These guys literally blew me away. I had a fender bender, took my car in and they had in done in 24 hours!! They even vacuumed out the inside of it. The process was so easy and I cannot recommend them enough, they did a EXCELLENT job!!

Crash Champions was selected to repair my vehicle back in January 2023 after it was in an accident. Crash Champions was not able to honor the "completed by" date, their billing department was not able to work with my car insurance, AND someone from their shop stole my license plate. Nothing was done to remediate any of these issues.

This has to be the most incompetent body shop I ve ever been to. If you want your vehicle repaired the first time or at all you may want to consider a different location. After three attempts my vehicle is still not repaired correctly. The first attempt at repairing the body damage, The paint match was not even close to being correct. This was three weeks in. To get the paint correct, it was another four days. The Blindspot monitor that was damaged in the accident was addressed to be repaired on the first visit and three visits later, it still does not work. My total time without my vehicle at this location was four weeks and it is still not repaired correctly.Service: Painting

Extremely impressed. Brandy and Taffany and the entire staff were so courteous, professional and timely. The level of service was exceptional. And the work they completed on my truck was not only better that what I thought was possible (my truck looks brand new now) it was also less expensive than the price I agreed to pay. They could have kept the extra funds but they actually were able to do the job for less that originally quoted. Their honesty and transparency made me a customer for life. Quite possibly the best body shop in the nation! World class customer service is what you can expect to receive at this Service King. Brandy and her entire team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent. Being in an accident, dealing with towing, and insurance hassles are already enough to make a make a person go crazy. Don't make it worse by choosing the wrong collision repair company. The worst body shop I ve had the displeasure of working with. It s incredibly ironic that they are called Service King! That s a joke! You call to ask why the part has not arrived, month after month, after month, and the reply is supply chain or we will call you back but then get no call back. They have been paid in January (yes, January), both my money and my insurance company s money so they could care less about finishing the repair on my car or having ANY sense of urgency, or customer service. They are happy to hang their hat on supply chain delays but take your money upfront. BEWARE! I m calling my insurance company to file a complaint as well. Sadly and surprisingly they are a recommended partner with my insurance company. My car is still not repaired. I think now it s the paint they can t find. If you have gotten this far- keep searching or good luck!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an accident last month and I had to drop off my vehicle at Service King this location. I started working with Melissa then Joshua. They have done a phenomenal job starting from inspection, checking the vehicle to delivery. I really appreciate Joshua constant follow up and thorough updates. I ve used Service King twice to repair accident-damaged vehicles I either own or have owned. They are consistently respectful, professional and timely and always work well with my auto insurance company. Their work is always high quality - I ve never had to return my repaired vehicle to the shop for more work following a repair. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else for body work/repairs. Service King comes with my highest recommendation.Service: Body & Trim

Richard from Service King was excellent in his service. They endured some obstacles beyond their control during the time my vehicle was with them and were still able to finish on time. Jeremy and his staff was excellent from the time I dropped off my car and when it was ready for pick up. I was already traumatized from getting in a wreck from a careless driver. They went over and beyond to make sure that my car was going to be fixed like it was brand new. I must say Service King really do take care of their customers by informing them from the start of process, ordering parts, and when the car will be ready for pick up. I would give this staff a 10 and would repeat service if any more car issues arise.

Tim and the team at Service King exceeded expectations in every way. Our vehicle was repaired more quickly than estimated, and the finished product was excellent. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the car, inside and out. Also, their partnerships with Enterprise and Allstate are seamless - pleasant experience all around. Thanks.

I highly recommend this service as I am so impressed with the professionalism and care beginning with the General Manager, Wael Bichara, who took the time to understand what is needed for our vehicle. He quickly put me at ease and did everything he could to surround me with a fantastic team. Thank you Taffinay for sending me updates on my vehicle so I was continually informed. Thank you Kevin for taking us to our rental car and the patience you showed us as we waited quite awhile. Our vehicle was detailed by Kevin too who managed in doing such a wonderful job! A HUGE thank you to the Service Techs who did such a beautiful job in taking out dents and buffing areas that were needed. This is my second service experience with this new location...I believe I was their very first customer when they opened in December and did a superb repair job on my 2018 KIA Stinger. The first of February I put a crease in my wife s new BMW Gran Coupe doors and was in big trouble, but I had confidence that after my recent experience with the team at this new Service King location that the car would look like new again. I was not disappointed!! I cannot say enough about that fantastic team that General Manager, Rick Westbury, has assembled...his ability to identify and develop talent is exceptional. Sarah Roberts, the Office Coordinator, was delightful and made my phone and personal contact a comfortable, pleasant experience; Tim McLeod, my Service Advisor, is an absolute pro and kept me apprised of progress with personal emails and goes the extra mile for his customers; Felix Geronimo, the Body Tech, who performed the work on both my cars is an absolute artist....I ve been having body work done on vehicles for over 55 years and his work is the best I ve seen; and Porter-Detailer, Jose Salazar, delivered my car in showroom condition. I could not be more pleased with Service King in general and this Service King in particular.

