When I went in and left I felt the service was good. However, they recommended a couple of things specifically 2 new tires, and stated they could not rotate them because two tires were too bald. I checked them and they were not but they did need to be changed very soon, it wasn't worth the argument. The bigger issue was they said I needed new brake pads and rotors turned. Specifically, they said the pads were down to 2 Millimeters in the back and down to 5 in the front. I found this odd for the low mileage on the car so I took it to two different places (firestone and Breaks Plus) both of them came back and said the brakes were fine and they are at 6 mil in the front and 5 in the rear. I find this practice of lying to get more money dishonest. I would always recommend getting another opinion if they suggest work needs to be done. Update- 2/14/2024 The GM Frank White Reached out to me and we agreed that a mistake was made and Frank made the situation right. The actions they took to resolve the issue have restored my trust in them and I am updating this review from 1 star to 5 stars.

Hands down the best experience I've had with a service department! Aleks and Jordan made a stressful situation turn into a blessing! From the time I started dealing with them to the finish then never strayed from the promises made. They never pressured for unnecessary work. The customer service and auto service was exceptional!

I've used Huffines Kia Service department twice now under difficult circumstances and they have been wonderful to work with. Kenneth Mejia was a huge help. I don't think I've ever been actually happy about dealing with an auto service department before, but these guys are terrific.

***CONSUMER BEWARE***[Huffines GM, Frank White, & employees involved: Ben Fernandez, Kenneth Mejia, Jordan Settle, Christopher Besser (DPM), Kia USA customer escalations.]The Kia Huffines service department was dishonest about causing additional electrical surge damage when fixing an engine part that was covered under a class action lawsuit & the starter. They also used bullying tactics to seek payment for a goodwill part Kia USA was willing to pay for on our behalf, such as threatening to report the loaner car we were given as stolen, and to tow our car off their lot before their repairs/replacement was complete.The right thing to do would be for Huffines to repair what they accidentally damaged without seeking unfounded compensation or hardship.Additionally 2 other independent shops have confirmed the electrical issues were indeed caused by their negligence. Definitely do more than average research before buying a Kia, especially from Huffines.***I WOULD BE HAPPY TO UPDATE MY REVIEW AND FURTHER ACTION IF HUFFINES TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY & TAKES CARE OF ISSUES THEY CAUSED ***

I used to be a regular here years ago and I returned to get work done on my vehicle and it wasn't as good as it use to be. Prices are high. They not trying to save you no money that's for sure. Staff was friendly.

So bought my 23 Forte GT here and love it. Usually have a quick lube do my oil changes and tire rotations for convenience. Was given my first service free at the Huffines Kia McKinney Service department. Service was good and had no complaints. I asked the service rep if they checked the tires because I knew that 3 of them are low. He said yes and showed me where the tech guy shows current pressure. When I get home (40 min away) I check the pressure and 3 are still 5 lbs low. Even at free this was a waste of my time because now I have to go to a competitor to have them do what I thought the "experts for my car" told me was done and always done. I wonder what else wasn't done. FAIL!

We bought our 2023 KIA at another Dealer in Irving, Texas. I wrote about them on other sites before and their lack of service. When it came time to have our 5,000 mile oil change, tire rotation, full check up we went over to Huffines Kia McKinney. I can put their service in two words "NAILED IT" They answer when you call them unlike the other place. When we arrived today Hunter met us at the door to the service department and took excellent care of us. It was like we were his only customers, this made my wife and I feel so great. I'm retired from the service industry and I would hire this young man in two seconds. This whole business gets an A+ from us and we will continue to tells others about them.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had my Kia Sportage towed in and the team did a great job servicing my vehicle. They kept me informed each step of the way. They returned calls quickly and answered all my questions. So far, we have always had great experiences with the service department. A pleasant surprise for a car dealership!!! And oil changes are cheaper than most of these drive-in oil places!!!

Robert and the staff here are very nice and accomodating. They don t have loaners but provide Lift rides for customers that need transportation. Most service is completed same day and I highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
