Traveling from Waco and headlights were not working. Stopped in around 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The shop was already full. Mark said he would try to work me in and get me back on road. He did just that. I didn't have to get a room and travel the next day in daylight. Fast service. Friendly and compassionate staff.

What a waste of time. I went online earlier this morning to the Firestone website and schedule a 3pm appt to have a temporary patch for a bolt in my tire. I arrive 20 minutes early and after waiting 10 minutes to be helped and the counter worker vaping outside while looking at customers tires I was told my appointment was not in their system. They said it was done through their website and a third party site. I said it was through their site but he said it didn t matter and there was a 50% chance I get helped today. I left and will never go to this brand again.

Traveling from Oklahoma to Waco, Texas and I noticed my tire pressure got low. A shop in Oklahoma couldn't find anything wrong with the tire but Fredy found the whole. It was on the side wall and couldn't be fixed so I needed a new tire. Mark was so patient and helpful in trying to get me back on the road. I have an all wheel drive vehicle so I would have needed all four tires replaced so I decided to just use my spare. Mark was so nice to even suggest putting the spare on the back passenger where it was safer and Fredy switched my wheels around for me. I would highly recommend this place when you need new tires. They seemed honest and kind! Thanks Mark and Fredy!!

The manager on duty was wonderful, and the entire service staff great. The store seemed under staff today, but the manager kept his cool courtesy with every customer. I would know, I was here almost all day. :-)There was one belligerent customer that came in just after closing with complaints that were unfounded; I would know because I was here the whole time. There ended up being some threatening gestures, and multiple people in that party coming in with intimidation tactics. I have video if you need to contact me. The manager handled it very well and all the people in that party ended up leaving, I'll be it with more threatening words and insults.

Total scammers! I took my car in for a state inspection because it was close to me, they made up over $1,300 of repairs needed. $80 for an air filter (I use k&n which doesn t need replacing only cleaning which has been done regularly) 60 for a cabin filter(without labor) which is like 15 at autozone. And the rest was made up false claims of nonexistent issues. Car passed the inspection without batting an eye at my local mechanic shop.Absolutely untrustworthy, plz go to your local mechanic instead

Took my husband's Tesla for a safety inspection. Staff wa very friendly and checked me in quickly. The waiting area was comfy and there weren't many people inside. They had a movie channel playing and a coffee area. This was the first time doing a Tesla inspection so I didn't really know what to expect. It took about an hour to complete the whole transaction.

They lied about hitting my van in the bay. I have cracked/ scuff marks all up and down the back corner of the van. It wouldn t of been a big deal if they would of just told me about it but the fact that they lied really makes me upset. They tried to say while it was parked, another car might of hit it. My van is very tall and no other car can make those kind of marks. They lied and aren t taking responsibility. Dont recommend this place anymore. They will lie to you.

Took them 2 full hours for oil change. I had an appointment scheduled and I showed up 15 mins early. So so slow.

These guys were totally slammed when I got here, but I spoke with the guy inside and explained I had an emergency, I ended up grabbing a full set of tires and they got me hooked up. Even though it was late in the day when I got out of there I really appreciate them for staying late to finish up my truck and get me back on the road again

Don t go here. I called in and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and was told a date. I showed up 15 minutes before and was told I was not in the system and that I would have to wait a couple HOURS and there was only 2 other cars in the shop.

This is the worst place to get your vehicle fixed or maintained. Wessly at the counter will tell you need more than what's actually needed and up charge at every moment. The technicians are rude, slow and show no customer service skills. After 3.5 hr of waiting with no news of any sort I was forced to leave due to work. Will nvr use this company and I advise all who read this not to either.

Update: one year later in my inspection, took 53 minutes on a Friday at 2:55 PM. This time took longer than the last. service was friendly. I wish they offered to do inspections without you having to get out of your vehicle. Some shops do offer this post Covid.They re quick for state inspections. Happy with my experience.

The employees at this Firestone location are friendly and quite knowledgeable of Jeep Wranglers. I value their meaningful service recommendations and not badgering me with frivolous upsells.

Andrew and his team really came through for me, this past week. After having an issue with my spare tire and with a road trip coming up. They worked hard to get the specific tire that I needed and put on and even made sure they worked in an oil change, within their super busy day. I m grateful that they got my car fixed up and we were able to take our road trip, with no issues.

I called ahead of time and the guy told me he can get me in to change my shoes for my brakes. I own my business so I cancelled jobs to come. I get there 3:15 pm and he has me wait till 5:30pm and says they can t get to it. Now I m stuck figuring it out. I would highly recommend finding a different mechanic.