Seriously the most exceptional customer service experience I have had at ANY business in a long long time. Like maybe last time I was at a 5 star hotel the service was this fantastic.I scheduled my appointment (super easy to schedule through their call center but also easy to call the shop directly with additional questions) for the day before I went out of town so I wouldn t need a rental car. When I dropped it off, I let them know my husband could pick it up if it was completed within two days, otherwise I wouldn t be able to pick it up until the following week - and I was worried about storage fees depending on how long the repair would take. They assured me it shouldn t be a problem to get it done within two days to prevent me having to pay storage fees.I went on my trip and got automatic text updates as it went, but since they knew I was out of town, they coordinated directly with my husband for the pick up - which was super helpful for me to not have to figure out his schedule.When I got back, I was worried my husband might have missed something when reviewing the work they did, but it was perfect and I couldn t find any flaws.10/10 highly recommend taking your car here.

Couple things here...1. Some of the absolute nicest humans running this location. Front desk lady, dynamite...estimate man Audrey, lights out...even spoke to a tech in the parking lot and he was genuinely excited to work on my truck.2. The paint man? Must be a wizard.3. The communication was awesome. Update every day. Loved it4. Location is right out of my neighborhood5. Restored my confidence in the auto repair industry. Never feel like I have a clue if I m getting taken advantage of or not...but this team made me feel good about the process.

Not typical of my other Service King experiences, but by far the worst. Took weeks longer than I was told, despite text messages that continually said it would be complete the next day, etc. Left a message for them to call me as the car was wobbling on the way home from picking it up, they never called. When I called after several days to speak with the manager, he checked and said that the notes indicated that the car was wobbling at 60 mph. He said he would check into it and call me back.....still waiting 2 weeks later. Inconsistent stories between this location and my insurance company. I guess I will go pay someone else to fix what they said they had already done. VERY DISAPPOINTING.UPDATE: Was asked to send my contact information. I did so several days ago.......crickets.

Clipped my bumper on the curb pulling into my driveway and my undershield behind the bumper became detached and was dragging the ground. Called to see about how much it might cost to reattach it and how long it would take so I could plan being able to have a vehicle while it was being repaired. The person on the phone was not helpful, would not give me an answer to any of my questions, just kept saying they would only help me if I brought the car in. I described the issue in detail so surely it is something they have encountered before with the number of cars they repair, but no help and also not very friendly on the phone. Had to take off work to head over there and passed Caliber on the way so decided to try it based on my phone experience with Service King and they were very friendly and reattached my undershield right there in the parking space. So glad I decided to pull in to Caliber rather than go on to Service King. They possible would have done the same thing, but I certainly didn't get that impression over the phone.

I turned my car in on Friday January 31 for a bumper repair and replacement due to being rear ended. I was told it would be ready Friday February 7. I go to pick up my suv and there s bumper damage on the opposite side that wasn t there before and my battery is completely dead. One guy tried to hurry up and jump it thinking I wouldn t notice. He proceeds to tell me it s because of it being old and all the corrosion on it. I know what corrosion on a battery looks like and this one was clean and I didn t have any battery issues before I turned my care over. Another guy comes and looks at the battery and says yeah there s no corrosion here. After they jump it the first time it stays on for about 20 minutes while I transfer my things and two kids with car seats to my vehicle. I turn it off then it won t come back on. They jump it again and say I need to drive it for 20 miles. I told them no they need to fix my bumper and now battery issue they created and to call me when it was really ready. I get a call the next day, Saturday, saying they charged the battery over night and it s working again. I asked about the bumper and silence. They hadn t even repaired the damage they caused or lied about replacing the bumper altogether. I m still without my car and waiting to here what they say tomorrow, Monday February 10.

Call to make an appoint to get a quote for hail damage to my truck, great appointment set. Show up for appointment and the guy, in sloppy jeans and t-shirt, who did the inspection seemed annoyed that I was interrupting his personal phone call, barely spoke to me to explain anything, then was very curt with me when I tried to show him where some of the hail damage was "yeah, I see it sir!" then gets back to his call. I am told by someone else, front desk girl I assume(she was very nice) that I cannot get a quote unless I am filing an insurance claim, what?? I can't pay for repairs out of my own pocket if it is less than my deductible? I am told there is 1500-1600 in damage yet I am not shown where all of these dents are? Why was I not told when setting up the appointment that I needed to have claim started? Wasted my time and lost my business.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Great People!2nd time using this body shop. Both times they went out of their way to take great care of us.BRANDY was Great! The work they did to repair my wife's car was well done and as a customer, she was treated professionally. What bothers me is that when we went to pick up the car, even though there was a sign posted that Service King employees would be wearing masks, I saw three without a mask, including the front desk person who was dealing with customers, one after another, probably all day--and she was not wearing a mask and she was doing a ton of talking. If she were infected or a carrier, she would be endangering scores of customers. Very disappointed that Service King does to walk the talk. Refusal to wear a mask is what is fueling this pandemic, which is just getting worse by the day. Shame, Service King.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Ronnie and Felix were nothing short of AWESOME! Ronnie was very informative and kept me updated daily and sometimes multiple times a day! Felix does FANTASTIC workmanship! These guys are THE BEST!! I would recommend this service king and Felix & Ronnie at the drop of dime! I am grateful and blessed to have had them help me and provide the best customer service a person can ever ask for!

This is my second visit to this newer location this year and have been very impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, and great work these folks do. I actually used them as an example for customer service in a workshop I was doing. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

They told be my repair would take 11 days, then 16, it s been over 30days and my car is still not finished. They also are not great at communicating. I have not gotten any updates unless I called them.
