Absolutely amazing group of people that work well together and have excellent communication skills. My new used 2004 Ford F150 needed a few major repairs and they worked overtime to finish before Thanksgiving holiday. Love, love, love everyone at this shop! The pictures and report they provided was above and beyond. Highly recommend. You won t be disappointed. Jess

It pains me to leave this review because I ve trusted Kwik Car at Craig Ranch with repairs to my car, but as they say, trust is earned in drops and lost in buckets.I brought my car to the shop on a Monday and was told they would get to it Thursday. Wednesday midday I got a call saying they couldn t align my car. I asked for a steering wheel orientation correction and a toe adjustment, and advised they could ignore camber due to the modifications to the car. I also advised the brake master cylinder was probably defective, needed repair and brakes bled.I called for a status Thursday afternoon and got a return call around 3:45 on that afternoon validating what I suggested. Friday midday no update. Friday end of day I got a ride to the shop and asked for a status on my car, and no one knew what was going on. They couldn t even find the key to my vehicle! I asked the receptionist to figure out what was going on and call me. She called later and when I expressed my frustration with their promises of service and gross under-delivery she hung up on me.Monday comes, the brakes won t bleed properly. I advised them to make sure the calipers are placed on the correct sides, because, as strange as it is, if they are swapped on this Lincoln, they will not allow pressure to build. End of day Monday, I get a call advising the brakes still won t build pressure. At this point I asked them to pull it off the rack so I can take it home and troubleshoot.I drove the car home using my e brake, swapped the calipers myself, and guess what, the brakes work. $936 later and I finished the job that I paid them to complete.They could give me $10 million dollars as recompense and I d still NEVER take my car back there again. Between being treated rudely, inadequate service delivery, inept mechanical skills, absent professionalism and craftsmanship, and a keen ability to ignore customer requests, take your pick of perfectly justifiable reasons to cut ties.

I can t possibly put into this little space how much I love this particular KK. They have been so amazing to me and accommodating. They are the nicest team of individuals I think I have ever met. They are quick and efficient and they are in constant contact with me by text to make sure my parts are in or when I can come in. And even beat the price of my small town local mechanic. I couldn t recommend them enough. 12 out of 10 stars.

This Kwik Kar is awesome. Everyone there is super personable and friendly. The techs physically show you what they have fixed or what needs to be fixed. You can tell they don t try to make things up to grab money from you like other auto shops do. I would recommend this place over Firestone, Jiffy lube, etc. Also the lady at the front desk (I always forget her name) is one of the kindest people. She s always positive, welcoming, and she s funny.

I have been here a few times and every time, everyone is so nice. I have an 1988 GMC Truck and they don t hesitate or refuse to work on it like a bunch of other shops. I will keep bringing my truck here as long as I can. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Had a quick and efficient experience with my vehicle annual inspection. Very friendly team. Had nice kid room with books and toys to let my toddler have some fun as well while we were there

I've been up and down the city trying to find an inspector to have an state inspection done.. this place by far has just the guy to get it done at a moments notice mention the not to mention the lounge lobby is comfortable to wait just a short time as businesses is getting done

By far my favorite Kwik Kar to get my car serviced. Quick, friendly, and informative. We ve only had an issue once when my husband got an oil change and car inspection done on the same day. He was charged for both services, but it turned out they never actually preformed the inspection. They were quick to get that taken care of for him when he went back up there.

The technician Aaron was great to take time and explain the issue in my car. They were really great what they do. I would recommend to stop this place for any issues for your car.They don t try to cross sell any products.

I was assured they know how to change oil in Audi's so I took it in and it almost took two hours. Four days later three engine lights came on so I had to take it to my dealership. The vacuum line was not closed and caused the problem. Don't take your car here!

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Carl and Erica took care of me.Pricing was very transparent.They gave me a similar discount even though I brought in a coupon from a different kwik kar location.Facilities were very clean and well kept. They offered free water and coffee.I got an oil change at a fair price. They also cleaned my windshield and front seat as part of the oil change.My car was assessed and the recommendations were showed to me as well as included on my receipt. I was never coerced or pressured into additional work! Just information on why the work is good to do. Very happy customer.

