Drove an hour to get exhaust work done. Told me over the phone that they would be able to get it done, and timing wouldn't be an issue. I pull up and am immediately turned away.

Unprofessional and rude. I went there because my muffler was making noise. He put my truck on lift. I went under the truck and was trying to point out the noise is coming from. He said you know better than me go and fix it yourself. Very rudeService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

You come to this shop respectfully and act like an adult they will treat you right. Don't be an a hole because your entitled attitude thinks that the world revolves around you. Show this shop the respect they deserve and it will be reciprocated.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Called to see if they could install an x pipe and they said yes and said around $150. I get there 10 minutes later and all of a sudden they thought I was an idiot and said they couldn't do it and was pointing at random spots on the car making excuses why which made no sense. Then had the nerve to say "It's gonna be a lot of money"(Keep in mind they knew the car before I got a price because I told them over the phone what car). Unprofessional and seems to pick and choose who they want to work with, been here under different occasions and each time is different... no persistence at that place! Needless to say I took my car too Pronto Muffler in McKinney (THE REAL PROS) where they installed the x pipe and didn't "cost a lotta money".

Went to get my muffler done set on one price then raised the price. The guy there seemed like he didn t want to work anymore

Called ahead to have an x pipe installed. Drove up there just to sit for over an hour, I even helped the guy with a Charger that was on the lift just for him to say he doesn't have time for mine. Would not go here.

Don't even go here one star is too much go to a real shop you can trust these "mechanics" have no diagnostic tools or ability just go somewhere else not here they suck
