Always go to this Meineke Car Care Center, super well run and effective. Joe did a great job today checking me in for an annual safety check, then since other techs were busy and he s a qualified inspector, did it himself so I wouldn t have to wait around. Awesome service, many thanks!

Aaron Ciak is the man! The only guy I will trust to banter back and forth with about my vehicles needs, and I can always trust he will be thorough, and will meet or exceed all expectations! Will always recommend Aaron to anyone.

Finding a good trustworthy, reliable place for automotive service is a challenge. After years of trying many places including the dealership, I finally found the place I was looking for. Meineke has done great work on my vehicles. They take the proper care in diagnosing the problem and will even tell you if nothing is wrong. They truly care about providing great service at a fair price. Hard to find these days. Thank you to the entire team at Meineke.

The staff was very helpful. Addressed only what was needed and did not try to sell things that were not. Rotated tires, evaluated A/C and only changed out the cabin air filter. Requested an estimate on an oil change with synthetic oil which they did not do because it was not needed at this time. Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule appointments online, friendly service. Edit: I originally brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and a brake check. The inspection went well. The brakes were screeching in the rear of the car. After the check I was told that the brake pads were all good and there was no need for any brake service. I asked about the grinding and was told it was probably a pebble or dirt. Over the next several days the grinding continued. A few days later I got a second opinion from another shop. The brake rotors were shot. I called Meineke to let them know about their incorrect brake diagnosis and they politely apologized.

Great experience, Joe was really helpful and friendly. Turnaround time was really good. I had almost given up on this place, our last couple of visits before this were not great. Glad to have a much better experience this time.

I left my car to be checked out on Wed. The employee said they could get to it until Thursday as they schedule the cars. No problem. I needed a gasket replacement which I approved the work immediately. I received a message Thursday saying the car may not be ready on Thursday. No problem. Friday I get a call saying the wrong gasket was ordered and that things might not be done today... Ok. Surely by Saturday, which they are open, at least that is what it says on Google. No call, no answer at the office. Text auto responds with contact the office. No message able to be left. Now Sunday and a holiday tomorrow, I get an email message asking for a review of their service... Welp, here it is. Don't bother unless you want your car to be gone a week for a 2 hr job.

The Meineke on Stonebridge Dr in McKinney is great. They are professional and take the time to explain what work has to be done to fix your vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I am really lost what they are doing. First of all their pricing is very high compared to other centers and on top I requested for coolant diagnostic which they charged me $100 and didn t even care to give a picture.It s weird it s not small amount they charge for diagnostici and not giving any report just a text saying this is not good we have to replace - it s not the correct way.I highly don t recommend

I was disappointed in my experience with Meineke. I put a new radiator on last December and they never performed a flush on it which resulted in my new radiator becoming contaminated with residue from the old one. It resulted in my heater core being clogged and my heat not working. They charged me for a new flush which had no effect. Then told me I needed a new evaporator and heater core for $2200! I took it to another shop and put prestone super flush in it and got my heat working again! Igot everything unclogged for $80. I won't be going back there again to get ripped off.

Highly recommend!Feel secure bc staff cares.Staff listens, evaluates, recommends and delivers with a smile. My battery was about a year out of warranty. Purchased new battery in minutes + staff serviced my car then drove off knowing that I was in good hands. Clearly outstanding!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

So grateful! The place I usually go couldn t fit me in when my car was making a weird noise, so I came here instead. They got me in, diagnosed the problem (alignment / tires wearing unevenly), fixed the alignment, put new tires on, and then charged me about two-thirds of what they originally quoted. The noise is gone, and I feel much safer in my car. Thank you!

I use the Stonebridge Meineke for most of my car repairs. They are professional and reasonably priced. I am perfectly fine with using them for my mechanical needs. They have not let me down yet, and have earned my trust.

This place will call me and ask me if I want to save money because the service I asked for wasn't needed. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are trust worthy, professional and quick.

I dropped in unexpectedly and they made room for me. My car was ready in 15 mins. The gentleman were nice and very accommodating. I also have a service dog that is in training and they were so nice to have let me bring him.I ll go back.

The guys at Meineke were great. I took my truck in for front end alignment and the truck only needed a very minor tweak and they did not charge me for that work.

Had an 8am appointment. Nobody showed by 0815, and if they had, it would have been 0830 before oil change.Left a message and email - no response/ apology, etcHave an appointment at 0800hrs on 10/25. Everyone needs to be there and ready to go at 0800hrs.

I've been coming to Meineke for the past few years and I haven't wanted any other shop to take care of my car since. I have an older model, so it occasionally breaks down. Luckily, I know that Meineke will take care of me because the same day I got it towed in, they were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed quickly. The staff is always friendly and makes sure you're taken care of, even just while waiting on site for your car to be finished. I always choose Meineke, and there's been no reason for me to choose anywhere else.

We like this shop. Lower hourly rates and part prices than the dealer. Good work and results on 3 different service types across a Mercedes (1) and Subaru(2) vehicles.
