Let me say this place has great prices and service. I feel that his prices can't be beat and I didn't have to negotiate to get they offered it to me. And they went above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied.I will bring all cars back. Thanks again 26in is a must !!!

Got rims and tires from them. They were very patient with me to help me get what i was looking for.These guys were great with advice for my truck and even ordered rims for me that didn't have in stock.

Man I am really disappointed in this place. I have come about 10 times and truly have had no issues. I come today at 5:20 to get 2 tires mounted. The owner tells me his guys are tired and want to go home, so he will not be able to help. That would be cool if there was a lot of cars waiting. You guys close at 6, and I needed a simple job, that you have done before in 10 minutes. Just terrible way to treat a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with you.Then soon as I pushed send the guy came and told me he would get me taking care of without seeing what I post. Funny how things change in an instant. These guys without knowing are back on my good side.

I need to give credit ,where credit it due. Elite Customs transformed my Santa Cruz better then I expected. Customer service was on point (shot put to K). Pricing was very affordable and turn around was quick. Highly recommend.

Took in my rim for repair they sent it off came back looking pretty decent only problem was they put the tire on backwards during the process of putting tires on the right side they scratch the rim pretty bad went back look as though the rim was sprayed and not buffed out properly I am not happy with the way they did me on this transaction don't think I would recommend them to anyone that cares about how there vehicle looks.I do have black rims so you can see and feel the roughness.very un professional. I've tried to reason with them, but they told me they're not concerned with the way the rim looks on the back side only in the front but they are the reason it's all scratched up in the first place took it in for one thing came out with more damage. You couldn't pay me to let them touch my vehicle again but I'll see them again.

This place is awesome. I got new rims & tires from here. The gentleman that usually works the front was super understanding and so nice. Their customer service was above and beyond. Other places are more difficult to go through and make you jump through loops to get what you want. Elite Customs was chill and made the process easy. Definitely recommend this place and I ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent service! After having a flat tire and calling around trying to get in to have it checked, fixed, and put back on my vehicle I wasn't having a great morning. I remembered seeing this tire place around the corner from where I live. Stopped and spoke with the person inside about my situation and he sent me to pull my car around. The 2 employees came out to look at my tire and had it fixed and put back on my vehicle within 10 minutes. They for sure turned my day around, Very kind and polite! Wish I had gotten names to post as well. Thanks again!! :)

Super genuine crew. They will take care of you as fast as possible and do good work every-time. I highly recommend!! They work on anything and will get you what you want, when you need.

Great service! Lowest prices too! They have done work on two of my vehicles, there was a problem on one of them after they did the brakes but fixed it no questions. Highly recommend.

These guys are very professional and courteous. We had an issue with a lift that was already on my Tahoe and they hooked me up with all the correct equipment. Very fast and very honest service! Would recommend to anybody, they go above and beyond to make customers happy. Thanks guys!

I got my truck lifted mags and tires and drop down steps installed. Miguel has been the most awesome guy to work with, he takes awesome care of you. He doesn t just look at you as a one time customer as many others do. He actually serves you extremely well. I can t say enough about Miguel. I give them a 110% review out of 100%

Super fast service at a fair price. Brought in 4 new wheels to have tires transferred over off of my stocks. They had zero complaints when they saw my spacers and worked on it like any other car. Good service.

Purchased new tires and wheels for my 2015 Jeep Rubicon today. Amir was amazing and our install was seamless. Everyone was super friendly and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for, my Jeep is completely transformed and rides like a dream! We will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Let me tell you my experience with this shop, I came in to get expert advice regarding a wheels and tires I wanted to purchase from a third party seller, The manager, Miguel came outside and check my car and I showed him the wheel and tires including the specs, asking him if they would fit my car if I purchase and he said YES they would. After I went and purchase the set of 4 tires and wheel and ask them to put them on for me, Guess what what he told me, they not gonna fit because of the bolt pattern and it s my problem and not his I should learn from my mistake.Whatever you guys do DO NOT SEEK ADVICE FROM THEM ABOUT ANYTHING and if you do good luck to you.

They're the most amazing bunch of guys you would ever want to put tires on your vehicle. They go the extra mile for people and I am so happy that we came to them for our rims and tires!! Also, tell the idiot that was blaming them for the shaking that if balancing the tires and doing a front end alignment didn't make it stop, then he needed to have A MECHANIC look at the lower control arms, the brakes and rotors, and the wheel hub bearings, because those are KNOWN CAUSES of the vehicle shaking. Don't be blaming them for it!!

This place is horrible. If I could give a 0 rating I would. They will crack your wheel. They will put your nugs on too tight. They put cheap plastic parts on your car for stems. Please never let them fix your wheels that have dents or chips on the them they will shave them too thin. Please take your money some where else that gives you warranty and don t blame ever problem on another problem instead of themselves.

Ordered a set of tires, never got a call to let me know they had arrived. A week later I show up to cancel the order, and the "90 day financing" wich is really a lease from a 3rd party company. I'm informed then that they arrived last Monday. Well by then I had already bought tires. Two weeks later, the 3rd party company can't seem to find the owner to get him to send a refund invoice. Unprofessional, no customer service at this location.

I came in to look for new tires for my Explorer, they were able to get the tires the very next morning! They put them on and I was good to go. No hassle... Great service and reasonable prices.

These folks are great - distributor dragged their feet getting my hard to find size tires but by staying diligent they got them. Took care of me the day they arrived and even coordinated a 4 wheel alignment with a coop company - Teo Thumbs Way Up for Omar s Tires in McKinney!
