My 2020 Jeep had over 100 hail dents. Kryger did a fantastic job. Looks brand new again.

This guy is top notch! I don't ever leave reviews, but felt I needed to for this company. Cole came to my home, handled the call to my insurance company, came to pick up my car, and dropped off a rental car. I literally had to do nothing! The customer service level was a 100%! Not only did they repair all of the dents, they even repaired a large dent that was not caused by hail for free! In addition to everything, he had my car detailed inside and out, and waxed the exterior. He even returned it with a full tank of gas! I PAID ZERO DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET! I gotta say, I highly recommend Kryger Dent Solutions!!

Awesome Service.I must have turned away at least 50 Hail Repair company's since the storm hit. All talking the same jive "no deductible, no out of pocket"...etc. Derrick was different he said those things and then personalized our discussion by asking me about my vehicle and pulled me out to show me some things on the car. Next thing I know we are on the phone with the insurance where he takes the lead and gets things going.Once Derrick got me squared away with my claim on the spot I had the particular fortune of being assisted over the phone by Cole Kryger (Owner) the man himself! To put it succinctly..I am very pleased with Cole and his ability to transform customer service into an art form! I could tell immediately from our conversation that He prides himself on delivering a first class customer experience and values honesty as the best policy! During our initial call Cole laid out for me exactly what the situation was and what I should expect.Kryger Dent Solutions not only took care of my hail damage but also took care of several other issues my card had from my car being hit by an unknown driver and it looks brand new!Derrick and Cole's professionalism and uncanny ability to build immediate rapport with customers certainly made a lasting impression. Most of us would have to admit that we've had our share of mediocre service from other businesses in the past. However, some organizations such as Kryger are starting to "get it." They realize that in today's competitive marketplace, consumers have a greater number of choices than ever. I was part of the big hail storm of 2021! It left about 200 dents in my new 2020 ram 3500. Caliber Collision had put us a 5 month wait and we re still not sure when they could get my truck in the shop for body work. Cole with Kryger was able to come out, give me an estimate, work with my insurance, and get my truck back to me in about a week . Really please w the quality of work Kroger dent did. My insurance Co was only covering PDR after our last storm. As I was very nevous how they were gonna get these out of my BRAND new car. After going and talking to MANY local PRR company I felt most comfortable w Kryger. They explained the whole process to me and took care of my insurance from start to finish. Cole is honest, and delt w my insurance Co like a pro. They even took care of another dent for me that I thought needed to be paint. .....Fast forward a week and my car looks like it never happen. I was BEYOND please w the quality of the job.Thx Cole ( owner) he didn't try to sell the job then hand me to the next person he handles it himself from start to finish.

Phonemail business owner! I love working for Cole and would highly recommend anyOne to come work for this great company! Cole loves what he does and it is shown though his quality of work! He cares about the customer and the vehicles because HE IS A TRUE CAR GUY! This is the guy for you! Ohhhhh yeah and say I sent you and he will send me a check for your business! I took my car there after a hail storm. The hood and the roof were beat up. Kryger Dent Solutions handled everything I barely even had to talk to my insurance company. And my car came out looking good as new!
