Robby and John up at the shop are great, always really informative and honest with what s going on with your vehicle. They got my ram 3500 in and serviced in a timely manner, they did a 4x4 service a new intake horn and a catch can all at an affordable price and it looks amazing. I will definitely be coming back for my next service.

I m super impressed with the team at Elite Performance automotive. I had a horrible experience with a previous mechanic on my C6 Corvette. They were able to get my car in very quickly they had great pricing and fixed all the mistakes from the previous Mechanic. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs!! Thanks Guys

The Elite Performance team has been courteous, knowledgeable, professional & efficient from our very first call & visit two years ago. They have proven to be client cost-conservative & integrous people who take pride in their work. We now take both of our luxury vehicles to them for service & repairs.

Had a simple problem that could ve been detrimental to my car. Didn t want to mess anything up further so got it towed here, to elite. Robby was great as well as the techs working there. They fixed the problem within mere minutes and also diagnosed another sound that the car was making. Best of all, they didn t even charge me the full diagnosis price! Couldn t be happier with my experience here and will come back again in the future.

Top notch. Had a number of aftermarket parts installed and routine maintenance work done. They went out of their way to contact some of the vendors since extra parts were sent that weren't needed. Always available (call or text) to answer questions is an added peace of mind and value.

The problem was nothing serious, they were very honest about what I needed, fixed the problem and only charged a diagnosis fee. They seemed friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Much better priced than some other mechanic shops I contacted. Will think about using them for bigger repairs I can't do myself in the future.

Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the team at Elite Performance. Everyone from the owner John, the ops manager Robbie, and the junior tech who worked on my truck (who's name escapes me, sorry....) were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work.I had a Ford Performance water pump installed here on my F-150, and a few other defects corrected from past run-ins with other local mechanics here in McKinney, and they caught or noticed the same issues that were giving me a headache. They listened to my concerns, and helped me correct everything. Now my truck runs 5-10 degrees cooler than with my old, tired water pump it had. Hooray!So far so good with everything. I'm planning out future upgrades/preventative maintenance services on my vehicle already. Prices are very fair and reasonable and turnaround time is fast.Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

These guys are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!! I immediately knew that John and Robby KNOW cars, which gave me great peace of mind. They are also HONEST & FAIR. This was also SO important to me as a single female. You can trust them ladies!! I have no doubt that whatever issue you may be having with probably just about any type of vehicle that Elite Performance can take care of it for you, and whatever they tell you it costs will be a very fair, honest and possibly surprising price tag :)) These guys make car repairs as painless as they can be!

I had a 2008 Mustang sitting idle since the beginning of the covid/work from home era and it desperately needed fluid changes. Elite was able to change all fluids and look over the car to make sure there was no rubber rot or anything else falling apart. Amount paid was certainly reasonable for the amount of work done. I will definitely return when I need some work done that I can't take care of myself! 5/5 stars recommended!

Five stars. Just had my first experience with these folks and I can t say a single bad thing. Everything s tite and rite now. Will definitely be repeat business. I had my car towed here based on a friends suggestion and he was absolutely right. Perfectly pleased new customer.

Best place to have anything done. I used to work in a shop, and understand it's hard to find one to trust. I wouldn't take my GTO anywhere except here. I had my car dropped off at 11, and ready at 3. My belt and belt tensioner was replaced and ready same day. Honest work, great price, great people!

My car engineer light on, I have replaced the spark and igition together, but my car is shaked when I start, it will be fine when I drive after some time. I dropped my car yesterday to ask guy check the issue. I received message from the store told me they reset adaptive and your fuel trims and so fare the car has not missed.When I picked my car and explained the issuse, I am so appreciated their work. I asked him how much for the work.He told me 0, I was so surprised and can't say anything.I highly recommend this store, they are honest and give me the explaination in detail, I will to do maintaince next time.Highly recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Great and honest team here at Elite Performance. They ve fixed my AC, done an oil change, and today got my steering column fixed on a scion tc. Very reasonable on the problem, what they did to fix it, and how long it would take. Excellent service all around. My son just moved to Texas and had and axle and timing chain problem. Elite Performance Auto was extremely accommodating and the car was finished before the expected time. Wish there was a ten star rating! He will definitely being taking his vehicle for all service to them from now on! Wonderful customer service!!!!

The people are honest and tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. They are also transparent and have great pricing. I had a problem with my ac and after it failed again I brought it back and they hooked me up. I called Elite on a recommendation from a local parts store in McKinney. I was trying to find someone honest to repair a wheel bearing on my grandsons Jeep Liberty. I don't live in Texas, I live In Illinois so this was arranged via phone conversations with Robbie. My grandson and his parents aren't real knowledgeable about cars so i was kind of the "middle man" for the process. They fixed his car and addressed other problems also. Robbie and John are honest, knowledgeable, and very fair. They will not rip you off like some other shops in McKinney. I'm sure there are some good repair shops in McKinney, but I'm sticking with Elite! If I could give 10 stars, I would do so. If you want to be treated fairly and get get it done right, this is the place you need to go to. Do not hesitate to call them for anything automotive because they will get it done , and quickly. Robbie at the front desk was super super cool over the phone and even when I went inside the shop. I got the opportunity to speak with the owner John and I will say he s a super cool guy as-well! Pricing was definitely fair and they were able to squeeze me in to change my brakes and do an oil change ASAP. John and his crew are hands down some of the best technicians I have ever met. The attention to detail and quality of work far exceeds expectations. They have worked on two of my trucks and currently fixing my wife s van. Pricing is open and competitive, but what will keep me coming back is the transparency and clear communication. John took good care of our car, saved us some money with repairs on our vehicle. Quality is amazing, shop and waiting room are very clean. He will be getting our business for now on. Very honest shop, he went over my car and told me the things I needed and didn t really need that other shops have been trying to sell me for the past year. In a pinch and on a budget John was able to get me and and out in just a few hours for about half the price of what other mechanics were quoting me. I will be bringing any repairs or oil changes to Elite from now on. I know I could send my grandmother here by herself and she would be taken care of. Definitely recommend!
