Was quick to respond and diagnose the issue. Very transparent about the charges and process. Waited for me to authorize the fix and didn't seem to overcharge. Will definitely come back for getting my car repaired and serviced in the future.

My grandpa lost the key to the to the locking lug nut for his CX5. We stop by without an appointment, the gentleman at the parts department gave us some standard lug nuts to use and the service department was able to install them for us. We are so thankful for their help today.

We are happily part of the El Dorado Mazda family. We just purchased our fourth car from them in 6 years. Stephen Kilpatrick, our sales guy, is a pleasure to work with. He's such an easy-going guy that he makes the experience more like just sitting down an having a conversation with an old friend. Like the old adage says, he likes to treat people the way he likes to be treated. Which is respectfully and fairly. We don't spend hours haggling over price, he's straight forward and lets us speak to the finance guy without all the back and forth that most dealerships like to put you through. There's no cat and mouse game of dragging their feet to nickel and dime you to death. I feel like the quality of service that is offered is top-notch. We receive a loyalty discount for being repeat customers. Believe me, we will be back in 3 years to get another Mazda from Stephen and have confidence that we will again be treated with respect. They really do make the car buying process fun again! Zoom, zoom. Now, a note to Stephen's boss, get the man a new damn chair PLEASE!!

I just moved into town a few weeks ago and needed to take my 3 in for routine maintenance. Lucas over in service is hands down the best. He got me in and out very quickly and very well priced. Thanks again lucas for the quick turnaround time and being such a nice advisor. Definitely an asset to the company ill be there again for service!

El Dorado Mazda provided a great customer experience! From the moment I contacted them about a vehicle on their site, I felt I was treated exceptionally well. Stephen Kilpatrick was a wonderful salesman! He took his time to explain everything to me and to make sure I felt comfortable with my new Mazda. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Chris Sturdy helped us get our Mazda CX-5. This the first time I m leaving a review for a car dealership because he was very polite and helpful. He let us try different cars until we were absolutely sure what we wanted. We really haven t met a car salesman so utterly nice.

Great diagnostics! They provided me with a video walkthrough of the service and reccomendations. I felt like they brought me into a new level of service with the quality of service they provided.

Lucas in the Service Department was great to work with. He provided us timely updates while our car was getting repaired and helped sort through some tricky warranty stuff that really helped us out.

Been buying Mazda and Having service at El Dorado for over 20 years. Never a service or purchasing problem. Only place to work hours getting my daughter good financing when she was in college.

If they order you the wrong part, they will not refund it because they had to "special order" it.
