These guys are amazing. Great upfront communications ; Quality of work is outstanding. They have a great clean waiting area or you can catch a ride with their shuttle service. Chuck's makes me never ever want to visit another auto service shop ever again. They are honest, trust worthy and do not try to sell you unnecessary things. I will never take my car anywhere else and will always refer friends and family to Chuck's.

Words can t express how great chucks automotive is! We have a small family business that consists of roughly 10 fleet vehicles that must be on the road or else it affects our customers. Zero questions asked no matter what service work or repairs needed chucks I the only place that touches our fleet! They are extremely trust worthy, always very very clean waiting room and customer restroom! Thank you to all employees and team members at chucks for always getting us taken care of the first time the right way

Love this place. Chuck s is amazing with customer care and very honest about your vehicle and what it needs. They have kept my super old Audi limping along and the pick up service is phenomenal. I recommend Chuck s to anyone who needs car service of any kind.

I have never been to a more professional, more honest and straight up the best experienc I've ever had with a car shop. They dropped me off and picked me up from work same day. And extremely fairly priced. Do not go anywhere else , these guys are it

In short, THEY ARE THE BEST!! From the front desk, to the shop in the back, everyone is unbelievably kind! They treated us like human beings, not just money to be made. There was no pressure to have anything done, and they even told us if certain things could go a while without being repaired since we had spent a lot of money already. (I overheard them telling another woman the same thing while we were waiting.) They took the time to explain everything, and didn't talk down to us or treat us like we were stupid, like a lot of places do when it's a woman and a college kid. They are HONEST and operate with integrity. Qualities lacking in so many other places! They stand by their work too!! Again not the case in many other shops. Both of our sons have had work done on their cars there now, and we have found our permanent mechanic shop for everything from oil changes to more complex work. Just a little FYI, my oldest son was taking his car to Walmart for full synthetic oil changes. It turns out, CHUCK'S IS CHEAPER THAN WALMART WITH MUCH BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE.Give them a try, and I promise you won't regret it!Just a little shout out to Edmond, Anthony and Tyler for putting up with us!I know everyone there treats all people with respect, but this time, these 3 gentlemen specifically put up with a lot of questions and frustration from me. They answered everything with kindness, and my frustration (which really didn't have anything to do with them at all) did not phase them in the least. They were completely understanding!No, they did NOT ask me to do any kind of a review anywhere for them. I just felt the need to let others know my honest opinion!

I m very disappointed with the last service Chuck s provided to me and here is why.. on February 22nd I took my VW Tiguan for an oil change, I paid $104.70, I waited like hour and a half there until it was ready .. long story short, on March 15th while away on spring break vacay with my children, the oil change Icon came on! I made a quick stop and checked the oil level which to my surprise it was dried, the oil indicator came completely clean! Wow.. I drove to the nearest Auto Zone where they checked it for me as I couldn t believe it came out completely clean, sure enough, 2nd try and came died and clean.So I called the shop, and to my surprise when I told them that I had my VW oil changed few weeks ago there and today there is no oil at all! ..they told me over the phone that a guy name EDMOND wrote on his notes that there was a major oil leak, I immediately freaked out and asked them why in the world they didn t tell me anything about this when I paid for the service?! I mean, what the hell?! They changed me on February 22nd and they told me that EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and it was good to go.. WHY didn t they tell me my suv had a major oil leak?!! They told me it was written on my ticket and I already checked my ticket and it doesn t say anything other that they changed changed the oil.Please beware make sure that you get the services you are paying for! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! I trusted them and I did a huge mistake for saving some bucks, I will definitely pay the premium service Volkswagen auto repair offers next time.

Always love the work and customer service here! The front office guys are great, explain everything and get me in as quickly as they can. I'm never surprised by the price because they always keep me informed and give reasonable recomme for to keep my Suburban working great!

