I was very surprised by the level of professionalism of Kenneth Valdez, sales agent at the Honda of McKinney Preowned building. He was able to help me get my new car and, what I like about him is he was not only a seller but he was also an advisor in my car decision process. If I could rate him 10/10 I would do that. He s very nice and open to help customers. I would recommend working with him if you are getting a preowned car at Honda of McKinney. Very professional and respectful guy.

The process of buying a car is probably not anyone s favorite thing to do.However, Honda of McKinney probably made it the best it could be.Brad, the salesman, was kind and personable and did most of the work himself.The sales manager, Ron, was straightforward and workable.This was not my first dealer stop, but it was my last.They had a good selection and worked on the price and payment until I was happy.I recommend giving them a shot.

We were lucky and had a great sales guy. Took two visits and Glens positive attitude, his passionate attitude and very emphatic to get the car we wanted. My family called Glen the G.O.A.T, he made us feel welcomed and "vip." We came away with a life long relationship. Glenn was great, he should be in management with his vehicle knowledge and process management is second to none. Glen held on with us and we were the last customers to leave the building, albeit with a 2024 Civic Hatchback.

As a first time buyer, we came into this dealership nervous and honestly prepared to get turned down. Bower Ali took great care of us and provided the best service. He s super friendly and knowledgeable, made us feelcomfortable with making this important purchase. Not to mention he helped us get an amazing price. If you re wanting to buy a new car, or a CPO, ask for Bower, YOU WON T regret it!

Today my daughter was able to purchase her first new car from Honda Cars of McKinney. The lot had lots to choose from and the service was outstanding. Our sales representative Peyton Ownes went above and beyond to make sure she found the perfect car. From start to finish Peyton was working to make sure everything went smoothly. My daughter must have driven 10 cars before deciding exactly what she wanted. Thanks to the patience, product knowledge and positive attitude of Peyton she found the one! If ten starts would ve been a choice we would have given her all ten.

Thank you, Hendrick Honda of Mckinney! I was able to purchase a beautiful new to me Honda Pilot with the help of your awesome team! Thank you, Steve for being persistent and aggressive with convincing me Hendrick would offer me an irrefutable deal. Thank you, to Wes for providing me options inspite of me not keeping my appointments, that alone show your resilience and commitment to not only Hendrick but the customers. Car shopping can be exhausting and I was exhausted I had to take a few days off. Brad, thank for stepping in and sealing the deal, because of you, I was able to receive a deal I couldn't deny. I appreciate you for also thoroughly explained Honda's guarantee to their customers. Which made the decision that much easier to agree too and to the finance guy thank you for going the extra mile to ensure I had the best deal as I take ownership of my new investment! I had the absolute best buying experience here! Quinton Robinson was my salesman and he was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable on his vehicles. The finance team was very easy to deal with as well. Not once was I pressured to make any decisions. Overall it was the quickest and best buying experience I ve ever had. From my sales rep, Zach Strader, to my finance rep Oni, to sales manager Ron, to simple conversation with sales rep Robert, while Zach and Ron were ironing out the deal, I had a fantastic experience with the Honda McKinney team. Honestly, how much I didn t hate being there was one of the main reasons I bought the oil change package for our 2024 Odyssey! Lastly, I rarely do reviews, but i was impressed enough to do this- quality folks!

I had a great experience buying my 2024 Hybrid CR-V from David at Honda Cars of McKinney! David arrived early that day to meet with my husband and me. We so appreciated that effort as well as the care he took to fully explain the vehicle and options. Brian took excellent care of us as well as we made the deal. And Oni was friendly and patient as we had so many questions during the final purchasing phase. I love my new car and look forward to using the service department there. EDITED TO ADD: I have returned to use the service department twice. Once was a very tiny warranty issue that was handled quickly and gracefully, to my complete satisfaction. I recently had my first visit for routine maintenance and it was great. I made an appointment, was in and out in an hour, and the free car wash was a great bonus!

We had a great experience with all of the sales team members we met at this location. Kenneth took us out for a test drive and really established his knowledge of the vehicle, its safety features, and how it compares to other models we were looking at.We spent some time haggling which I don't love, but I know it's all part of the car buying process.

Came in around 5:45pm and Wes Parker was right there outside happy to help me look for a new SUV for my family and I. He is really awesome guy, not to pushy and is very informative of any cars we asked him to take a look at that was within our budget. I would highly recommend requesting him if you decided to stop on by. Thank you so much again :) Really excited to drive my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan!

I recently was buying a car at the Honda cars of McKinney, I should say the team at dealership took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car. They helped me choose the perfect vehicle from their wide selection. I was surprised and grateful for the great discount they offered me.I was also amazed by the extra options they included with my purchase. Everyone we dealt with during the buying process was exceptional - our salesperson Bower, the sales manager and the customer service manager were awesome. Everyone worked hard to make the deal and get us what we wanted. One note - the business guy had zero personality. He wasn't rude but definitely not pleasant. Maybe it was because we were paying cash. Regardless a great experience and I highly recommend.

Me and my wife had the best car buying experience from Honda Cars of McKinney. After several months of research and looking around, we decided that it was time to make the purchase. Robert Darden took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Robert was so professional and very patient and took the time in understanding what we really cared about. The best thing about it was he was very welcoming, HONEST, and he understood the stress and pressure of a car buying process. Robert ensured the we got the best deal we can get for the vehicle. Robert, a fellow veteran and a Marine brother, is hands down the best person to talk to in Honda Cars of McKinney. I was a great experience as well with the sales manager who approved the deal and the finance/sales consultant Zia Paracha who took us to the finish line. This was the first time I've felt good after buying a car. We had no buyer's remorse and was overall very happy with the purchase.

MJ made our buying experience great! We actually first met MJ when we had driven up to McKinney to drive another car & on a whim decided to stop by 15 mins before they closed to drive the CRV. MJ was great. He gave us a good demo & drive. We didn t feel rushed. That is the reason why we drove all the way to McKinney from Bedford to buy from MJ. I have to say, at first the Honda CRV was not at the top of my buying list, but after driving it our mind was changed. This vehicle is amazing!

Brought our passport in for the MOST cable recall.Vehicle was left half disassembled with many trim pieces not properly reinstalled. Extra screws left in the cup holder of the car. Passport had no problems before the recall work (57k miles), and since they fixed this issue the gauge cluster has gone blank or frozen several times.This makes me distrust any work this dealer is or has been doing to our vehicle. Will not be returning.