Worked here, and wouldn't do it again. Manager will disrespectfully talk about any woman that comes in(Service Advisor took a picture of the delivery lady who's 18) Some of the techs have no respect towards the service they do. If the tread is the same, the tire won't get rotated, rear tires don't get balanced. If you want to be valued and respected this isn't the place to get your car serviced. Also, take pictures of cars prior to service (especially rims).

The customer service and car care were great. They were very busy, but with our appointment, we were finished in about 75 minutes. (4 new tires & air filter)The lobby and bathroom need some attention. These are small but important pieces of the experience. They were out of (complimentary) coffee and cups. The bathroom was messy and had no hand towels. Not critical, but nice 'touches' to keep up.

Other than my car being there 5 hours, they did an awesome job. Very friendly and know their stuff. Will definitely be going back! Will also get there earlier or set an appointment to get out sooner. The two guys I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service, over charged, I was told everything was fine with my brakes, then the next minute I needs rotors resurfaced. I was charged over $700. They will rip you off! Terrible customer care! Stay sway!

If you re a woman don t go here. I took my brand new car for an oil change. They never called me with an update and since I didn t need my car back the same day I didn t worry about it. I called them the next morning and they said my battery had died. It s a brand new car, no issues whatsoever with the battery. When I started questioning the rep he was very rude and said he wasn t going to waste his time with me and hung up. Ummm that s your job! The service manager was worse and hung up as well after he said you re welcome to go somewhere else . I have never been disrespected like this at a Firestone in Vegas. I bet if I was a man, the whole conversation would have been different. I will never go to any Firestone again. If you re a woman, same yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

They were amazing on my service when I went in on Saturday! They took me and even though it was looking like a 2 hour wait time they were able to get me in and out in only 45 minutes!!! It was awesome and the guys at the desk were amazing!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst Firestone experience in my life. This office needs to be shut down, all of the men more like lil boys who work here are incompetent to frankly speak. They will snake you and try to pull a fast one and some how they have no way of pulling up service you ve had done at other firestone. JEFF specifically was sexist towards me and hung up on me multiple times. He is rude and disrespectful and I hope corporate reads this review and takes this into consideration for firing him. they sent me a mom of a little 3 year old girl on the road 3 different times with out properly REPLACING my tire like they were asked. They tired to put a plug in where there was a nail 1 INCH away from another plug on the same thread. 3 times I had to take it back where they replaced it And Jeff who I spoke to specifically kept telling me we will repair it if we can when I told him it was i repairedable due to the plug on the same thread 1 inch away. Imagine if I had blew a tire with my child in a car. Jeff that s a lawsuit you spineless fish. I hope you read this and drive 10 minutes up the road to Firestone on Stacy in Allen.

I booked an appointment 2 days in advance for 11am (the only time I could do it).I arrived 15 mins early and the manager said they couldn t do it because they are so busy. The next available was 4 days later on a Friday and it would take all day. Ruined my plans and he had no care. Do not waste your time here.

Had some unexpected trouble this past weekend with needing a flat! They took care of my flat in less then an hour with no appointment!! They also notified my about my back tire alignment we need to be straightened out a bit! Overall a great experience!! Carried in my tire for my 2021 car with approximately 5,000 miles on it for flat repair. They claim the tire is not repairable ( I have been a mechanic for 30 years and sometimes a tire dealer) and I would fix it and I could understand why they would not want to. However while unloading my tire and wheel they flipped it face down and dragged it out of the old work truck I was driving The metal tailgate scratched my wheel pretty bad. I disagree on the tire, but scratches on my wheel? I have tried to buy tires there and had a few alignments done. Always below par!

Only use if you ask for out the door price quote in writing before they proceed. Otherwise don t go here, unless you have money to kill. they just told me over the phone the parts costs 15 and 65 each, so worse case scenario I was doubling that (it was a brake job), then an extra hundo or 2 for labor. Nah, got there and they didn t even tell me the price, just listed numbers, quickly and down to the cent ok so your total is two four something somethin somethin somethin. Then when I stick my card in to look at the screen is says $2,400 dollars. Honestly they re lucky I even had the money in my account. OH and the reason I took them in was bc my brakes were squeaking. Guess what my brakes STILL did after dropping 2k. So that was the last business I m doing with them. Tried contacting corporate through email and big shock got no response, so BBB is my next step. It s sad, my dad and family have used them for over a decade with his company cars and we are never using them again. They are outrageous with their prices nowadays. Not even worth the security feel using a reputable place. We can t afford to anymore. Ridiculous.Service: Brake service & repair