Absolutely amazing service! Carl explained everything to me about my car in terms that I could actually understand which is the first time anyone s attempted to explain it to me! Also, took less than twenty minutes! Wonderful sense of humor and great energy! Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Had a huge issue with my 2019 Infiniti SUV. Thought my wife had the oil changes done and she thought I had the oil changes done. No changes for 2.5 years (20,000+ miles). Started to have blue exhaust smoke. Went into this location, explained what the problem was (sludge) and with no judging, they offered three different solutions and pricing. Explained the benefits and drawbacks of each and I made my decision on how to proceed. The flush worked perfectly and the car runs beautifully. As a side note, the dealer I went to first, does not offer any type of "engine flush" and then recommended an engine rebuild at $13,000... These guys fixed my problem and saved me money. I will be back.

Great service every time I go here. They have taken care of my Harley Street Glide and Toyota 4runner. Front office is extremely nice and welcoming. All the workers are very transparent and honest with the work that needs to be done. Carl did a great job with explaining recommended work and showing me the results.

Came to Kwik Kar as my usual oil change place was closed. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Carl so I returned again today for oil change and Carl was amazing again! Front desk (neglected to get her name...sorry) customer service was also professional and personable. I'm not entirely sure how y'all manage to turn getting a routine oil change into an enjoyable experience! Thank you!

This place opened about 2 weeks ago. Let me just say I will be a returning customer. The facility is nice and clean and spacious. They have a seating area with plenty of chairs and table to sit things on. They have a television in the seating area. The have a play room for children. This place seems well staffed. Customer service hands down is great. I was in and out in less than 10 Minutes and I came in on a Friday. Now I don t know what it will be later once this location gets noticed but I m sure they will manage it well. The owner was there and he was great. Anything I had questions on they explained it to me fully, took their time, and no rush. Customer service and honest people hard to come by so when I see it and experience it I have to share and will be returning in the future. They have plenty of lanes to get cars in and out and two of those are for oil changes. The business located in a great area and next door to a Walgreens. Try it out next time you need oil change, repair, state inspection, etc.

The team at Kwik Car is so helpful. Normally I am a bit nervous to go to a car maintenance shop alone, however, they were so helpful and did not try to up charge me at all. Totally recommend for anyone who isn t sure about car maintenance.

Aaron and his staff were extremely professional and friendly! Most amazingly, they stayed an hour behind the store closing time to help me change out the battery on my Audi TT! No stores these days do that!!! It was almost as if I was back in the good old days when businesses and people were more friendly and family like.They were the 3rd shop I stopped by late in the evening due to other shops not having my special battery in stock.Aaron was very knowledgeable and kindly explained the components of battery and programming that was required after the battery change out.I only serviced my car from the dealer up until now but will definitely be taking my car to Aaron and his team at Kwik Kar at Craig Ranch going forward!Thank you Aaron and the gentleman who worked on my car. Outstanding experience! I had to get a safety inspection and had a short window during lunch break to get it done. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Prompt service and friendly staff. Good seating area. Highly recommended.

I ve owned a Commercial Construction Company for over 30 years.Owned and Maintained numerous work Trucks.I ve used several Service Shops over these years and by far the Craig Ranch Kwik Kar is one of the BEST.They re honest and transparent and most important COMPETENT.I drive out of my way to get my vehicles serviced with this location.

It is a fantastic place for oil changes and related services. Initially, they take your key, and when you go inside, you can specify your requirements. They provide a great experience by explaining what they did and suggesting additional services based on your car's condition. Carl and Ericka are both very pleasant and did an excellent job.The service is not only efficient but also thorough.I ll keep visiting this place.ThankYou KwikKar.

I thought there was one Kwik Kar of McKinney and got a 5 quart synthetic oil change quote. I was expecting to spend 8999 minus the $10 coupon and when I checked out they charge me $144. Apparently there s a Kwik Kar in McKinney of CRAIG RANCH and they charge a lot more. Lesson learned- don t need to return
