These guys did an amazing job removing the hail damage on my truck. Couldn't be happier, I'd give them 10 stars if possible. They were timely, affordable, and delivered a quality job. Big THANK YOU to Jason and his crew. You guys have a customer for life.

The guys at hail works did a great job fixing my truck. They were very friendly and courteous. They were transparent about the process of repairs and made sure my vehicle was returned to me as expeditiously as possible. Would 10/10 recommend these to anyone.

The guys at Hail Works did a great job on fixing my car! Their prices are very affordable and they were extremely timely with the repair. I was able to get my bumper on my car replaced within 2 days of first going there for an estimate. They gave me all the options for fixing my rear bumper and were honest about each one of them. The customer service of all the staff is awesome. Will definitely be using them for any future incidents and also recommending them to other people.

We had an accident with a new driver and wanted to have the repairs done without using our insurance and hiking up our rates. Jason and his team were completely transparent through the entire process, gave us all of our options for the repair, and did an excellent job in an amazingly short amount of time. I can t even tell that the car had repairs done! We could not recommend Hail Works more and will be using them again in the future.

Had my corolla repaired for hail damage. The owner Jason did an amazing job. He is very professional, transparent, communicated very well and guided me throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this shop.

These guys will go above and beyond to make sure every little detail is covered and that you are satisfied. They are friendly, courteous, respectful, and truly care about what they do. There are a lot of fly by night dent guys that will "fix hail damage" by skimming the gravy off the top, popping all of the easy dents, then overcharge you because they have to outsource the big stuff. Guess who they're sending it to? That's right! The true professionals at Hail Works. Take your car to the best in the business and most skilled craftsmen in the area. Your car will look better than new. I can not say enough positive things. A true class act in a profession full of snake oil salesmen. Thanks for the wonderful experience guys. I'll see you the next time it hails!

These guys were awesome! They were quick and my car looks brand new. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. They were quick and very nice. The service from Hail works LLC was outstanding!

Hail Works did Perfect I was more then impressed on their customer service and the dedication they had on the job. Worked well with insurance and didn't have any problems on either end! My car looks new! I will refer them to family and friends and continue using them for any future dent repairs!

Hail Works made my car look brand new again! I went to 3 different places and got estimates and they were not only the most affordable but they walked me through the whole process and really made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. When I picked it up I could not believe it, there was not a scratch or dent in sight it looked like nothing had ever happened. I am so grateful for these guys!

I had my Toyota Tundra repaired by them. The truck had 27 hail dings on it. They were quick, responsive, and fair. Jason is one of the most transparent business owners I have ever dealt with! I keep looking over the truck, and still find no evidence the truck was ever damaged. If you want an experience where information is shared openly & honestly, go with these guys.

Jason is an upstanding guy. He is transparent and up-front through the entire repair. I took my wife's car to him, and he made it look new again. He made sure it was sparkling clean when I went to pick it up. And he even went out of his way to make himself available late on a Sunday evening so we could get my wife's car back.It is hard to find an honest and trustworthy guy in this market, but Jason seems to fit the bill pretty well. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone hit by one of the recent bouts of hail.

After the last hail storm my car wasn't looking too good, and I did not think it could be restored to its original look! However Hail Works went above and beyond into repairing my car! The customer service was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I was taken care of with everything even the rental! Very impressed with the final product!

Hail Works worked on all 3 of my cars (Mustang - Mercedes Benz - Ford Raptor) I am really impressed by their workmanship !! Jullion, Kip & Staff , You Guys did a Fantastic Job on our cars!! I would totally recommend seeing Hail Works for any work needed !! A Plus !! Thank You again for taking good care of our Cars!! Great Service !!

I had a great experience working with these guys I recently had hail damage on my dodge pick up and I googled hail repair and found them, it was a pleasant experience all around. They assisted me all the way from the day my truck was damaged to the day I picked it up. It looked brand new again! These guys have an awesome tallent and I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about this business. From the moment I walked in until I got my car back, Jason, his father, and the entire crew kept me informed and updated.I even had a small issue two days later. They drove from Prosper to North Dallas to fix what took 5 minutes to do.I would use them again and highly recommend you do too!

The guys at Hail works do an amazing job. We take our personal and service fleet to the guys up there. We are in Hail constantly so we are repeat visitors. The guys up there take great care of both you and your car. I highly recommend them!

We took our car in for Hail damage. The front desk lady was so friendly. Explain everything on our paper work. They where done with the job in the time frame they gave us. The job came out Great ! We Thank You.

You never know how authentic 5-star ratings are until you experience it yourself, but it is the PEOPLE here that truly make the difference!We just brought in our Mazda CX-9 this morning because we couldn't open the front driver-side door. Earlier in the morning, my wife had taken it to the collision center Mazda referred us to; this collision center advised her that they don't "write-up claims", that we had to call our insurance company for a likely >$500 repair, & that it wouldn't be "until September" to fix it!.Despite it being the Memorial Day holiday, Jason invited us to come in. Upon arrival, Jason and his team immediately went to work. In 20 minutes flat, the problem was fixed. On top of that, when we asked how much we owed them, they said NO CHARGE! My wife even offered them a gift card for their favorite restaurant; they politely declined. My wife thought of the Nissan Sentra our teenagers use that has a dent near the trunk so we immediately said we'd bring that in as well in a couple days (& please allow us to PAY YOU this time, Jason! ;).I give my absolute highest recommendation to Hail Works - if I could give them TEN STARS here, I would!

Really wish I could give this establishment negative stars ! Just terrible and John is racist. I highly suggest going somewhere else to have your repairs done. Classic collision will beat their price and they are very professional!

Poor communication and poor service. They didn t deliver what was promised. They didn t finish the job, there s a lot of dings and dents left. It s impossible that they missed it because the marks are obvious in plain sight. Maybe they don t know how to finish the job smoothly. I would not advice you to go here.
