The crew took great care of my cars. Had a state inspection on both cars and one also needed an oil change. They were quick and efficient and took care of setting me up with an air filter, cabin filter and a fuel treatment that were all needed. A really good crew to deal with!

I wish was able to do zero star!Please don t go there if you lik your car!After changing the oil, I noticed the noise from under the car, and when I got home, I saw that the car tray was lying on the ground and none of the screws were on it. The first experience was the worst experience for oil change

Oil Change was much more than expected. It is advertised as $79.99 .. I ended up paying $130 out the door. I recently had my car tuned up and was being told my car needed things done that has just been taken care of. Very nice & friendly staff but wont be returning unfortunately.

I want to shout out to the jiffy lube in McKinney Leslie helped us out knowing that we really couldn't afford some things and she made it possible for us to go ahead and get my oil flushed and oil change by the grace of God it was just amazing how she was able to help us out. And the team we have Diego and Noah that helped with the service. I would highly recommend this location to any of my family and friends. Thank you so much Leslie again. Went into this location a few weeks ago and was greated by Leslie! Very upbeat and eager to help!! Emily and Diego were very helpful as well!! Above and beyond customer service! Which is sorely missing in business today. Very well done all!! Keep up the great job! Highly recommend this location!

I visited this location this morning (March 21, 2024) for an inspection. I was told they had three inspections before me, which was fine. I showed my insurance twice, first to the tech who met me when I pulled up and again to a female tech with braids who seemed to be in charge. A few minutes later, I asked the woman for my keys and explained I would wait in my car. She hesitated, then responded, "I'm getting ready to pull your vehicle in." She says this while walking to and eventually getting into another customer's car, which she drives around the lot before pulling into the bay. I sit in my car, expecting her to hand me my keys. Minutes pass, and I look up, and she is assisting another tech with a different vehicle. I ask her for my keys, and she wants to know if I'm leaving. She had no intention of giving me the keys, which is what I was thinking. I tell her no and that I want to wait in my car. She reluctantly hands over MY keys.Ten minutes later, she returned to take my car into the bay, or so I thought. Instead, she drives it around the building. I thought this strange; this is the first time I've experienced this for a state inspection. She then pulls up and tells me, "Your vehicle won't pass inspection because you need new front brakes. They are metal on metal. We do brakes. We can do them for you". I immediately understood what was happening. I told her I had a mechanic and left. I drove one block to Valvoline (corner of Hardin and 380 in McKinney), pulled in (stayed in the car), the tech performed the inspection, I paid, and got the report and invoice (done).I am not a mechanic, and I have minimal knowledge of cars. I have been driving for just shy of 40 years and I have been driving this 2005 BMW since 2005. What I know is that metal on metal in my vehicle will make a loud grinding sound. I've experienced this. There was no sound. I also know that for this vehicle I would have to push the brake down further when stopping and pull the emergency brake up higher when parking. None of that is happening at this time. I know the front brakes on this vehicle were replaced in 2022. Finally, this vehicle is driven less than 6,000 miles per year. I called my mechanic and asked what the expected mileage was on the brakes...25,000 miles. You can do the math? I typically change my brakes every 3 to 4 years per my mechanic.Honestly, I can't say if this experience is a Jiffy Lube company issue or an employee issue. I have had my inspection done at this location without issue. I don't know her name, but she is short, light-complexed, slightly pudgy, and has cornrows with the sides and back cut close. If she's there when you go, take any suggested repairs with a grain of salt.My time and money are both valuable to me. Unfortunately but fortunately, I only waste a small amount of one today. The lessons were much more valuable: continue to trust my gut and do not return to this location.Be blessed and stay excellent!Home of the free because of the Brave!

I am unsure if I need to be thankful or cautious. Thankful that you guys noticed that I have an oil leak, so that I can make plans to have it fixed. Or not so happy of this recommendation. I had my car in a car shop 2 weekends ago, for fixing what is the cause of an oil leak. Then I come to this shop for an oil change to be told I got an oil leak. Sad that we women have to become mechanics for ourselves to not be had.

We showed 30 mins before closing. We welcomed and showed great customer service and respect. I thought it would be the opposite since we showed up so late in the day. We were in out in about 15 mins and I didn't even yell the guys I was in a hurry! Great experience I'll definitely be back!

