Without a doubt one of the most professional and friendly shops in all of Collin County, I have been coming to these guys for years through multiple vehicles that I ve owned. They are definitely fast and very knowledgeable and helpful. They do more than oil changes. They replaced my brakes too my 19 year old f150 feels good as new. Highly recommend them.

I initially came in for an inspection and later came back for quotes on a few services I needed for my vehicle. The gentleman were friendly and their service was fast & efficient! I ve referred them to my friends. Will be returning for my future service needs.

Tony and the team here inspected my Volvo XC90 . While being inspected Tony found the brake fluid to be a dark color. I had just had the vehicle in for service and turned down the brake fluid flush for 499.00. I glady paid 109.99 here for the exact same fluid. Tony showed me the before and after fluid flush. Took 15 minutes. My wife and myself have been customers of Mckinney oil exchange for over a decade and highly recommend them to anyone needing anything vehicle related.These guys are the best in the business.Thanks Tony!

My first time here just a couple days ago and I came around 5:30 for a oil change. It was quick but unfortunately when I got home and my husband checked, the guy who did the oil change didn t screw it back on right so oil was leaking on the engine which made white smoke when I drove. Even the next day after checking it I there was oil splattered in it. If y all could pay attention next time that ll be great.

I visited McKinney Oil X-Change for the first time. I was greated immediately upon arrival. The total visit time was 15 minutes from start to finish. I will be returning.

In response to the owner s comment:While I disagree that a large man s ring with blunt edges (as many of them have) couldn t cause this type of damage I do find it suspicious that he removed his ring after I confronted him about the damage but before I speculated about the ring to him. Either way, I will admit that I do not actually know what caused the damage to my vehicle. If it wasn t a ring perhaps it was a screwdriver which I m sure you keep on the premises. The key issue is really that it wasn t there when I got out of the car but was there when I got back in.We ve been here a few times for inspections and oil changes and always had a really nice experience. The staff has always been very polite and quick. Unfortunately, I took my Corvette in last week and they scratched the heck out of the right side of my steering wheel while joyriding it through the the strip mall parking lot during an inspection. I noticed as soon as I pulled out of the lot and returned immediately. The manager took a look at it, went inside, took the ring off of his right hand and told me he didn t do it because he only drove it from the parking spot to the entrance of the garage. He then asked what I expected him to do. I explained that I would expect the shop to pay to fix the damage and he assured me that he didn t do it but had me leave my number for his boss to contact me. After a follow up phone call to the shop and an email through their website I was contacted two days later asking for a photo of the damage. He informed me that the damage was too severe to be caused by a ring and that they wouldn t be paying for it.If this was a minor scratch in the leather I could write it off to simply never having noticed but because of the texture and depth of the tear I know that it wasn t there when I handed them my key.Accidents happen all the time but I d recommend doing business with a company with more integrity.

X-Change is my go to place, not just for oil changes, but for all automobile issues! They are honest and quick. I know nothing about cars, and since full service gas stations are no longer a thing (and the dealership is a nightmare visit), I always get the X-Change team s advice when something is going on with my vehicle. I appreciate that they will spend time with me explaining what is happening, and if it s not a service they provide, they give me suggestions about trusted businesses and tell me about how much it will be. After failing inspection because my tires were near bald, the two guys helping me made me promise I would go right then to get new tires. This may not seem like a big deal, but to me and my family, it means the world

Every single time I come here, I am amazed by their customer service (nice people with no pressure sales,) their speed, and the overall experience. I have been a regular here for the last several years since moving to McKinney. For my previous oil change I also had a recalled part on my odyssey, so I thought I would be more efficient by taking my car to the Honda dealership nearby. The dealership did not have the part needed for the recall, so I would need to come back BUT they could take care of my oil change. Great literally two and half hours later it was completed. Just went in for my oil change AND inspection at mckinney oil c-change. In and out in under half an hour (maybe faster!)Service: Oil change

Been a loyal customer to them for almost 6 years now but this last visit is making me consider going elsewhere... My oil changes with the same vehicle for the last 4 years were always $60 - $80 using synthetic oil. This last time it was almost $110...... Thats a big increase in price from all my prior times here & its a shame because I liked this place & the people who worked there, but I won't be paying that again for an oil change....Service: Oil change

Only place I get my oil changed & state inspections! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are quick, thorough and prices are good. I have never had to wait very long but if they are busy, the waiting room is very clean and stocked with cold drinks, coffee and on this cold day very warm and comfortable.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been taking my vehicles there for a bit, but no more. This last time they tried to tell me my transmission fluid needed to be done, and I had just had it done by NTB 2 weeks prior (I took it back to NTB and verified it was OK - translucent). Also charged me $50 for a tire rotation. NTB is $19.99. Also have paid $40 for a $12 filter. Not worth the convenience.

Been coming here since I was first able to drive, and am 23 now. They ve been quick, fair, and communicative every single time.Today, I had to get to a haircut and the guys were able to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes, with a line ahead of me,Major shout out to Jonah, Robbie, and Atalla (hopefully I spelled those names correctly) for hooking me up with good, quick, cheap, reliable service.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I went for vehicle inspection but my tail light was broken. These guys took the extra time to find the part I needed and ordered it for me and installed it. They did a great job! Everyone there is professional and friendly. They are also super fast! I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Had state inspection done and the employee provided outstanding service. He was so informative and helpful. Truly made a positive difference. 10/10. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely return in the future.

Vehicle inspector does not know how to operate a parking break. Failed my vehicle because he only pushed it down half way. I stepped on it all the way (without even having to sit in the seat) and low and behold the vehicle did not move when he "blipped" the gas pedal, which is not even part of the inspection. All they are supposed to do is engage the parking brake and put the vehicle in drive to see if it holds steady. Despite the fact that I showed my parking brake works, he still wanted to argue that I should not have to press that hard so I left to find a reputable service shop. Will not ever return to this shady business.

I've brought cars here several times over the last few years and I've yet to be disappointed. Fast service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they never try to sell you something you don't need. I typically come in for an oil change and it usually takes them less than 10 minutes. You can expect to be there longer for an inspection especially if there are cars ahead of you. They also always have complimentary coffee and soft drinks which is much appreciated.

Been going here for 2 years. No bs like you get at every jiffy lube. Went in for an inspection and oil change. While they worked on the oil and inspection I was just thinking I needed new air filters. It had been quite some time since I replaced them. What did they recommend. Air filters. Simple, honest. What else do you need?
