My Camaro reduced power on highway two days before thanksgiving. I had it towed to Cupra and these guys took care of me. The staff was friendly directed me to the Service center. Big shout out to Erik he A-1 customer service he listen to my concerns and ensured that they will get me taken care of. Erik sent me courtesy text with updates throughout the process. I was worried about not having a vehicle during the holiday but these guys fixed my car had it washed and ready to go on thanksgiving eve. I give a 5 star rating and recommend this service center hassle free just a great experience.

Fast and honest service. Had an appt for an oil change on one of my cars and a check engine light that intermittently came on. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE OR REPAIRS HERE.DO NOT TRUST DALE OR NADA.I bought a car from here 2-3 weeks ago. I drive off the lot and SAMEDAY a headlight goes out. I demand they fix it, so they take TWO WEEKS to fix a headlight bulb.They INSTALL THE WRONG BULB, instead of a high/low bulb, they put in a low bulb, didn t put my bumper back on correctly, missing every other retaining clip, rubber seals not put back on, screws missing.I demand again that they fix the bulb/bumper. THEY DON T RESPOND TO CALLS OR TEXTS.2 DAYS LATER the service engine light comes on!I take it to a Cadillac repair shop and my engine is going to NEED MAJOR WORK.I THINK THEY KNEW OF THESE MAJOR PROBLEMS BEFORE SELLING IT TO ME AND CLEARED THE ALARM CODES OUT.

Really nice environment, was pretty fast. Haven't met too many honest auto shops, but this definitely was one. Amazing service, fast , honest. Did an amazing job helping us and we are now permant customers. Employees were so happy and helpful couldn't ask for better service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

~*~DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!~*~ I went in on 7/11/22 because I had a groupon for an oil change and it took 1 hour 30 min. The time that it took to get it changed didn't bother me because i know these things take time. What i am upset about is they tried to scam me. They told me that I had a major leak in the tubing of the power steering and it was going to be $1600 to replace it. That it would be a good idea to get it fixed sooner rather then later. I had a family friend that works on cars look at it and they said they were lying because there is no leak or crack. I have a white car and I didn't notice this till my dad pointed this out when I went to visit later on in the day. They left smudgy, greasy handprints on the passenger side of my car. I also just noticed today that my credit card was missing from my wallet and was alerted by Wells Fargo today about fraudulent charges to my card. The last place i used my card was here. Don't know if it was an employee or someone else that picked up my card in the employee only area (they let me sit on a couch inside with the a/c because it was hot outside). Because I was a girl with not much knowledge of cars they tried to use my lack of knowledge on cars to try to get money from me. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL FRIENDS/FAMILY NOT TO GO HERE AS WELL.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Found this auto care shop in my area, stopped in to get a few things things looked at. Environment was pretty welcoming and clean.
