Outstanding team. The gentleman, Z, that sold me my tires did an excellent job. I feel confident with the tires I chose and happy for the certificate of extended warranty. I don t buy warranties, so he did a great job conveying the value to me.They got me in and out quickly.The location is great for easy in and out.

I had a flat tire and instead of helping me fix it or install the donut they said there's nothing they can do except sell me a brand new tire. Made me feel helpless and alone. Straight walked away from me without saying anything else. I understand they have policies in place but where was the humanity display today?

Dropped off a loose wheel this morning when they opened, asked him if it would be ready by 12 so I can pick it back up at lunch. He said yes. Got the text less than an hour later notifying me that the tire was ready. Headed up there during my lunchbreak, and now there's a sign stating they are closed from 12 to 3pm for Good Friday.That would have been nice to know before I spent 45 minutes in lunch rush traffic to get there an back.Could have given me a heads up.

KENNNNNNYYYYYY SAVED MY LIFE LITERALLY!! I was on my way to Sherman Texas and my tire was balding and the wires were coming out and I was already on a donut on a separate tire! Kenny and Josh got together and saved me! I gave them my last little bit of money and they replaced both tires and said that discount tires will save your life if they see you re in danger because of bad tires! I love them for this because I m a single mother of 5 beautiful littles and I use my car to take them to and from school everyday and for after school activities but because of inflation and high prices all around I haven t been able to get my tires replaced! Kenny and Josh replaced both old tattered tires with brand new tires! I feel so blessed like God is watching over me and has his hands on me and no matter how hard times get or how I feel like I have no one to help me, there s always a guardian angel or two somewhere waiting to do gods work! Thank you Kenny and Josh!

I came in to get 4 tires that I bought from here rebalanced. They were causing vibrations and drifting (and yes I did get an alignment prior to this so it was definitely the tires) I waited 2 hours and the entire time I saw other people who came in after me getting their cars first. They obviously prioritize customers who will get them the most money.

Came today because I had a nail in tire. I used the warranty purchased in 2022, and my tire was fixed within 45 minutes. Customer service was great and professional. Highly recommended!!

Yet another example of why I go to Discount Tire. They cheerfully greeted me as I walking in the door. Informed me they would get me checked in next. The tire in question was a warranty issue and they handled it without any hassle. I was charged just the road hazard fee on the replacement tire and that was it. This was on a Saturday when they were very busy. I was informed it would be approx 2 hour wait, which I was prepared for. After about an hour and 45 minutes they were completed with the tire replacement and rotation. Every tire I have bought since I moved to Texas is from Discount Tire. They have earned a customer for life. They continue to give me quality service even if it's a free repair.

Got a tire for my moms vehicle. I asked if they could rotated the front ones to the back. Jacob me it would be an hour and they could rotate the tires no problem. 15 min later I get a call saying that they just couldn t get the lug nuts off the back of the car to rotate the tires. They have impact wrench s plus I was able to take the car home and get them off without and impact. Idk how stupid you think people are that walk in here are but if you didn t want to rotate the tires or felt it wasn t safe or felt I didn t spend enough money at your store be honest. This is a very weak excuse to try and get my to say yes go shrewd break them off so you can charge me for lug nuts or to be lazy I m not sure what the real reason was here. Never have I ever had a discount do something like this. Do not trust this location with your vehicle. The attitude Jacob had was also poor customer service be better guys and girls.

They are always really good about fixing my tire issues, and they explain the process. The only downfall is that they quote a time frame it's normally 15-30 minutes past that before my car is ready. I highly recommend making an appointment for your visit, as you could be there all day without one.

These are my tire guys. They are the best! Good prices... Awesome service. Free air checks. Go see them. (But, get an appointment first for the best service and to avoid a long wait.)

I have to say, these guys have ALWAYS done a good job taking care of my car. Aftermarket rims are easy to scratch and not all places have the machine to put tires on with out damaging them.It s not a problem for these guys.I have wheel lights that can be damaged if they take the wheel off, they are always careful. Not a single incident.I even ask them to hand spin the bolts and use a torque wrench instead of an impact gun so I can take off the wheels in case of emergency.Every. Single. Time. They do it right. Thank you to the discount tire team. You guys rock

They're great when it comes to tires, but beware if they try to sell you anything else. They replaced my windshield wipers and while using them, they kept making a knocking sound. Then today after 3.5 months, driving down the highway on a rainy day, one of the wipers broke off! NEVER in my 20 years of driving have my wipers lasted less than a year, let alone break off! I did not appreciate being left in a very unsafe situation!