Spoke with Chuck and worked with Matt. I needed some very low profile wide tires mounted on my brand new 20 " Forged wheels. I was worried about them getting scratched or mis-handled. These guys are top notch technicians. I would have no problem bringing in my Supercar to these folks, and they will be doing my services on my car coming up soon. Honest, do what they say, fair price and great communications! Thanks Guys! the wheels are perfectly balanced , not a scratch on them and look fantastic.!

Chuck s Automotive is THE BEST! I trust them with all my car needs. They are professional, kind and personable. I absolutely love them! Can t rave enough about this shop. I ve had many of terrible experiences with other car shops, I m soo glad I found a great one that I can actually trust! All their staff is amazing. Best customer service. 10/10 recommend!!! Ok... in the quest to find a reputable auto mechanic, we have all had experiences that were good and bad... after yet ANOTHER negative experience, I was directed to Chuck's and as of this review, I really can't see needing to find another.From the first phone call to schedule, to the hand written thank you card that came in the mail after my service, these folks understand the missing piece in the industry is customer service and they fill that need.While my service was more expensive than we originally thought, the communication and professionalism made the overall experience top-notch and may I say trust-building... Hope this is helpful. Best of luck in your search for a repair place...as for me and mine, we have no more need to look.12/19/23Never cease to amaze me... while they were slammed for the holiday's, they found time to carve out time to replace a rock guard that was ordered the last time I was in. Thanks again guys!

These guys are the best. I was afraid they'd be expensive in the beginning, but i was wrong. Most places will rob you and hold your car forever but not here guys. They gave me a discount, helped me save money on parts and finished the job quickly. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed.

I have plenty of experience working on all kinds of industrial equipment and as an engineer, I typically do my own repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. However, there are times when I don't have the time or the job is more of a hassle than I want to deal with. I started with Chuck's just to get some tires mounted and was impressed with the expertise of the guys I talked to there. I have since taken each of my four vehicles in at various times to do all kinds of repairs and maintenance from a compact car to a heavy duty truck with gas and diesel engines. They are honest, reasonable, and have great expertise. There's a reason they've grown like crazy and are busy every day! I won't bother going anywhere else now. Wow! The staff is super friendly and really focused on customer service and quality work without breaking the bank. I am thriving with how much they care about my concerns and issues. I have been consistently going to Chuck's automotive for over a year now and have converted my family and friends to go there for any automotive repair or change. If they can't get it done, they will recommend someone who can.Bottom line: Great staff. Great Service. Vehicle(s) runs flawless!Trust Chuck's.

Very prompt and polite. Got an oil change and free tire rotation and multi-point inspection, air filter replaced, and then a free quote for other less urgent work my car needs. Will go back in the future.

It was a great experience. The car was taken in after filling some paperwork since I was a new customer. I waited in the lounge where there are charging points available if someone wants to work. The whole process was pretty comfortable. I would revisit again.Update 2023 - Revisited and got 2 cars checked this time. It was a comfortable process just like last time.

These guys are AWESOME! They're always fast, professional, exceptionally friendly, and I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done on my car or my husband's SUV. They never try to sell you something you don't need or push you into purchasing unnecessary options, are always really good about keeping me up to date on their progress, and have never taken it upon themselves to do additional needed repairs on my car without clearing it with me first. They're honesty and integrity far surpasses any other place I've ever been to, and their prices can't be beat. Nissan wanted to charge me just under $300 for an oil change, 4-wheel alignment and a tire rotation. I got all of that AND my State inspection for $215 at Chuck's. My husband and I will never go anywhere else again!

My dad took me here to get my truck repaired for the first time around a month ago. From what my dad has said, he s been going to Chuck s for years and has been more than happy with the service. From my own experience, the guys are friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles and do their best to fix whatever automotive problem you may have. My dad and I are happy to give 5 stars to this wonderful place.

Years overdue on this review. But I ve been taking my cars there for years and they have always done great work and been professional in how they operate. More importantly they are priced very competitively. This latest work they are doing is far below what the dealer quoted. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest shop that performs competitively priced high quality work in a professional manner.
