So glad I found Goodhood. The mechanic came relatively quick. Did the job and was very polite and professional. Definitely talked with me and especially listened to how I got into the mess. Then he walked me through to an easy solution and fix for a more than affordable price for what he did for me. Would definitely call for my next repairs!

Highly recommend these folks! The technician was patient, kind, knowledgeable and got my car started within minutes! He answered my call in a timely manner and showed up when he said he would! Just found my family Mechanic and am extremely glad!

The service I received from Goodhood of McKinneyleft me in awe. My car s coils and ignition were giving me problems. The mech fixed everything in a couple of hours using nothing but the best products. Highly recommended.

The team at Goodhood are the best!. Anthony put an awesome suspension on my Tacoma and Byler made sure I was pleased throughout the whole process. After being told by several others that the repairs my car needed would take weeks or more, They towed the car the next day and had it running by the following week.Amazing experience!

Beyond impressed with the incredible service provided by the team and cannot recommend more highly. Most trustworthy and honest mechanics. Their price was the lowest. Gave all quotes and options prior to starting any work. Came to our house to pick the car, all work done by the end of the day! The car very clean when they brought it back was an even bigger surprise! Thanks so much! A new customer for life here!

Had a really great experience here. The mechanic helped me and was clear and upfront about pricing before working on the car, and even called around to help me find a solution for my engine problem after doing an inspection. Will definitely go back if I have car troubles in the future! Also got the lowest price compared to others.

They quickly and professionally inspected my car, performed the required services, and dismissed the items brought up by the dealerships as completely unnecessary - and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I can t recommend Goodhood highly enough. I ve been getting work done here for a while now. The mechanics know their stuff. They won t charge you if they can t find the problem and their rates are super fair. I highly recommend them.

Goodhood was one of the few mechanics I called who actually called me back. I couldn't reach them the first time, but they called me back in 2-3 minutes. I explained my situation and they were confident they could help me since I was stuck at work. They arrived within an hour and took care of everything. It turned out to be a simple fix, but I decided to get my oil and battery changed since they were already there, and I planned to do it soon anyway. It was a win-win situation. The best part was that I didn't have to do anything except wait inside the lobby until they were done. Thanks again!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Battery, Oil change

The mechanic was scheduled for a return visit and did not call or show up. This no call-no show has happened twice and when I called the shop to get a status for the driver's arrival, I was sent to voicemail. This is totally unprofessional.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They came to rescue me when I needed a battery change immediately, and they were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done when my car had issues. I will continue to call them for my future auto needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Woke up to my car not starting, called Goodhood and the mechanic was at our house within a 1/2 hr. Explained everything to me in great detail to where I would understand. He was so honest. Needless to say he got the part was fixed within a hr. Will definitely call them from now on for any other work I need done.
