Andrew was amazing! Diagnosed my problem quickly and told me what was needed now and what could wait to be done later. No unnecessary selling or pressure/scare tactics at all!! Superb customer service and kept me in the loop throughout my whole repair process! He is truly an asset to your company!! 5 star experience, and I will be coming back for sure!!

Avoid this place at all costs. They charged me over 400 dollars in labor for literally 20 min of work. They then complained when told to stop work after I checked on line and found the part they quoted me over 300 dollars for, I found online for 43 dollars.They jack up the parts costs and the labor is incredibly expensive. Never go there, my family and I definitely will not. I would give zero stars but Google will not let me.If you do have a complaint, do not waste your time calling customer service. They would not offer any relief, and would not refund any of the 370 dollars they charged me for 15 minutes of "labor". Highway robbery.

I hit something on Hwy 75 on the way to McKinney for Christmas. I stopped in at this shop to make sure underneath the car wasn't further damaged. They could not have been more helpful! They had me on my way in 30 minutes with a completely repaired bumper! Wonderful and honest service!

Great customer service and easy to deal with. I had a state inspection one day and the next day a different vehicle had a screw in a tire.Both services were taken care of in a timely manner. Nice to have a local shop to go to.

I have multiple motorcycles and cars that I take here for the speed and convenience of inspections. This location is always willing to help and fit me in. This is my preferred inspection spot.

I went to have my vehicle inspected. In and out. Pleasant staff and clean surroundings. I will be doing my oil change here next. Great job! I highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service!!! My insurance was giving me a hard time with the repairs and Andrew, I pray that s his name lol, was there working with me every exhausting step of the way. He communicated everything that was going on with my vehicle leaving no room for speculation, went far and above to try to help me get a rental car, and was very patient. It takes a special type of employee to NOT take their frustration out on the customer. One who actually advocates for the person they are serving and makes sure the job gets done in a timely manner. Yes!!!! I d DEFINITELY recommend this shop for all your car needs and repairs. The customer service was unlike any I ve ever experienced before despite Andrew dealing with rude insurance companies taking the shop through the hassle to fix the vehicle. And yet, he never broke a sweat and treated me with respect and kindness.

Drivers Edge treated me right! Respectful from the moment I entered the front door. The guys at Driver s Edge took the time to talk with me about the issues I had with my 2019 RAM 1500 Hemi. They took care of the issue quickly, honored online coupons and got me back on the road! I ll be going back with my other vehicles. Clean shop, courteous service.

I trust Driver s Edge for all my car and truck repair needs. Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I respect their willingness to bring to your attention things that may need repair in the future, such as brakes or tires, but don t try to upsell you outside of the necessary repairs to get you back on the road. They ve also been terrific about honoring quotes, and offering competitive pricing. Thank you, Driver s Edge!

We take all our cars to them for maintenance work and when the cars need major repairs. They have always been great in fitting us when (although we usually always make appointments) and communicate with us about the repairs. I highly recommend them. Keith and Todd were such a blessing! I was having an issue with a tire leak and wasn't sure where to go since I'm new to the area. I googled them, called and was told to come in. Immediately, I was met with great customer service and didn't have to wait long for my tire to be repaired. They also gave me suggestions on what else I might want to look into getting repaired. Usually, when other places do this they are trying to over sale you something but Driver s Edge made me feel the complete opposite. Definitely a 5/5 experience

I let them do my transmission flush like they suggested and I regret it. I don't accelerate hard but when I did after they worked on it I heard a whining noise and had loss of power. I brought it into another shop and they said it was a transmission issue and to bring it it to a dealership because they have the right tools to do it. I did that and the noise went away and power was restored. I contacted this location a few times through their website and got zero response. I'll never go back.

Brought my wife s and my car to Drivers Edge this morning for the annual vehicle inspection and they were quick to work on them. In and out less than an hour! Todd was great with assisting us and got us out fast!

I called the location at Alma & Eldorado around 8:45am to see if the had an opening for an oil change. They told me they could fit me in no problem. I was in by 9:15 and out by 10. Fast reliable service!
