Oscar in the service department does not answer the phone. He directly lied to me over the phone about a diagnostic on my vehicle. I left several messages for him without a return call. I left voicemails for managers who never returned my call. I went to pick up my vehicle and they didn t have all parts on my car. There was a part just left inside my car and my keys were left in my car while it was being unattended. My car could have been stolen with the lack of care from this dealership. I do not recommended ever using the dealership for any kind of service. I had to ask for an apology for the lack of service/communication I have been given.

Just bought my second vehicle from these fine folks. Justin was our salesman and I appreciate his efforts in getting our deal done. The manager Sean came up to me and introduced himself and before knowing all the details, assured me that we would make a deal today and we did. William the finance guy was great, with a good attitude and personality. Love dealing with a dealership that takes care of business and gets things done. Very nice facility and the service dept looks very nice and helpful as well. For all your Mopar needs in the Dallas area visit this Dodge Dealership. Very satisfied!

My experience buying my 2022 Ram Rebel was made easy by Stephen. I didn't feel pressured and he handed out all options and was honest able what they could do. Stephen messaged about my inquiry on his day off and offered to come in to assist. Great communication all around.

don t ever go here !!! i brought my car in for service I received my car back with a flat tire thank god it was a run flat ..they allowed me to drive on that tire that was very unsafe.I tired to received funds to cover my lost and they lied saying I did it even know I had proof and pictures of me buying the tires a week before .I honestly wanted to SUE this dealership because of how dangerous it was to send me home like that on a flat tire and the manger of the branch said my car never moved but I paid almost 250 for services when my car stayed in the same spot for almost 3 weeks if you value service and integrity go to a different dealership

AMAZING!! I went to a different Dodge dealership where I bought my car and when it came to filing a claim with my warranty, that didn t go so well. I came to Dodge City of McKinney and Chris Kite got my claim handled and I had my new wheel and tire in no time! He also fixed a small door ding that drove me crazy, so crazy that I wanted to trade my car in for a new one! Beautiful store and great people that work there! Everyone was so kind!

They got my truck in the same dayand got it fixed! It had a key fob issue when I was driving back from Arkansas to Houston with the family on vacation and I had it towed to these guys since they were close by.Oscar in the service department is great! Great communication and has a great attitude and that really helps when you're going through some vehicle issues.

Ryan and Will were awesome.I totaled my truck, and was in a bind. I told Ryan what I could do financially, and he was completely transparent with me. No bells and whistle's.He worked some numbers, and got me in a new truck in a few hours. I really appreciate Ryan and Will s honesty and transparency. Hard to find these days.Oh, and the lady at the front desk is beyond kind and funny.

Now that's customer service! My family and I decided to move our business from Freedom CDJR Durant because of how awful it has gotten there. I called and got Bailey, she told me its 1st come, 1st serve. So I drove up the next morning and I had my tires rotated, an oil change performed AND a really good complimentary car wash in under an hour! That would have been 2 hours with no wash at Freedom Durant. She was so professional, prompt and very kind! Definitely worth the drive for some true customer service for loyal customers of this brand! My husband, brother and other friends will be moving our work over to Mckinney Dodge from Durant!

Joseph was excellent and very accommodating... he has given us the best car buying experience that we have ever had. The finance gentleman was also very friendly and made the process a great experience. It was the first time we have been to a dealership that made us feel not pressured and valued! This dealership is nothing short of awesome. Everyone is attentive to your needs the second you walk in the door and their inventory and prices are unmatched. My salesman, Doug, was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he ensured my car buying experience was fantastic with his go above and beyond mentality. I would recommend Dodge Mckinney to my friends and family every time. If you re looking for a dealership that s more interested in your all around satisfaction as opposed to them getting a quick commission check, look no further. Great group of guys up there that will surely take care of you.

Brian was amazing, patient and super knowledgeable! If we were in the market for another car we would definitely call him immediately! Fred in finance was also great! Chris Kite at Dodge City of McKinney is absolutely amazing!! He has always gone over and beyond to address all my concerns with my Dodge Challenger. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. No matter how far away I move I drive back to McKinney over 50 miles away from where I live now because I trust Chris s recommendations always with my cars. I would not take my car anywhere else!! As a business owner I m pretty critical when it comes to rating a full operation, such as a service-based dealership. I can say with 100% certainty that this operation is handled seamlessly. I ve had a used vehicle serviced at this location as a previous jeep owner. It s the reason why I decided to come in to look at trading in my Porsche for a brand new loaded Gladiator Rubicon. I d love to buy my next vehicle with these folks because of the service, respect, and willingness to meet my needs. Todd handled my purchase in case you re looking for a levelheaded easy-going rep.

