if I could leave anything below one star I would. I got stranded today as my tire got a nail in it. My son took it here to see if they could patch it for me and they tried saying it was not patchable whenever it was. They wanted to just sell me tires and kept saying they have the tires I have and in the end they didn t have them and just left my son there waiting until he finally left. Horrible communication, the staff was rude, I recommend going elsewhere. Got my tire patched after all by discount!

They are honest, fast, great mechanics and have fair prices. I was estimated the double of the price for the brakes at Caliber Autocare, then I brought them my work truck and they fixed my tire and check engine light quickly and charged a very fair price. Very satisfied!! Thanks!!!

Super quick, super friendly, and great prices! I have a bent frame on my car so I go through tires pretty regularly. First Choice always has them in stock and at a good price! See them for all your auto repair needs!

Horrible experience!! Went here to get two front tires mounted on my truck. Was expecting good service based off other reviews. But after tires were mounted I saw they had damaged my rims. I asked for a refund but was told they are not liable for damaging my rims. Would not recommend.

Great prices for new and used tires - and quick service!! 20 minutes I was in and out with two new tires.Very lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Inspections or repairs. This place is honest and their prices are reasonable. We have used them for years.It s worth driving over to the east side of McKinney.

These guys are amazing , my vehicle had a coolant leak unfortunately but they recommend a tow truck for me and fixed the problem all in the same day ! Best prices in town !

Had to cvc joints replaced. Said It would be about 2hrs. They were done in just over an hour. Plus they were very busy. They did a great job. Thank you

Stopped by this shop after I found an object lodged into my tire. They were quick to assist and make sure everything was good to go. The technicians even filled all my tires without asking. I will certainly be back if I have any tire issues! Thank you!

Charged me $120 for 2 used tires because they said my tires wouldnt pass inspection and the tire they put on looked worse than what i had to begin with

I went in to buy one used tire. I've never bought a used tire before. I was in and out in 10 minutes. No surprises. No pressure to buy a set of two or four. Great price for what I got. Very pleased. This may be my new favorite tire place!

DO NOT GO HEREIt was not busy when i went and had left my car on jacks on the road. Everyone was ignoring me and wasting time. They tried to sell me a tire when i didn t need one. They all lied about having tires in stock just to get money out of me BEWARE

Took my car here to get my tire plugged the guy stripped my lug nut and said he didn't do it refused to fix my tire after he stripped it had to call MPD will never go back there.

I have been going to these guys for years, always great service. The Alignment Tech did an amazing job on my lowered Tahoe. I tried 5 different places and they were scared to do.

These guys are always so nice and they are very well priced for all their services. I have taken my cars there for a while and they are always so professional and fast. Ask for Soro or any of the managers there. Great people! Great service!

They had our car into the shop for an oil change the moment after we dropped it off for service. They were friendly and service was fast. Their prices were pretty reasonable for a fully synthetic oil change.

Came in to get an exhaust done for my Mini Cooper S. Gave me what I wanted at a fair price. I was even shown what was going to happen every step of the way. Very pleased with the service!

They are not truthful or helpful. Don t go and try to get inspection sticker with older car. They will nit inform you even if you fail it they still charge. They tell you to drive it 80 miles to get the lights and motor ready. Come back after driving 100 mile, still failed and thru don t know how long you need to drive it to pass. Will not inform you of any upfront information or charges.

Wife got stranded today due to them putting on a bolt way too tight and she couldnt take the tire off to put a spare on. Be careful using them.

Great service and work done Ghazi the guy working there is a gentleman he listen to your issues very attentively and try s to take care of the issue as soon as he can depending on wait times . I drive 30 mints to this location just because of the service and quality of work done.If you ever visit ask for Ghazi and explain the issue to him he will take care of it

Most of the guys who work here are nice, but I just had a really horrible encounter with this new person named Karmen who works there. I suggest you guys do not allow this person to fix your car he is just respectful and rude to women! I have been coming here for 10 years and they have always allowed me to sit in my car while they fix my tires. Karmen tells works to not change my tires and tosses my lug nut on the hood of my car in a very disrespectful way. Then he tells me in front of the manager that I talk too much. If I was his manager he would be fired immediately! I had already been waiting to have my tires changed for 45 minutes. Not to mention they did put somebody in front of me who skipped the line.Unfortunately they just got new management and I miss the old manager. The new manager allowed him to speak to me in a disrespectful way without getting him under control. He said he will talk to him when I leave. I feel he didn't handle this professionally. I may not be back as a loyal customer until I see change. I only gave this place a 2 star just because of the one that I've known who've been there for a long time and knows that I'm a loyal customer. If it wasn't for them this place would have 1 star. It's a shame that as a loyal customer I had to demand my respect and ask for a discount without it automatically being given. I received no incentive other than a apology from a worker who was embarrassed by Karmen's behavior until I had to tell them more should be done about this.

I had issues with sounds I was hearing from my car and the acceleration. I expressed that to the mechanic the best way I could. I though maybe a diagnostic would be ran or they check the engine/exhaust. He came back and told me that I needed to change my control arm and wheel bearing. I agreed because I thought that those were the cause of the problems I was having. They had my car for a day and half. When I got it back, it was still making the same sounds and having the same issue as before! I feel like I payed $500 for nothing. If you go here for a tire change I think that s fine. As far as mechanic work, I wouldn t come here again.

Beware! They will steal your good parts and replace them with their cheap parts. Messes up some work on my vehicle and I had to pay another mechanic to fix their mess up. The used tires they put on your car does not match the correct size made for your original size. I would not recommend to these folks to my worst enemy. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

I just got home and I left to head to First Choice Auto exactly an hour ago. Best & fastest service I've had at an automotive shop in Texas. The cashier was welcoming and straight forward with the best pricing I've seen in years. I can't speak about their other work yet, but IF YOU NEED TIRES - GO HERE!

This is the best tire shop I have been to. They are very attentive, respectful, and best of all fast. The service we received is phenomenal! I would recommend this shop to everyone.

10 middle eastern guys watching 3 Mexicans work, ridiculous! Guys wearing blue uniforms with the cleanest hands you will ever see at a tire shop. No lie six of them directing traffic like it s the most important part of the business. Except for the 3 guys working inside the annex, other 10 - mostly chatting with one another and walking around creating an image of staying busy. Came here have to have my tire patched and it took them - I KID YOU NOT- 40 minutes hear me out, never coming here again, there were 2 holes in my tire they only patched one, so by the evening on the same day I was still looking where to have my tire patched shabby workmanship