I went for my car inspection and the service was excellent!! I had to wait but not long and was kept informed about the progress of my car. Leslie is an awesome manager. This location is ran very well and its clean. I will be returning for other services as well as recommending this location to my family and friends

When I wouldn t approve doing a service that had just been done, meaning they were lying about my car actually needing this additional service. Then they were angry and were so rude after that. This is also a location that has a new manager and that is who was acting like this . Ugh!

11/21/2023 UPDATE: SINCE I CANNOT RELPY TO THE JIFFY LUBE CUSTOMER SERVICE POST! I've been in contact with the franchise owner since before October 6th, who keeps saying the refund was sent out or that he's reached out to accounting. I still haven't received a thing. It's been a week now and now my messages are being ignored. Don't make promises that you do not intend to keep! I don't think anything is being done and know I'll never ever be back to any of the locations owned by this guy. I would never do to this to my customers! I need someone else to reach out to me, customer service because I'm just getting the run around. And don't tell me there's nothing you can do about it! It's been a month and a half and I have no resolution! I am very angry now when I was trying to be patient. DO SOMETHING!!!!I need answers as to why it has been more than 30 days for a refund to be sent to my account. I still have not received the refund that I was told I would get. I even swiped my card at the location on 10/06 and there's nothing. I have no issues with my bank and I don't understand why there is no effort to communicate with me openly about what is happening or any attempt to provide an alternate method for the refund either. I'm frustrated now because I feel as if I'm being ignored, especially when I know my messages are being read and the email had been received.

Yesterday Aug/1 i went there for state inspection the guy was there on front desk around 3:00pm he was running around outside to check on vehicles issues and in talking friendly and updating his customers about what s going on, and he apologized to everyone for the shop been busy and worried about customers time including me!!!I know that s excellent customer service but what new is he mean it! God bless you I hope I knew your name to post it but I m coming back to ask for it!

When I arrived, the staff outside were rude and abrupt, but inside, the young man was polite and helpful. He even gave me instructions on where to find coupons online.Whine inspecting my car, the asked if I would like my air filter replaced. I said yes. The price on the menu screen said $29.99. When I finally checked out, my oil change and air filter price was $176. That was with a $15 off coupon. My air filter was almost $60.Very expensive for an oil change and air filter. I won t be going back.

This place will drain your wallet! Charged me 80 dollars for windshield wipers that I didn't ask for and just installed because they wanted to. I will never come back to this place. I'm surprised she didn't try to replace my Blinker Light Fluid or replace the batteries in my Flux Capacitor. The words "I ONLY NEED" mean nothing here.

When I pulled up, the staff greeted me, asked what I wanted done, and gave me an estimated wait time. The service went well, and they made reasonable recommendations without pushing too hard. I also waited longer than normal and was given a bit of a discount. The staff asked me what I had planned for the weekend and that was pleasant small talk. Will go again!

I needed an inspection, on an electric car... that's $7. They treated me like I bought the luxury package. It's a great group of guys here. Update: I went to see them again a couple weeks later - These guys are the best. Hands down. Period . Like unbelievably so.

Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience at store #3878 on University Dr. in McKinney, TX.Arrive at 12Left at 2 pmWas originally told 45 minutesAt one time, 5-10 tech standing around my vehicle. They had several issues with my oil change. Saw techs with cellphone flashlights looking under my hood.Expressed my dissatisfaction. Was told by CJ, the manager, that most of techs are new. Given $25 credit.Audio system on my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas appears reset. My wife for the first time came with me. Which irritated me more that she had to experience this.Multiple customers inside communicated their dissatisfaction. Long waits. I m not confident my vehicle is okay. My inspection light is now on. Just got my inspection months ago. Getting error lights on my vehicle audio system. Considering taken my vehicle to Volkswagen have trained technicians check it out.My Saturday is not ruined, but definitely affected. I have come to this location for years. Always good till today. Never will be back. Would like a full credit and apology. For my time and inconvenience.Service: Oil change

Very friendly staff, kids seating with coloring books, big screen TV, complimentary coffee bar and massage chair. The service was very time efficient. I would highly recommend getting service here.

Everyone is always polite and services are done with care. We have used this business since they opened several years ago.
