second time dealing with McKinney. Mercedesadie's that I've not been satisfied the first time. They told me that I needed a new computer board under my passenger's seat because my Dashboard lights would not go off and it was running down my battery. I went and got a second opinion from, Park place Mercedes in North Dallas.They ran a check and told me it was my Inition. switch, which it was McKinney.Mercedes charged me two hundred and thirty dollars said it took four hours to find the problem which I do not why. It took park place an hour.They only charged me ninety bucks and they solve my problem. It only cost me six hundred dollars. Mercedes of mckinney won't charge me a thousand and twelve dollars and it would even fix my problem if I had to fix there.

My service manager was great but he is clearly doing the work of about three people. Our car sat there for a week without anyone doing anything or calling us back. We had to physically drive to the dealership to show them where the car was on there lot that needed repair. Lots of calls never returned. Then it took weeks to get it fixed. Again, just walking into the service center you can see how they are flooded with lots of cars (not sure if this growth in area, or other dealerships having a bad rap, or combo?), so their capacity and follow-up is severely challenged. It took way too long to get our car found, addressed and then fixed. Advice if you are going here -- get a clear commitment up front on who is responsible for your car and what the process and timing will be. I was going to give 1 star based on how protracted and uncoordinated the experience is but bumped it up to 2 because of empathy for a well intentioned/over-burdened service manager, and because they did ultimately fix my car at a reasonable price.Adding reply to Mercedes reply. My wife left messages previously for service manager. Never got a call back. Also Triple A left the key with your staff and you lost the key and then blamed the driver saying he never left a key and asked us to pay $600 for a replacement key. I recommend your manager calls us versus having us jump thru hoops.

I really enjoy my service manager, Jesus. He is personable and friendly. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. He consistently provides thorough and informative explanations and answers all my questions with great aplomb.

On January 31st, I was told by a service advisor, that my car would not be diagnosed for loss of power to the engine, until February 6th. Something happened and on February the 2nd, I was called by the service advisor, and told my car was ready to be picked up. I'm still not sure, how it got to be serviced so much quicker than I was told originally.Let me say, my hat's off to whoever, made it happen. I appreciate the effort.Thanks very much!

The most professional and enjoyable experience at a dealership I ve ever had. Not only did my service advisor, Austin, keep in constant communication with me whenever there was an update, the dealership finished the repairs EARLY and made sure I had the best customer service experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering buying a Mercedes or already owns one.

Took car in for regular maintenance. Location easy to find and adjacent to US-75. Spotless enclosed take-in area. Service Advisor Stephen Wolston noted NTSB recall. Mr Wolston professional, customer safety focused, affable and highly recommended knows mechanics of car and time involved. Pricing transparent and customer concerns addressed upfront. Mechanics knowledgeable and skilled. Mechanics recommended new tires (safety) for next day trip and though OE tires were unfortunately not in stock, Mr Wolston called another provider that could provide this service later that afternoon (cost effective solution). All maintenance and recommended repairs explained and performed promptly (regular updates mobile apps). Car washed after service. McKinney location and Mr Wolston highly reliable and trustworthy.

Great service! We always take our Mercedes here for everything. We use Michael as our service advisor and highly recommend him. He s great at communicating with us and makes sure our car is handled with care. He s gone above and beyond for us each time we ve gone to repair or maintain our car. I have tried to go to this company multiple times to give my business. I took my truck there to have them take a look at why the heat was not working properly. They provided me a loaner car which was electric which was more of an inconvenience. I had decided to take the loaner car back because of having to find a place to charge it. I couldn't take it to Mercedes because of the hours i work. After i returned the car I asked Stephen if he can have a shuttle take me home. He said the the shuttle was gone for the day, i was headed in to call a uber then turned around and the shuttle was there dropping someone off. Basically stephen lied. I had the shuttle driver drive me home. That was Terrible customer service. They Had my car for 1 week and i had to reach out multiple times to check the status of my car. I reached out to stephen for a status and mind you i had to reach out several times. I finally decided to get my car back after hearing nothing. Went to the dealership and it was obvious my car was just sitting there that whole week. This is my last time giving this dealership any business. Awful service

It s a relief knowing my vehicle is in good hands with my Service Advisor, Gabe Harris. Always courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I also say the same for the other Service Advisors I have encountered in Gabe s absence.

Took forever to check in no staff as usual no cars (we actually think you don t actually have any) said we could get car at 10.30 and you didn t have it ready till 12.15 - just does not feel like a Mercedes dealership we get better service at mini and ford. You have some crusty old guy who seems not to want to talk with any customers he s rude and doesn t appear to actually do anything - definitely won t buy the next Mercedes from you

Took my Mercedes in on Monday, 10/2/23 for a diagnostic test. As of today, Tuesday, 10/3/23, I have NOT received not one follow up. Called and reported both Monday and Tuesday afternoon. I guess I need to know if they still have my car. Was told I couldn t get a loaner car until November. Go figure. And they quoted me $229.00 for the test. I feel it should now be free. I don t feel they deserve my service at this point.

I spoke to the service person about my windshield reservoir leaking. Next thing I know they filled it up and now I have windshield fluid puddle in my garage. I can send pictures. When I open the hood, I saw lots of leaves in the both corners. Service person didn't even bother cleaning the leaves. I wonder if all the services were truly done. Also, the trunk of the vehicle was never vacuumed. I have pictures. Very poor quality of serviceService: Oil change

unfortunately, my car thermostat overheated and needed to be replaced. My car was 44K miles under 50K mileage warranty and 4 years (2020) on Jan.24. I purchased the car on June 23. I was quite surprised to be told my bill would be over $2100 to repair. I took it to local repair shop in Rockwall three times less.

My general experience was good. My service representative was all the time on top of what was going on (Cristian) but the part price is almost double compare with the Mercedez Benz webpage online prices

Would give zero stars if I could. Recommend a new battery and the battery was fine (independently verified but another auto mechanic). Said they recalibrated the camera system and now none of the cameras are working. Also the back up camera repair going to cost $1,000 and $700 of that was labor.Would avoid this dealership.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I spoke to 2 reps on two differant occasions to verify work to be completed on my service visit. They both confirmed the same work to be completed. When I arrived on location I was told a whole different story which would require more time and money. Clearly I was shocked. Due to time restraints, which had already been clearly discussed with the two reps whom I spoke with on the phone, I only had time for the oil and filter change and top off of fluids and a small check list. All of my prior visits were always tier 1 and no surprises upon arriving at dealership. This time clearly not everyone on the same page which resulted in confussion and not enough time to perform proper maintenance. Updated:Very good experience. This was a top notch experience. My wife and I really love the 2019 Mercedes Benz G550. Very beautiful car. We got a little issue from the car after out of state delivered. But the Mercedes of McKinney team, especially Austin & his manager were helping us double check, fixed & take care everything.
