I went there just to get a second opinion because I had some doubts about some oil leaks I saw at the parking area. Those guys did a thorough inspection and told me there was no oil leak and did not charge a penny for doing the inspection.Only a day before at another car shop, I was told a number of issues in my car which was causing that oil leak and I paid good amount of money just for the inspection.Definitely will come back for any other car related issues.

Dominic exceeded our expectations for customer service and knowledge of the repairs we needed done to our vehicle. I highly recommend him to everyone especially people who do not have a lot of knowledge when it comes to repairs. Dominic gave us a fair price (lower than anyone else in the area) and answer all of our questions, was fantastic at communicating and returning phone calls. Thank you again Dominic!

I only write reviews for companies that deserve it. I will tell you this place deserves it. Never in my life have I experienced such amazing customer service. I ve been here 3 times and each time I was given solutions that were in my best interest. This place truly cares about helping the customer and not taking advantage of them during a vehicle crisis. They have earned my trust and a loyal customer. I will not go anywhere else. Justin was by far the best! Discount Auto Care has done great work for me in the past. But today, when I really needed assistance, Justin was there right away. I had a flat on 75 and it was not a safe situation. My insurance wanted $95 to send somebody out and it was going to take 89 minutes for anyone to get to me. I called Discount Auto Care on the off chance they could help, and help they did. Justin came out in no time. He was so kind and efficient. He literally said my safety was most important. Who does that? I meant it when I told him I'll never go anywhere else. And, fyi, Progressive roadside assistance is a joke. Thank you Justin. You're the best!!

This repair shop is unscrupulous. They use the lowest quality parts, and in some instances, they charge for replacement parts without actually installing them. You may not even realize the part was replaced as they claimed until you need it redone the following year. I am so grateful for having come here. They were so so helpful. I needed to get my valve cover gasket replaced as well as my thermostat, and they went above and beyond in helping me out. They even helped me out and were considerate with my schedule. Honestly I had not come across such a kind a professional company. The staff was so kind and attentive. Was given a coupon from Discount Tire for Front End Alignment $55. Called to arrange time. When I got there they said price went to $75, (36% higher). I asked why they hadn't picked up the coupons from Discount Tire or given them new ones with the correct pricing on them. The response was they just hadn't.I get that costs and prices are going up. But, if you can't take the time to go pick up coupons from a major tire dealer up the street that is referring you, and you don't want to honor the rate, it feels like bait and switch to me. I have a hard time putting trust into a business that operates like this. Seemed like nice enough folks on the phone and in person, but trust and honoring your word is everything. Now it is some negative marketing and work of mouth over $20.Service: Wheel alignment

I'll be honest this is one of the worst mechanics/businesses I've ever been to. I was quoted a price of nearly 2 grand to fix wheel bearings, cv axles and calipers. mechanic then tried to refuse releasing my car after I decided not to get repairs from the shop. after I informed who I assumed was the owner (white guy, black gauges, tattoos) that it was illegal to hold my car, he wanted to mention he was a "former first responder" and knew the law, yet reluctantly gave me my car anyway. I have no vested interest in any auto business in the area but from one car owner to another PLEASE do not take your car here. after driving my car to my usual shop in Princeton I was quoted a price of SIXTY dollars to get a wheel bearing replaced, after which my car ran like new. the mechanic at the Princeton shop also mentioned to my girlfriend this shop is known to scam/overcharge. I'm posting this in hopes you do not make the same mistake I did. pls pls pls avoidService: Auto engine diagnostic

Very nice, professional, honest, no pressure, patiently explain options and prices. Very fast (often same day), quality work with warranty, at half the cost of dealership. Great communication keeping you informed of progress. Comfortable waiting room with free Keurig coffee, water bottles, and TV. This is a great shop. I take both of my cars there all the time when there's a problem and they do a great job taking care of it. They're not expensive and, most importantly, they're honest.It's nice to find a shop you can trust to not gouge you on your car repairs.