I was scheduled for a recall service on my 2020 Ram st 10:15 am and was told weeks in advanced I would have a loaner vehicle when the appointment was made. I called the morning of since I was worried I may get screwed. Sure enough the service department told me they did not have a loaner for me. I will not do my business here anymore. Plenty of other Dodge dealerships I can try.****update.. I emailed the service manager in response to this comment. He never responded to my email.****

I took my son s Jeep Cherokee for service after he went over a curve and damaged the front end.John Wilson kept me with all the details of the service, I love the communication and always texting me about progress. After all done the Jeep was like new, clean and have a happy son driving his Jeep to school.Thank you all at Dodge City of McKinney

Beware of dishonest service practices. I went to have oil change and tire rotation, and paid for both. However I know the tire rotation was NOT done because I had replaced a flat tire with a new tire, and that tire is in the same place as when I installed it. So, this makes me wonder whether they skipped the oil change as well.

11/02/2023- I had new tires put on my jeep and they did awesome! My tires were mounted and balanced and my car was clean. Awesome!!!Update - I also get my vehicle serviced at Dodge City of Mckinney. I love them, they are great and get my service done quickly.I recently purchased a vehicle from Chrysler Jeep Dodge City of Mckinney. Not only did I get the Jeep Grand Cherokee I've been wanting for years but my sales (Callan Perry) and finance guy (James Craig)were excellent!! This place is always packed with people and for all the chaos in the dealership my entire purchase was quick, smooth and painless. I left one very happy customer! If you haven't been by, you should!!

I had a great experience at McKinney RAM dealership. The best experience purchasing a vehicle out many before. I am grateful to the entire team. Michael was my salesman. He was prompt at identifying what I was looking for and did not try to modify my taste while cool and collective. He was open to get assistance from the rest of the dealer team. For example: in the service department, we visited Jon and Jim, expert master technicians. We received great advises from them. Tod and Jessie helped out with search for alternative trucks in the inventory and Ram app implementation respectively. Shawn the manager was very effective at reaching a great deal. I love it. Perhaps the most important link in the chain, the manager Al, was very honest and transparent with me. We laugh most of the time as I was processed through finance. Overall, a great cohesive team that help each other to generated a great experience in my purchase of a brand new 2023 RAM truck. To you all, a big thank you!For the readers of reviews, remember to ask for salesman Michael Patterson, his kindness, effectiveness and professional service style will make your experience similar to mine.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS then I would. I took my vehicle there to get an oil change and tire rotation in the middle of December. When I left there I noticed that my front hub cap wasn t on there so I immediately called the dealership to inform them about it and spoke to a lady named Bailey. Bailey then transferred me over to speak to someone else and I was told that they would look into it and give me a call back. Because it was around the holidays, I suppose they were busy so I gave them a week and I still never heard back from them. My husband drove my vehicle to the dealership to speak to the manager and to show them my vehicle, since by then I m extremely pissed off about the situation, I decided to let me husband handle it. My husband was informed that they would order me a set of 2 hub caps but it wouldn t be delivered until the end of January due them being on back order. Well when Feb 1st came, I still hadn t heard anything so I called the dealership to check the status of the delivery and was transferred to the parts dept to the manager named Jose. Jose then informed me that the hubcaps that were ordered for me were sold to someone else because when they ordered them, they didn t put a name on them so they didn t know who they belong to. Now I m beyond frustrated! Jose apologized and said that he will place another order for me while we were on the phone and took my number down and said that the order will take 3 weeks to be delivered but may come in 2 weeks and that he would personally give me a call if they are delivered earlier than expected. About 4 weeks pass and I still don t hear anything. So I call and ask to speak to the manger in the parts dept, Jose. I introduce myself to him and ask him for an update about the order that he placed for me and reiterated everything he told me from our last conversation. Jose then have the nerve to tell me that an order was placed for me on Feb 24th but he s unsure when the delivery will be because the hub caps are on back order and that the order that he placed for me over the phone had been sold as well. NOW I M BEYOND LIVID!!!! After expressing my frustration with Jose, he tells me Well I m just the guy that orders what they tell me to order, that s all I do so you should just call the service manager . I hang up from Jose and call the service manager and leaves a VM, whom still have never returned my call. I wait about a week and then call back to speak to the big manager of the entire dealership and was transferred to his office and left a VM for him as well, and once again, no answer and no response. This dealership have really made me hate Dodge because it s so unprofessional and misleading. If you lose something or forget to put something back in someone s vehicle, then you should replace itPERIOD!!! Here it is, the middle of March and I still have not heard from any one about my issue at all!!!!! I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone

Our salesman Michael was very helpful and accommodating. Finance manager Will and Sales Manager Steve made sure our experience was very positive and we were out the door with our new Grand Cherokee as quickly as possible. This was awesome considering we had our two small children with us the entire time!

Joseph Anderson was the best salesman. I usually don't like sales people, but he was the best. Very polite and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable. We had actually walked away from another dealership because I didn't like our salesman. When we were finished with Jospeh we met the finance guy named James who was awesome! Very personable and honest! I've seen so many slimy sales people, it was so refreshing having genuinely caring people help me for a change. I will definitely be back next time I buy a vehicle. Thanks for the Dodge Ram!!
