I love Hernandez! They are so nice and courteous, I have taken ALL OF MY CARS here and they were reasonably priced, did the job in a timely manner and always updated me with anything else that needed to be done. I trust their workmanship. They are my go-to mechanics! Thank you!

I have my semi truck worked on regularly their anything from pm to major repairs they do it all at a good price and rapidly the owner is a good guy to do business with and he is always around the shop to answer any questions you may have

I ve brought 4 of my vehicles to be worked on here, absolutely love their efficiency and pricing. I advise picking up parts from a local part shop and bringing them with you, they will install and work on virtually everything, for HALF the cost. for instance, I drive a Nissan, break pads were 35 from AutoZone and here they charged 60 in labor. 95. Not even 100 dollars for a break job. I m amazed. I hope this place stays in business for a very long time!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Seriously if you're poor folk like me you gotta make ends meet, you can buy your own parts so they'll charge you for labor. They've done a great job! Not sure about insured work, however good work, low labor and not much stress. It may be a choice right below Gold to me, highly recommended. Don't quote me but $25 for a diagnosis!

Make sure to confirm if they have the part available prior to driving to that place. Called yesterday, they told me they had the part, drove 57 miles one way plus $10 in tolls , just be told we do not have it and will update the website. SERIOUSLY , gas is expensive....be responsible and manage the business.

I called to receive a quote & schedule a appointment.. didn't even have to get thu the door to know how rude this place could be or is .. the secretary lady that answered the phone said we're booked today..I then said that's okay! here's what y'all are going to be expecting as I'm givein the info on the fix that needs to be done she abruptly hung up on me didn't even try calling back that's how you know it wasn't a dropped call .. no common courtesy I guess they don't need the business on $700-$900 repair there loss

Joel did a great job fixing my sonata. Price was very reasonable, Their secretary is very friendly.highly recommend this place especially their mechanic Joel, he was able to explain the issues and took care of them. Thank you guys!

This place is great. I took my car in around 10am one day to have a new A/C compressor put on. I purchased the part myself, and they did the work. My car was ready around 4pm the same day and when I picked it up the A/C was blowing like a champ! The best part is that I saved hundreds of dollars because the services are so reasonably priced.

I have a new mechanic, this place rocks. They repaired my truck in one day. Replaced water pump, trans cooler lines, carrier bearing, serpentine belt, radiator hoses, plugs, wires & flushed the coolant system. Price was right, they didn't add a fee on to the price of the parts. Very nice and professional. Even stayed late for me to pick up my truck.

They fixed my air conditioner FOR 282 DOLLARS, I supplied the freon!!! In 2009 (car was 2 years old) had oil change at "dealer"-HAD HOLE IN AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR 1 WEEK LATER!!!!! No air FOR 11 YEARS! THANK YOU HERNANDEZ AUTO REPAIR! Paid 82 DOLLARS for the used COMPRESSOR!!!!! WORKS GREAT!

The price is about right. But they have too many flukes. Brother took work truck to get fixed at Hernandez. He's had to go back almost daily to get fixed. This is a shop that has been around since the 80s. Their new generation mechanics cant seem to get it right.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. my car hasnt been working for a month and already have paid $1700 in repairs to only take it back three times.!! & my car is still sitting up there and hasn't been touch in almost 2 weeks. This place needs to be shut down for good because obviously they have NO IDEA what they're doing.

DON'T GO HERE!!!!! This place is nothing but a scam and they don't know what they are doing! I took my car to them in August for transmission problems. after almost a month I finally get my car only to drive maybe 10 miles and it does the exact same thing it was doing when I took it in! They come get it and "try" to fix it again. Almost a month passes again and when I got it same thing happened again! Only this time I was in Plano at 10 pm and had to pay a tow truck to come get it! When Hernandez finally came and got it for the 3rd time they kept it for about 2 weeks and told me they replaced transmission and some other part so it should be fixed...that was October 13th and last night my car broke down again for the 4th time doing the same thing again! I will be calling them and asking for my money back! Or all go ahead and file a law suit!

Best auto repair shop in Texas garenteed! They are always so happy to answer any questions I have even when I call a million times! They do amazing work for 1/2 the price of other auto shops! I will never look for another shop EVER Thank you guys for everything you do for me, nothing compares to y'all

Hernandez Auto Repair has a friendly professional staff that do fantastic work. Our 99 Suburban needed a new hood and trim painted for repairs that matched the existing paint perfectly. We just had rear body work completed on a 2004 Acura TL. Again, the bodywork and paint looks amazing! Thank you Hernandez Auto Repair!

They used to do decent work for a good price years ago when they first started. Now they have young, inexperienced workers who don't know what they're doing. They'll fix one thing, but break another while doing so.

They are cheap and know what they are doing. I ve used them for over 5 years and if any issues arise, they ve taken care care of them. Would recommend.

Worst experience ever I don't recommend this place to anyone not only do they do a poor job, they don't honor what they say. They add additional stuff on the receipt and scan it so it shows as if the add on was already written on.

Quick on getting your part sourced, they pull parts for you. You can also go into the back and pull your own.
