We take all three cars here because they are priced fair, don t sell serives we don t need and turn then car around in the same day. The owner is there and working, interacting with the customers and techs. The techs are kind and the shop is clean and organized. I appreciate being able to get the cars addressed and feel like it s done and done right.

Top notch service! Thank you to David & everyone who worked today to get me back on the road same day! Found out my truck had a cracked radiator & they were able to get me a new one ordered and fixed and back on the road for my road trip within 2 hours! Super great on communication also! 100% recommend and will be back in the future if needed!

Went just to buy 2 tires and wheel alignment for my Nissan Maxima. I was greeted by Dave the store manager. He stated that he would take a look at my vehicle and call me back with an estimate. Dave called me back as plan and explained in detail what my vehicle needed and his recommendations, I'm not sure why, but I believe everything he said. I'm pretty tough on mechanics, because I've been burnt a couple of times. But for some reason Dave did not come across as being dishonest, he seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and honest, to make a long story short. I ended up getting a Goodyear card and paid half on my personal debit card. This was my biggest purchase on just getting my vehicle repaired, but I felt that it was worth it. I picked my vehicle up, inspected it and it rides like a new vehicle. I highly recommend going to see Dave, he will take good care of you. I will let my friends and family know and I will be back. I would like to Thank the entire staff at Goodyear for great service.

These guys are the BEST!!! We worked with Brian and he went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling from Nevada to TX and then on to VA and our trailer tires went downhill. We called and they ordered the tires we needed. Chris put them on and a great job. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Will be back. Thank you guys!

We have been taking our cars here for maintenance since they first opened. Oil changes, state inspections, AC, tires, etc. I have never had an issue with any work or repairs they have done. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I don't understand how the rating for this place isn't 5 stars across the board. We've been coming here for the past 3 years for everything our vehicles need. They're honest, don't ever try to upcharge or make up unnecessary repairs, or any kind of fear tactics. They're super friendly and very proffesional. I trust them and would highly recommend!

I don't know why anyone would go to a dealership when they have this Goodyear local to them. David the owner and Brian the store manager do an outstanding job making sure that all of their clients are well taken care of and are very informed on what their vehicle needs and what the vehicle need in the future. Honest management and hardworking technicians in the back make this store the pinnacle Auto Care in stonebridge ranch area. Let these experts work on your car before throwing away endless money at a dealership.

I just had my car serviced by Stonebridge Goodyear. I have been a customer for seven years. On my most recent visit I noticed none of the employees were wearing masks, even though both the State of Texas and the City of McKinney have mandated mask wearing in all businesses. I inquired why they were not following the mandate and Dave behind the counter could not give me an explanation. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others concerned about containing this virus do the same. There are plenty of safe options to get your car serviced. The flaunting of the mask mandate, which Governor Abbott put in place to gain control of the virus and to protect the citizens of Texas, says volumes about how Stonebridge Goodyear is managed and their level of concern for their employees and customers.

This repair shop used an impact wrench on the oil pan drain plug. I should not have to use a breaker bar on my oil drain plug after taking it to a shop. They also used a cheap promo discount oil filter. I would not take my car here. These are clearly lazy mechanics.

They greet you with a smile. They took care of my car quickly. They offer coffee. The waiting area is clean. Very pleasant experience.

Made an appointment for an oil change today on my lunch break. Showed up on time and was told I had 11 cars ahead of me and it would be several hours. So apparently appointments mean nothing...
