I've been relying on Just Tires for nearly all my automobile needs, and they've consistently exceeded expectations. Despite the name, their expertise goes well beyond tires. From routine maintenance to more complex repairs, they've kept my 2017 Toyota Prius running smoothly. Their transparency, professionalism, and care for customers truly set them apart. List of issues during my visit:1. Had a call and discussed my requirement for 4 tires, I was quoted good year tire price to which i agreed and as they were out of stock, I was told to come next day2. I had to call, atleast 6 times to know when the tires will be available for installation but never received a call back3. Eventually I was told tires are available and drove to them, to my surprise the tires available were not the ones I ordered. More so all 4 tires were not of same brand.4. No discount or solution was provided and I decided to walk off5. Another thing I noticed: they have one hr service guarantee else $100 discount and staff there creatively hid it with some merchandise

Edit: They gave me 2 new tires to replace the ones that were wore severely by the alignment performed, or lack thereof one. My stance is still avoid this place. While the manager tried to make things right with the new tires, the fact remains that the alignment performed here created a very dangerous situation for me and anyone that rode in my truck.These guys have no clue what they're doing. If you take your car here you do so at your own peril. On top of that, they are far more expensive than their competitors, and other locations won't honor the warranty. Getting the rebates is like pulling teeth.I took my truck here for tires and an alignment before I took a long trip. I stopped on the way out to grab something from the parts store. A diesel tech from a local shop was talking to me and could visibly see the alignment was off. It was that bad. Over 2 inches difference when measuring between tires from the front, then back. This was their second attempt at getting it right too. The first one, I got my truck back with the steering at 3 o clock when the wheels where straight. This caused my new tires to wear almost half the tread in just a few hundred miles and caused extreme cupping.HERES THE CRAZY PART - VIDEO INCLUDEDSaid diesel tech told me to come to their shop and he would straighten out my alignment since I was about to drive some 3k miles. EVERY BOLT IN THE STEERING SYSTEM HAD BEEN LEFT COMPLETELY UNTIGHTENED. And just not a lil loose. Like bolt only half way in where you could easily move the steering components by hand. If this had come loose, I would have lost control of the vehicle possibly with my 10 year old son in the truck. I had filled out a less than stellar survey after attempt one, so it almost seems this was intentional. Either that, or they are grossly incompetent to a degree I've never seen.To sum up. If you want to spend more than you should for work that just might kill you. These are your guys. If you like your car to work properly and not spend a ton for it, you definitely want to look elsewhere.Note the level of wear shown in the pictures is only after at best a few hundred miles. These tires were well over 300 each.

I had a wonderful experience here. More than once. They're friendly helpful efficient and Janice is just the sweetest. I will also echo another recent review. I will only be going to Just Tires for any and all my automobile needs, as they've consistently exceeded expectations.

Seth was exceptional with his phone customer service and in person. After having 4 new tires put into my truck, I had to go back because one of the little stem things could ve been bad causing the tire to slow leak. I made an appt, we took the truck back, they thoroughly examined the tire with no hesitation.Great team at this location.

Jonathan was really helpful and explained why all the issues I was facing with my car tires. He provided valuable suggestions on what all additional services I needed. I got all 4 tires of my Nissan replaced there and got Good year tires . One star less as they forgot to tell me one key discount initially about which I knew from their website. They immediately provided me that once I mentioned about it.

Been going here 4 years for all my cars. One car always had a shake in the front steering (less than 70k miles on it) and they worked on it 2 or 3 times. This includes balances and alignments. They could never fix it!I went to discount tire today and they fixed it in less than an hour, thank you Discount tire!The mechanics at just tires been taking my money for nothing. What else did I pay for and they didn't fix it??Oh forgot another story from this location. On a different car I bought new tires and came here for an alignment, about same time as other car. They sold me the 3 year alignment, and within 6 months my front inside gators (on the tires) burned up. They corrected the alignment but said there may have been an issue with the car. The real issue was with this location.They reached out to me about concerns on my posting. But yall dont need to unless you plan to give me a refund on your bad maintenance!

