They performed the incorrect work on my vehicle and then gave my car to someone else. Thankfully that customer notified them of the mistake and returned my keys! If you cannot even notice your servicing the wrong vehicle what are the odds you will notice something that is actually wrong with the vehicle? Even though it cost me more of my time I received no discount to make up for the inconvenience. Truly disappointed, the lady literally came back in from outside and stated these aren't my keys. That is how we figured out something was wrong. Please do not tell fabrications of the truth sir. Every mechanic knows to check the plates before you start work.

Haven't been to this location in awhile, with that said... I walked in with a strange request.They immediately said no problem, weren't even going to charge me. I was ready to pay or at least tip the guy doing it.(I have to say, I'm a diesel and auto diag tech but they didn't know that..)They handled everything I needed professionally and felt like working with friends. Eric is one of the good ones. Thanks Guys.

I went in to get my brakes changed and the guys at the shop informed that my brakes didn t need to be changed. They could have charged me and I wouldn t have known the difference. I appreciate that kind of honestly from an auto shop. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed a State inspection for my Motorcycle and they were able to get me an appointment in 15 mins and finished in 19 minutes. Awesome. Thank you. .

Great service! Took my cat in for an oil leak. They were able to find it, send me pictures of the leaking part and replace it the same day. Very fast and fair price.

I recently used Meineke for the first time, and was disappointed with the service I received. The repairs took longer than stated: twice I was told it would be ready, only to not have the work complete by that time. My car was in the shop for 2.5 days for what should have been a 1 day job. Additionally, I had to consistently call them for updates, rather than them reach out to me with updates.

They are AMAZING!!!! They take care of cars like it s their own. Their customers service makes you feel like part of the family. But above all things, they are open and honest about what s going on with your car; and present other options if necessary. Will definitely come back for any and all repairs. Thank you guys so much.

Awesome experience! It was veterans day. The young lady at the front desk asked if I was a veteran because I had a Army shirt on. I told her yes. She informed me that my oil change was free. I didn't ask for anything. When my Jeep Wrangler was brought around after the oil change there was a duck on my dash board. The tech that did the work also ducked me. I had to give a fist bump. Great experience!

Isis and Joe went above and beyond, very courteous and respectful. The whole team provided excellent service. We were driving in from out of state when our car broke down and needed repair. They're free tow service was a blessing! They did everything they could to get us back on the road.Highly recommend.

Great place. I forgot her name but the lady at the front was very nice and cool. The service was on time and they actually stick to their schedule unlike the place across the street from them. Highly recommend this place.

Great customer service, quick and efficient! Prior to going to this location I tried going to the location on Stonebridge drive they told me that could not fit me in for a state inspection without an appointment. Glad I went to this location instead will continue to come back.

I had a coupon for 29.99 for oil change. I was charged 47.01 instead. Did not notice until I got home. Will throw all coupons away and never return. Just lost a regular customer.

This place location was awesome they were patient with me calling to check on my car, gave me updates on my claim in detail, and did a really good job with servicing my car I can tell the difference in performance when I drive my car I highly recommend anyone looking for a repair shop to come to this location they will take care of here

Meineke on El Dorado is the best. They have great customer service and really takes care of the customer needs. There is no hard up-selling. They tell you what is needed and is ok whatever decision you make. I ve gone to them for years due to their impeccable service!

I'm part of Silver Rock repair services and this location is listed as a oil change location along with overall car care. Upon arrival I was greeted and taken care of exceptionally from start to finish and the prices are great. This is my new car care center going forward. Great job all around!!!