**PLEAS READ BEFORE YOU WASTE MONEY**First I dropped my mustang off less than 3 months ago and asked them to do a complete run through on the car and fix what was wrong with it. the work they did was no good and a hose they replaced came off and sprayed antifreeze everywhere. I asked them to check out the electrical connection from the temp sensor because it was not working properly after spattered with antifreeze. They said they could not check the electrical continuity/integrity of the temp sensor unless I paid them to fix a mechanical thermostat. Costs $10 at the same place they buy their parts from even with a 100% mark up that s only $20. The repair is simple. It s only 2 bolts and it is visible and very easy to get to. It takes 10 minutes and They charge less than $100/hr for labor so even if you up charge me for a full hour. Total $120.They were trying to charge me almost $200 for that, on top of the $95 to troubleshoot. All this because they did not install the heater hose correctly which caused my temp sensor to go bad so I m guessing they re trying to recoup their money. But the funny thing is I never asked them to warranty the work I was willing to pay Just to get my car back but they wouldn t even look at it unless I Got other extremely overpriced work done. Horrible business, and the manager Raymond has zero integrity. Then they told me I had to leave work in Dallas to get my car by today or else or would be towed. I have used Discount Tire several times now. I was referred there by another local shop that I trust. They are great, getting most jobs out in short times. Getting my car out quickly has been wonderful because I'm usually pressed for time.The treatment I've received by Jonathan is top notch. On top of that, the prices are beyond fair. They've earned my business. I will use them again

I took my car here. I was having front-end problems. Two other ships looked at it couldn't find the problem. They had it 30 mins and found the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service and really detailed explanation of what I needed and why. Took my car in for a re-alignment after the Mazda dealership did it wrong and nearly ruined all 4 of my new tires. The mechanic showed me that my toe settings were way off and were causing my uneven tire wear. He quickly adjusted it and even warrantied the work for 3 months, and they beat the stealership price by nearly 40%. Will definitely be back for any future suspension adjustments/repairs as this place was very honest and fair.

Nothing but good things to say about this business. Courteous, honest, helpful, quick and efficient, terrific service and prices. Absolute most honest mechanics out there! Especially when it comes to foreign vehicles! Been going here for over a year and they are just amazing! Use top of the line parts and will review outside estimates along with what actually needs done. They support their Veterans also with an amazing discount. Wouldn t go anywhere else!

I was in McKinney for my son's baseball tournament and my alternator went out on way to ball park I googled the closest shop that could get me in on a Saturday and let me tell you these guys went above and beyond customer service was great they got the job done and pricing was reasonable for them getting it in and out on a Saturday I'm from Lubbock Texas and would highly recommend these guys thanks again guy'sService: Electrical

As an earlier review mentioned, I don t understand all the 5 star ratings. Just went in for an oil change, and they said I needed to replace my drive/serpentine belt and my air filters. I went to another Autocare shop for a second opinion and they said my drive belt was completely fine! That saved me $170. The other Autocare shop also changed my air filters for cheaper. I also went to discount Autocare for a state inspection, and one of my headlights wasn t working. Since my car was an Acura, they charged over $100 for the headlight bulb, and my car s headlight still wasn t working over half the time! So it wasn t the bulb itself that was the problem. I went back and they said they couldn t find a problem and that my headlight was working perfectly fine, even though I said my headlight was not working half the time. I had to go to another repair shop to get it fixed.

I go over there for low transmission fluid. Instead of flash whole thing they put 3q fluid. When I back home fluid was all over my garage, tow the SUV to them they said transmission, Radiator is gone not even say a sorry.They don t know how to take care of the transmission fluid. Its my daughters car she just told me, " Discount Auto Care means Discount Services "I felt gulty because I advised her to take the SUV there. If you understand the story "Go to Discount Auto Care at your own risk"I should want to see their mechanic's credentials.

My check engine light was on in my car for a few days, I was too scared to take it anywhere because the cost might've been too crazy. So I did some research and found these guys. Thank goodness I did! I had the pleasure of working with John and Raymond. They kept me in the loop with everything that was going wrong with my car, and they never made me feel dumb about my questions. The service and price were beyond amazing. The whole team is honest and very friendly.

Always difficult to find a mechanic when moving to a new area. Given their rating on google and word of mouth I decided to trust these guys with my 10+yr old BMW. Not only did they get the job done perfectly, they updated me all the way through the process. Collins, one of the guys there was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend this place!

All I can say is WOW! I had GMC dealership try to charge me $2500 to diagnose my transmission. Ray replaced the filter and the problem went away for $200. I had them fix my brakes and motor for the running boards. These guys do GREAT work. I'm a customer FOR LIFE!!!

I was referred to Discount Auto Care after I purchased a used truck that needed some front end work done. Ray and his team were fast, thorough and professional with the work they did. I couldn't ask for more.When I went back a month later for an oil change and an A/C repair I got the same treatment again. I would (and have) recommended Discount Auto Care to anyone that needs repair work performed on any vehicle they own. Thanks Ray.

Came in for an alignment and used a prepaid card. I thought it was empty and just left it. I came back 2 weeks later for an oil change, and not only did they remember me and the car, but he saved the card and gave it back. Very honest and quality service at a great price. Finally found a solid mechanic.
