Drivers Edge at Virginia and Hardin has always been fair in services and price. Their customer service is first rate. I am a do it yourself person for cost but the pros at this location make it easy for me to accept the business case it is worth them doing the job and not me. Time for other projects . I have asked them for help on several projects and they are awesome in assessing my problems without charge whether I choose them to make the repair or not. I am choosing them to make the repair more every time I have to visit. I truly appreciate their services and professionalism.

Went in for state inspection..the store manager was courteous,inside waiting area was clean and comfortable. The wait time was minimal. I had tried a place close by and the wait was over and hour and another didn't have a inspection person except on Friday and Sat. That's not how I want to spend my weekend. If you're looking for a in and out place for state inspection I highly recommend

I needed some new tires for my wife's car and started checking prices. Came across Driver's Edge as the new guy in town and found their prices super competitive and actually cheaper than most other places in town. The manager answered my phone call promptly, answered all my questions and was able to get me in the same day. Got to the shop, found it incredibly clean and well thought out. Comfortable seating and well stocked water and coffee. They offered to Uber me home if I didn't want to wait, but I told them I was fine waiting. They had me done with all four tires in just over an hour. I could not have been happier with the time, the service and professionalism and especially the price. I will be sure and tell everyone I know just how great this store is!!

Very efficient and friendly service! I stopped in early this morning, after they opened and they were able to take my car for state inspection right away! I m a new customer and I will definitely be back for more services.

It's really difficult to find an honest auto repair shop/mechanic. The staff and technicians at Driver's Edge are very friendly, helpful, honest, and they don't overcharge.I looked into the same auto repairs at another location and they were charging a lot higher prices and also creating false charges. Meaning, when I took it to Driver's Edge, they were honest and said those things worked fine and did not need to be repaired.Thank you, Driver's Edge, for being honest and charging a fair price.

I had my oil change and my state inspection done at Drivers Edge-4205 Mckinney. Very nice,clean, well-run shop. Luis was friendly ,polite and very professional. They were quick, efficient and priced well.GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL!! I definitely will recommend these guys to all my friends and anyone who want GOOD OLD-FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICEthanks Luis and Drivers Edge !!!

Driver's Edge workrd out so well for me. Ir was in my neighborhood, I could drop off my car near my house, it was very quick, staff were super pleasant, and they have offered oil change discounts like the one going on for the next week. It checked all theboxes for me.

Came here early morning for a state inspection. Very friendly customer service. Didn't try to push sell anything. Was in and out under about 30 mins. Would recommend for any maintenance service.

Very good service. The waiting room is comfortable, and the information they give you about the condition of your car in the inspection is detailed and sent to you immediately and electronically.

The front staff was super nice and very helpful and friendly . Fast service and nice little waiting area with complimentary coffee and tea . Nice and clean shop as well. Will definitely be back and highly recommend :)

Be sure to get full details on service before you agree to proceed. I had a 50% off coupon I received by mail and my oil change was still $85 for a domestic truck. This is the same I have paid at others without a discount for full synthetic. I was presented with 5 upsell services that I really do not need. Suggested I get new tires even though my premium tires are two years old and only have about 15k miles. It was also suggested I get a new air filter that I personally replaced about 8 months ago. Lastly, my multipoint inspection stated that all four of my tires showed an air pressure of 36lbs in each, however my tire sensor showed two at 34, one at 32 and one at 30. I also checked with a gaur and non were showing 36. Not sure how thorough the inspection was..

Driver's Edge - 4205 (McKinney) is a clean, well-run shop with a friendly, professional staff. They diagnosed my electrical problem were able to replace my alternator and belt the same day I brought the car in, without an appointment. You want good ol'fashion customer service. This is the place to go! Called about a major issue I was having with a used car that I had just purchased. They gave me sound advice. It was a BMW older model & it appears as though they have some quite pricey repairs that are common across the board and will need to be done if they have not had it done at the time of purchase. Which in all my research I had no idea. I guess it's one of those things that you only know if you've owned one or repaired enough to agree that it's inevitable. Either way they didn't have to be honest, give me all the facts, didn't charge me anything, didn't need my address, phone number, email, ect., I didn't have to wait a day for them to email me a rough estimate, they didn't even ask me if I had just dropped off the car at their shop or not, or if I have been there before & the Info of the car I had taken in.... nothing. I had a couple of other places ask me some, most, or all of those questions before they would help me. I know they weren't aware of who I was because I just changed my phone number. They wouldn't have known it was me. My caller ID is initials only. I have had my vehicle serviced there and I will continue to do so! They treat everyone the same no matter your name or what kind of car you drive. You're paying for quality car care by mechanics who are people 1st!

I had my state inspection done today, and it was a great experience. They were quick, efficient, and well priced. If you know the horrors of bringing a toddler to an auto shop then your mind will change using Drivers Edge. They turned on cartoons for my daughter and gave her a stuffed animal and sunglasses to take home. All in all, I will use them again.

My trucks headlights went out, which had happened before. I dropped off my truck with Matt and he said he d take a look and give me a call. Lone behold the headlights began working again. When I picked up my truck Matt didn t charge me a thing, even though I basically wasted his time. To me, that says a lot about the integrity of this business.

Staff took their time to diagnose properly and were very knowledgeable. They explained everything that needed to be done in depth. I ve had horrible experiences with previous mechanics . Hard mechanics seem to hard to find, but I definitely recommend these guys and will be back for future needs.