I ve been going to the Prosper location for 10 years. Recently I got a nail in my tire. The man in Prosper said he couldn t repair it bc the tire was so bad. I m no tire expert, but I know it did not look bad. I had to beg to plug the tire and said I would be back in a month when I could afford it. I went to this location yesterday to get a new tire. The gentleman came outside and examined my tire and told me I did NOT need a new tire and that my tire still had plenty of miles of life left. It is so disappointing that the man in Prosper was trying to take advantage of me being a woman; trying to sell me a tire that I didn t need. I will never go back to Prosper. Thank you McKinney for treating me right! I will be going anywhere but here!

Went in yesterday 8/12 for a flat fix. They stated that flat occurred from the valve stem being lose, causing a flat and subsequent heat ring on my tire. With insurance on tire that I previously purchased at this location I paid $22 for it. After I left and this morning, my tire sensor was still on and the tire looked flat. After coming to Costco 8/13 to check tire pressure, I go to remove valve cap and the valve start to move and hiss. I had the Costco tire center help me as I cannot air it up or tighten the valve stem myself. Long story short, you guys replaced the tire which was great but completely missed the root cause which was the valve stem that you (discount tire) told me was the issue. Glad I did not drive on the highway with the issue still persisting. I have video of the valve loose and hissing but cannot post vids on here.

Every discount tire I have been to provides the same quality of service. The service is outstanding. I can follow the journey of my vehicle during maintenance process. Keep it up. More companies should come watch you.

I've been working exclusively with Discount Tire for twenty years, until now. They just are not competitive anymore. It's like they didn't even want to match Costco's price on a set of tires both companies commonly carry. I felt like I had to talk them into matching the price, and I was over it. Costco got the $2k sale this time simply because Discount Tire didn't even try. Prices are too high these days for customers not to price compare. And companies need to remain competitive, or they will lose customers.

Had a worst experience with this location. I ordered a Hubcap for my Honda accord on October 31st and pay upfront at the store then I waited and waited and never got any call from them. I called them up last week (On or Around December 18th) and the guy told me that he just reordered because the hubcap went back as no one acknowledged it.I called again today (December 29th) and the new guy told me he has to reorder it. I asked him if he can track the past one which was reordered last week but he said there are no comments or anything in the system. Anyway he reordered it and told me it will be available by next week or so.I will provide my updated comment once I get the hubcap.Totally disappointed as I have waited for 2 months and nothing happened.Attached the original receipt.

They are more than amazing! Being a female, I feel that I am unfairly taken advantage of when it comes to fixing my car. At discount tire in McKinney, they took care of me. I will never go any other place. Thank you Angel! Y all have a blessed day!

For a place that's so busy, their service is pretty great. The front techs were all very personable yet professional and efficient. They also offer a "promise time" when you make an appointment so you know when it should be done if not earlier, so you can plan the rest of your day. The website had a small issue in terms of the car selection but that's of course not store related, everything having to do with this specific location was amazing, this is how you earn customer loyalty.

I can t thank the team enough at this location, my wife has had two occurrences where we unfortunately picked up a nail and each time they got her in right away and took care of her no questions asked. We will definitely be making this our new home location for all of our tire needs!

These guys are PHENOMENAL! I have horrible luck with my tires; essentially I can t even keep track of how many replacements/flats I ve had to deal with in the past 2 weeks, and these guys nail it every time, no pun intended. Service is out of the park every time, and they will happily work with your current financial situation, because even for a subcompact SUV, tires aren t cheap. THANK YOU discount tire! I hope I won t be back, but if I am, I know I m in the right place.

I made an appointment for Saturday. Upon getting to the shop, the line was wrapped around the lobby, wild! I inquired if having an appointment made a difference which Andrew said it really doesn't but that he'll allow me to jump the line. Andrew was extremely business yet efficient. He was courteous as to use my name frequently. He acknowledged that although he was doing 6 things at once he was still listening to me explain my situation. He did a fair job explaining the service.The only difference from the rep I spoke with, Andrew, is they all greeted with a smile and provided their name while Andrew did neither. The staff all around were friendly.

I am pretty sure Kai (sp?) was who helped me with my appt for a nail in my tire. She was very helpful and super friendly as I lugged in my two kids with me. This location is always busy so I highly recommend an appt. I ve been using this location for years and no complaints.

Tire sensor light on. I go free air check. Pull up technician gets tire sensor readings & tread inspection gives recommendation for replacing with new tires.

Bought a new set of Bridgestone tires for my GMC truck this Saturday 8/26/23 and had them installed. While writing up my ticket the salesman said he was going to throw in a set of windshield wipers at no charge. I was very appreciative. Yet when I read the details of my $1231.21 receipt I saw I was charged an extra $44 for wipers....that I didn't really want As I change my own. Be diligent and check Your receipts before You leave the store!
