I was having Transmission issues and let Legendary look at it. I didn't really anticipate any good news. But when they returned my Truck with a diagnosis of all its issues. I assumed the worst. But I drove my truck home and noticed it was driving fairly well. I waited a few more days and was totally in awe of the expertise and knowledge. Other shops just can't compare to Legendary. The knowledge and professionalism you can't put a price on. I'm a True Legendary Auto Believer from now on. Can't thank them enough. JCGtheBarber Approves.

Fair quotes and 100% satisfied with completed work on my vehicle. I never feel like I am being scammed with unnecessary repair recommendations like I have experienced from other mechanics used in the past. The time they take to repair my vehicle is reasonable and a loaner is always offered if available. It is great having a repair shop that you feel you can trust. Allen and his team are the best and highly recommended.

We recently had two of our vehicles repaired by Legendary Automotive, and are very pleased in every way. They were able to quickly assess and set right the shoddy repair work that was performed by another mechanic on our Dodge Ram Truck. They were also able to accurately diagnose and quickly repair an airbag warning light that was sensing an issue on our Hyundai. They also went over both our aging vehicles and were able to alert us to other issues and provide an easy to understand description and estimate. Allen and his team are very pleasant to work with, and eager to provide top notch customer service. They do quality repair work at reasonable prices. We are also very happy that they are really close to North East Frisco.

I wish I could give more stars, I took my 20 year old car that I was sure was on the brink of death here after two other "complete repair" shops refused to even talk to me or take a look. They were beyond kind, communicative, professional, and made me feel heard and understood. They stopped at nothing, including a gas fill up, to make sure my car was completely repaired and they had looked into every issue. The price was extremely fair for the quality I received and the work that needed to be done. They helped me partner with their towing service and got me back on the road within a day. I will be recommending this mechanic to everyone I know and I know anyone reading this will not be disappointed with their work either!

Legendary Automotive did a great job replacing my front brake pads and rotors. I ll definitely keep bringing my vehicles to them. They sent proof pictures of the work and they did a quality service. Great Staff. Highly recommend!

I had a less-than-stellar experience at Legendary Automotive & Diesel over three weeks ago with a misfiring issue on my 2014 Mercedes. I was disappointed with the service and customer care provided. However, I would need to give credit where credit is due. I am pleased to say that the management at Legendary Automotive & Diesel, specifically Manager Allen and Randy, went above and beyond to rectify the situation.After leaving an unsatisfactory review, Manager Allen reached out to me personally to express his apologies and offer to make things right. He understood my frustration and assured me that he would personally oversee the repair of my Mercedes. I was initially skeptical but decided to give them another chance. I always give second chances.I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and care Manager Allen put into resolving the misfiring problem. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the issues and the solutions. This level of transparency and personalized service made all the difference.Allen ensured the repairs were done correctly and even called me to see if I didn't mind if he kept the vehicle a little longer to ensure the issue didn't reappear. I had my car for a few days now and wanted to ensure the problem didn't resurface. I am delighted with the results. Thanks to his expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction, my Mercedes now runs smoothly without any misfiring. I have been using Legendary for my vehicle repairs/maintenance for some years. They are a top notch crew. Very organized, very reputable, and very trustworthy. Allen and the entire staff stay in communication with you so there are no surprises or hidden costs. The most important thing is they do the job right with no short cuts. These guys take pride in their skills and your trust. I don't live close, but I am happy to make the drive. Peace of mind is priceless.

I used Legendary for my 2021 Chevy Colorado repairs. The engine light kept coming on and off. I also tried topay with Apple Wallet. They even helped with that since it was my first time to use it! Good service. Highly recommend them.David Carruth

F150. Repair was diagnosed and completed in about a day which was less time than I've typically waited for similar types of issues at other local shops. Communication was fantastic with a reasonable price. While they do offer provisions for after hours pickup, service adviser Chris stayed a few minutes after normal hours to accommodate in person pickup which was very helpful in this particular case. Overall very satisfied and would recommend!

Legendary Automotive did a great job. I highly recommend them. The car had spent 3 weeks at another shop. Legendary was able to track down an electrical problem that was preventing the vehicle from starting. The pricing was very fair. I'll use them again.

They were quick to schedule the service. I felt they provided an honest assessment of the issue and a couple of recommendations for the repair. They did a fantastic job in communicating with me. I also felt the quoted repair cost was fair. I would definitely use their services again for any automotive repairs.

Had a great experience with Legendary!They were friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Plus, they had a quick turnaround time 24 hours AND a loaner car for me to use. I did a price comparison with another shop ( Buricks) in McKinney and Legendary correctly diagnosed the problem which saved me from unnecessary repairs for parts and labor and time. I thought I could trust Burdicks but they gave me a very wrong diagnosis attempting to charge me but 1,000 more. I ll be taking all my cars to Legendary from now on. I ll let all my family and friends know about them,. They are reliable and honestly wanted to help me.

