Great experience. When I went to the dealer they quoted me a ridiculous price for a big fix. Integrity Automotive was very honest and gave me a great price for the same repair. Glad to have found my new local shop!

It s nice to find a company clean, professional, friendly, fast, honest and easy. We were very happy with the diagnostic (told me what he thought was wrong just by my describing the problem- 3 other places said there was nothing wrong even after driving it). Sure enough, rotors, drums and brakes needed work, which they did in a timely manner, and now there is no longer wobbling every time I brake.I m new to McKinney and will definitely be taking my car back to them when I need maintenance and repair.

My experience with integrity Auto was a great one. They kept me and my wife up to date on our repairs the whole way through and we re very patient in the process as we figured out how to get the repairs paid for. They made sure to find me the BEST solution for my situation and not just their bottom line.

First time taking my car in and all went very smoothly. Estimates for repairs seemed reasonable and repairs were made in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Great 1st experience!

I ve been driving around North America for two years and I ve never come across a shop that operates with such integrity.They truly live up to their name.A big thank you to Daniel, and Mike, who were immensely diligent at not just fixing my vehicle but also making things right and ensuring I left with a positive experience.If I could give them 10 stars I would. Integrity is the only place I will bring my cars/vans, and I have a fleet of them. They are honest and find the root of the problem. Daniel and Steven always gets me in day of or next day. They are the best!

Very good service. I was a little disappointed in the total price for the oil change. I believe it was around $50.00 last time and it was almost $80 this time but I will continue to bring it to you for service. I trust you and that means a lot to me

Amazing, Quick Service and great price. I came to replace the engine top cover seal. Joshua was able to get me in and everything was done in under 1 hr. Happy happy and satisfied.

The car is running great and my wife is very happy with how much quieter her car is driving now. All my interactions with the service manager, Daniel, and the technician, Mike, were wonderful. But the service writer, Steven, was not pleasant to work with. It was my first time working with him on a job so I'm hopeful our communications in the future will be friendlier and more timely and professional.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I found the shop to have a love to serve with excellence and integrity.On our Lexus, we got windshield wipers working that had stopped (when looked into was a simple no cost fix) we got new brakes done without unreasonable delays as well as routine oil and filter changeWe were well pleased!These laborers were certainly worthy of my hire.

This experience was great! I took in a truck to get a pre-purchase inspection and as I sat in the waiting room I would overhear conversations from other customers checking out. There was more than one occasion where the employee told the customer that they noticed an issue, but advised it still had a little life left in the part and to come back in a few months. Most auto shops would have unethically advised the customer to replace the part just so they could make an easy buck. They really did live up to their "Integrity" name.Also, the technician who did my inspection took the time to walk me back and explain in detail his findings and his advice moving forward.Overall I would say that 5 stars is not quite enough.

Integrity has saved me thousands. Literally.I had broke my 4x4 cv boot on my ram. I knew there was more damage just couldn t diagnose it my self. Took it to the dealer ship, they quoted me thousands to replace drive/axel assembly. Couldn t do it. I was referred to Integrity, Dan immediately had my truck taken in to be diagnosed ( had to schedule ahead for the dealership). Mike found the real problem and fixed it for a fraction of the cost.Again few months later I m having air suspension problems, dealership charged me $3000 to replace compressor and hoses. But it still didn t fix the problem, my truck continued to sag. Dealership then quoted me $7000 to replace all air shocks and bags and whatever else. Again I just took it to integrity where again Dan and Mike diagnosed/fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost.These guys have definitely earned all my future business.

Our concerns about visiting a new mechanic shop, immediately dissolve once greeted by the onsite staff. They found the problem rather quickly compared to prior shop experience. Their clear details and straightforward approach increased confidence in their dismissal of another issued reported to us previously about the car needing a coolant flush by your typical oil change company.

I had oil changed, break job, alignment on 4 wheels, put new air filter.Daniel take care everything, all the crews are very nice. Steven even gave a ride to my work place after i dropped my vehicle to fixed.I very strongly recommend to all the McKinney family.Great a job, daniel...

The work was done at a timely manner after they received the parts. I was given a ride home after leaving my vehicle for repair.They gave me a heads up on what needed to be replaced next and in what order. The work that was done was top notch

Integrity Automotive helped me in replacing and repairing my wheels and tires after an auto accident. Daniel streamlined the process by working directly with my slow-moving insurance company. The front office staff was so patient with me checking in on the progress of the repairs and communication with the insurance company to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. My family has owned and operated a thriving automotive repair shop in northern Michigan since 1981- I know what good auto service looks like! Finding a trustworthy repair shop that provides top notch service is hard to come by. I can say I enjoyed working with these guys and appreciate the work and service they provided! I have 2 words for what I feel is either a RIP OFF or INCOMPETENCE . Shim Kit!!! Took Lexus in to find out what was causing roaring engine noise. Told nothing wrong. But was told we need wheel bearing and brakes. We agreed. We were told brakes might squeak if you don t pay for Lexus parts. We agreed and paid up. After almost $1000 and no squeaking brakes prior to going to Integtity the brakes were so loud I could hear the car coming from down the street. Took it back to integrity. Told that s what we get for not paying for Lexus parts.. I reminded them we DID pay for Lexus parts. They then proceeded to blame it on cold brakes, wet brakes and hot brakes.. all in one sentence! Then they decided to blame it in my daughter s driving. After much distress we told integrity we were taking it to Lexus. They did not want us to do that ?? Well, Lexus said the bearing is NOT Lexus and they cannot verify that the brakes are even Lexus. ?? They said this is not unusual to need a shim kit and were surprised a mechanic would not know that. We checked with the auto shop in Oak Lawn who put on her rear brakes last year with no subsequent squeaking about a shim kit and they did use one. We had Lexus put on the shim kit for the front and viola no squeak and smooth braking. The real sad part is the nearly $1000 we paid and the headache and abuse by Integrity of being told the squeaking is our fault and because Lexus did not install the brakes.. due to the wear on the brand new brakes due to not having the shim kit we will have to go back to Integrity for any issues covered by warranty. Ugh! What a waste of money and trauma. Who the heck can t fix brakes?? Integrity can t.. at least not on our Lexus. I have a few other questionable occurrences with Integrity.. but this experience was by far the worst, most costly and very traumatizing for months. My advice is to stay away from Integrity.

There s no other place I would go for my auto repair needs. I trust them completely because I know Josh, the owner. He does have integrity. I am not afraid to ask them what my car truly needs because they tell me straight. They never recommend a repair unless it s needed and they give me a heads up on what might be needed in the future. Daniel is great to work with too. I highly recommend!!!!!

I'm very happy with my recent visit. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to talk with about my daughter's car repair. We felt like we were in good, honest hands. It was also the most affordable fix than going elsewhere. We were also thanked and blessed by a gentleman when walking out, which you don't hear much of anymore. It was a very nice touch!