We had our car tires done at "Just tires" before, but at a different location. We came in on saturday afternoon, were surprised by thier quick service. Great place, great service, with friendly staff, Christopher, who was assisting us, offered additional product and services, and provided detailed information. This place carries different tire brands to fit all your tire needs. We tested this place by removing tire caps from all four tires before taking the car in, to see if they pay attention to details. PASSED!!! When we got our car back all four tires had caps on! Other tire places usually loose your tire caps, and than you need buy new ones again and again... 5 stars! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

First of all Seth was awesome. Just Tires was easy super fair and took care of me. I mean if your belts showing on your tires they can't repair it you should be kissing someone's hairy bean bag thanking God your not dead and buying a new Tire like I did. Thank you Seth for a great deal and then my rotations I've done with you guys. If you take care of your tires and go see Seth they last.

DO NOT GO HERE. Came here for a simple tire patch on my brand new tire because discount tire was busy. Needless to say they told me that the nail was hitting the tread and they couldn't patch it but instead wanted to charge me $800 to order a new tire.... Instead I went to discount tire and they fixed it without any issues...... Do not trust this company. They do this to alot of poeple and try to pray in the innocent.

I had an amazing experience, this company is very professional and goes above and beyond, the staff there are amazing specially a guy name Seth Kincaid he went above and beyond and made my experience memorable thank you so much just tires for having an amazing staff, this reflex the company very well. Absolutely terrible service. Took my 1997 T-100 in for a state inspection. Since it's over 24 years old it only needs a safety inspection. I had to explain that to the advisor. When I checked in he said it would take less than 15 minutes, almost an hour and a half later I'm finally done. He then explained to me the 15 minute time was from when they started not when I checked in. That would have been nice to know. There were also 2 other guys in the waiting room that were not given an accurate wait time either. The state cost me $7 and I failed because my wiper inserts were slightly torn. They said if I replace them and bring it back within 15 days there would be no additional charge. They have a rack full of wipers and they tell me to take it to the auto parts store because it would be cheaper. Didnt even try to sell me any. I would have bought some but who knows how much longer that would have taken.Guess what I'm going to do? Replace the wipers and take it to another place and let them charge me another $7. Very, very poor service.

Terrible customer service! I made an appointment a week ago to get one tire replaced. It took the guy 10 minutes to find my reservation details and mentioned it would be approximately 30 minutes to change the tire. 45 minutes later, I follow up with the same guy, who said it was almost done. Another 15 minutes later and he is now having issues checking me out, despite the fact that I had already pre paid on the Goodyear site. The manager then gets involved, and it s now been 70 minutes to get one tire changed! I mentioned to the guy and the manager the huge sign they have behind the desk, highlighting that if you wait for more than an hour you get $100 back. Both colleagues didn t even acknowledge me. Seems to be a joke at this location!

Avoid this tire shop at all costs! They quoted me an arm and a leg for a single tire easily double the market price. Customer service was nonexistent. Total rip-off! Take your business to discount tires for fair prices. Discount charged me half the price.

Went in for an alignment. Just an alignment.Thirty minutes later, I get a call that my battery is "toast" and the truck suddenly wouldn't crank. I was advised to replace it as quickly as possible.When I pick up the truck, there are no signs of a dead battery. Ever. All my presets still in place and clock time accurate.Went to AutoZone shortly after, got the battery tested, ACTUALLY TESTED. I was lied to in an upsell attempt. My battery is fine. It is in great condition with plenty of life left.....Thanks for wasting my time.

Update Oct-2023: Since Chris left this place has gone downhill. It took 2hr 15mins for a tire rotiontion today about 1.5 hrs of that the truck was in the bay... Wait times have dramatically increased, customer service declined, and actual service detiored. I would recommend trying another place. This is not based on a one time event, but on my last 3 or 4 visits after Chris was no longer managing it. Chris! Hope life is good!!Old review: I have been using them for the past couple of years and I am very pleased with their level of service and how quickly they get the job done.

I brought my car to Just Tires for a known nail in the tread to have it patched. They called to tell me it was in the wall and unable to be patched. My only option was to have the tire replaced which would be $450. It didn't seem right so I called Discount Tire who quoted me the same tire for $250 over the phone. I headed there instead and GUESS WHAT?! It was not in the wall and could be patched. Discount Tire didn't even charge me to patch it!