First time getting a diesel oil change there and it was a great experience. Communication before, during and after the process was above my expectations. I saved money compared to the local dealership and felt like I found a new home for my vehicle needs. Folks were all nice and had a mini fridge of sodas and treats. I recommend them to anyone

These days its very hard to find honest mechanics, Legendary Automotive has gone above and beyond and exemplifies that there are honest mechanics out there. I have taken my both of my cars several times and each time I have gotten great service, honest opinions and the repairs completed in a timely manner. Shout out to Chris over there for helping me out with my recent issue, he helped me resolve my car problem by taking the time to call the dealership to verify if the part was covered under warranty and it was!! Now that's honesty in my opinion, great job Chris! Thank you again!

Allen and his crew are awesome. My jeep was due for a tune up but was also having some specific issues. Chris was very helpful at the counter, and they got me into a loaner. They were very responsive, diagnosed my vehicle quickly, answered all my questions, and sent a thorough report on the findings. I had a deadline that was probably unreasonable, but they got my vehicle all fixed up right on time. It hasn't run this good in quite a while. Pricing was reasonable, and they have flexible options. I definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

SOMETHING FEELS SO WRONG!!! A $250 estimate over the phone for a serpentine belt, jumped to $3349 once my car got to the shop. The proforma for my service was not itemized. I was only submitted totals. Claims of needing to fix a severe oil leak , needing new tires and serpentine belt with parts.I just had a oil change 2 days ago & there were no signs of a oil leak, just purchased 4 brand new tires in October 2023, and I know I need a new serpentine belt but the total price is astronomical, even higher than the an estimate from the dealership. Getting my car towed back to my home.Soooo discouraged right now!! Please leave message if you know of a reputable and trustworthy mechanic in the McKinney area.

Quick, efficient. Did a great job repairing our truck needing a fuel pump. Excellent communication and I really appreciated the veteran discount they applied. Absolutely will be back. (Hopefully not soon, but definitely will return for future needs)

I ve been to Legendary numerous times, cv axle replacement, oil change etc. and they always are friendly and deliver quality work! I would definitely recommend checking them out when it comes time to service or repair your vehicle, gas or diesel!

I want to say that the way Allen and Jason treated me as a customer today is very demeaning. I came in around early march to change my oil on my camry at the time i asked them to have a driver come drive with me due to some noise in my car but i was told there is no technician available. I told them i will be back. I came back today and met with Jason who at the time said that a technician will ride with me after we came back the technician told Jason what he heard but said he need to put the car up to correctly diagnose it, i requested a ride back home at no time did Jason discussed amount to be paid etc. The diagnosis for my car is estimated at 4k i dont have 4k now they then said they want to charge me 79$ Allen happen to be out and went on a tangent of how if i go to walmart i do not expect to get service for free this and that then Jason said i told you when we went outside you never told me anything i did not go outside with you, you guys have camera once i brought that they can look at the camera they both became belligerent and asked me to leave. I am a successful balck woman, i asked to pay for the service rendered but i am not going to pay 79$ because i was not made aware of this upfront. Allen it is very rude for you to ask me to leave your shop because i was never creating a scene or anything i just asked you politely to pay my bill at a discounted rate. Please educate your employees to know what they are doing and be upfront with customers as for me you have lost me as a customer and would never return.

I bought my BMW to Legendary for services (Replacing battery). They did a good job to replace the battery and provide recommendations for other issues that I need to pay attention. Their services is better than the dealership.

Legendary has been amazing for some big stuff (like rebuilding an engine)- but I now use them for EVERYTHING (instead of the dealership or even autozone or quick oil change places) and here s why: Last week I needed a new battery, so I called them and they got me in same-day. When they called to say it was ready, they had also checked my brakes, tires, everything and let me know everything was ALL GOOD! No trying to upsell me. And now I have the peace of mind to know I m good for my upcoming travel.Just wonderful customer service!! And they ll even text to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly and I was happy with my service. These guys can handle everything for my 2019 VW Atlas from oil change, batteries, headlights, car inspection, to a major engine rebuild (for my daughters VW Beetle). No need to go anywhere else.

My battery was dead and recharged it and took it in. The wait time was short. It was handled professionally and the battery is functioning well. We were leaving Grandmas house on the way home to Houston when my Excusion decided to take a break. on the side of the road with the family I had the task of finding a shop for the truck, and a place to safely stay for the family. A few calls and everyone recommended Sharrock Automotive.Cody answer the phone and immediately put me a comfort. Cody sent a car to pick up my family and said the shop would be open until I get there with my truck.Sure enough a car arrived and picked up my family. it took the tow truck a while long to arrive and get me to the shop where Cody was waiting for us. let us use the shop loaner vehicle and got my truck back on the road. two days before Christmas. We made it home in time to meet family flying in for the holidays.Sharrock Automotive was honest and more than fair. They actually saved Christmas for us. My truck runs great now. I was also thanked for my Military Service. Everyone at this shop went out of there way to insure we made it home.We will move to Dallas soon, but I wil only use Sharrock for my tricky from now on. they are worth the drive!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