Needed A very difficult alignment for my Ford F150 that is lifted I ve had three different alignment companies not be able to get it right last people that did it left the bolts loose. so I called just tires in McKinney Tx late yesterday afternoon around 5:30 they told me to bring it they got it done for me. the staff of guys that work there are absolutely amazing the work they did was outstanding and got my truck aligned I just want to say thank you to all the guys that work there.

This was my very first visit at this location. I wanted to have my tire checked after hitting a pothole that caused my tire sensor light to pop on and stay on to ensure I hadn't caused damage to the tire. They checked the tire I had concerns about and all my tires and the air pressure in them as well at no charge. There was a slight wait time yet it wasn't inconvenient. I was out in no time. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service to their tires or to purchase tires. I didn't purchase my tires at this location yet I did purchase them from another Just Tires Store.

I found a nail in one of my tires and needed a replacement. There they found out that two of my tires were worn out and bad shape due to alignment being off. They were very nice and advices me to get new tires and were able to get me back on the road same day.

I've been coming here for years and the only reason my family and I come here is because of Chris. His management style is how every manager should be trained. He actually cares and that mean so much. Thank you Just Tires and I hope that you appreciate how well he takes care of customers.

Excellent customer service today from Chris and thank you Zac! I went here today to get a nail removed from my tire. Chris told me that not just one tire had a nail but 3 of my tires did!!! I know there's a lot of construction here in Savannah and 380, but sheeeeeeesshh!!!Anyway, all the nails were removed from all 3 tires at no cost to me because of the location of the nails. Thank you both and keep up the excellent work!!!!

Bought my tires in 2019, with the road hazard and alignments(which I strongly recommend) These guys(store on Eldorado in McKinney) are the greatest! The road hazard saved me toms of money when i had to get a new tire due to 2 nails. I get my tires rotated and aligned according to schedule, make an appointment and have never had to wait more than an hour. Its a pleasant experience, fantastic customer service and the guys are very knowledgeable.

Without a doubt, the most informative Tire establishment I have been to. Thomas delivers excellent customer service and is not a high pressure bait and switch type of salesman.I went to NTB and the experience was completely the opposite. 3 for 1 is on off-brand tires, pushing a lot of add insult and for tires with 35,000 of ware less wanted 300.00 more without a 3 year protection plan.

Wow! FREE FLAT REPAIR!!!! This place is AMAZING! Not only that, but if they take more than an hour, they give you $100!? Not to mention, the tires here are VERY good quality and not overpriced at all! Highly recommended this place for sure.

My most recent visit to Just Tires (formerly the Goodyear Tire store) was marred, in part, due to what I believe were supply chain problems. I was due a set of tires - unexpectedly - as the 60,000 mile tires had roughly 40,000 miles on them and were unsafe in my opinion. I arranged to purchase a set of tires on-line, only to get a phone call from Just Tires saying the tires I had selected were not available. We found another set of more expensive tires and made an appointment for the day after an offer for free installation. Poor timing on my part, amplified by the fact that the free installation offer returned to the set of tires I purchased was back on again within the week that I completed my purchase. No conversation about the installation promotion (there was probably a work-around based on my ordering the tires when the promotion was in effect), no conversation about the premature wear on the tires I had previously purchased at this same store, and no conversation about the available rebate on the purchase of the tires. I did get the 6 months same as cash - a perk with the company credit card, but I am thinking seriously as to whether or not to head to Just Tires the next time we need new rubber to hit the road.

We show up to tow a rental vehicle and the guy with no teeth behind the counter lied to my driver about the keys & then states oh I thought you were a homeless guy what would present you to say that ? The guy literally had a towing t shirt on.

Great experience, and very quick service. I came in on today and I think the guys name was Justin. Although I think he was in training, he was very knowledgeable of products and services. Pleasantly surprised to know the patch & plug was a complimentary service. I m in McKinney to visit my son so I m here quite often. My next tires will definitely come from Just Tires even if I m making a special trip.
