The entire process was seamless I was in and out within no time. The technician replaced the bulb efficiently, and I appreciated their attention to detail. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait even more pleasant.

I like CB because you do a good job for a fair price. However at the McKinney location on Eldorado you were way too pushy to do a dozen or so other things that were not necessary. For example you fixed my vacuum line on my A/C so the vents would change flow correctly stating the air was cold and it wasn't a leak in the freon lines. Then you were pushing to service my AC. And you were pushing to change my oil when I just changed it myself so you didn't even look at it to see if it was dirty. Not exactly how you build trust with a customer.I'll still be a CB customer but not that location.

This was my first time there. A very nice and friendly place. They had a comfortable waiting area with coffee and free Easter candy! I will definitely go back next year to get my car inspected.

Grateful !! Amazing staff, quick service and everything was done perfectly. Most people will tell you to take your foreign cars to the dealership . As we all know that is far more $$$$ a way bigger headache. I am blessed to have this staff as members of my team and I am so grateful they took care do everything for me. They eased my mind, my wallet, and my car is road safe again. I cannot recommend Christian Brother's enough. Thank you Greg and Natasha for such a wonderful experience

Christian Brothers in general has always taken good care of me regardless of the location I have been to but the McKinney location has been my most frequent location to visit. In the past I have worked with Todd who communicated with me throughout my service appointment and more recently I worked with Lowell who also took great care of my needs. Service advisors here are always professional and available to quickly respond to requests or issues. Pat is always friendly and gets me where I need to go via their shuttle. Christian Brothers will continue to get my business as they take great care of frequent customers regardless of the size of their need.

The service advisor kept me informed at each step. The tech's problem analysis report was detailed and conclusive. The workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Christian Brothers if your car needs repairs.

This place is fantastic. Pricing and service is as expected. Only complaint is I had to call to verify my truck was ready, but one could assume it would be ready after dropping it off at 8am. They also washed my truck, free of charge! Thank you!

Incredible service and friendly staff. Explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle clearly and were able to fix a problem created by another shop efficiently. Highly recommend these gentlemen. Best service I ve had in a long time with my vehicle. Thank you Christian Brothers!

EXCEPTIONAL - fixed my car at a very reasonable price. Fixed it the same day and they had a driver to take me home so I didn't have to wait. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and professional! I needed a new place for maintenance - this will be my go-to place from now on.

My truck had an odd oil and radiator fluid leak appear at the same time. CB diagnosed and fixed it in a logical and least costly fashion possible. This is not the first time I've used them for heavy repairs on my vehicles. Can I leave 0 stars? I called the day before to schedule an appointment and Todd scheduled me for 8am. I arrive at 8am and they had no record of my appointment but took me in anyway. I went in to get a quote for a problem/code I already knew existed on my car and I just needed a quote. They proceeded to spend 3 hrs doing a full inspection of my car which I didn t request(they wouldve spent 4 but I had to leave by a certain time thus putting pressure on them) The inspection included what I requested and everything they could think of to charge me for. In my case this included an oil change which I had got the day before. They also planned on charging me 400 more than the dealership. On top of everything the sales manager was so rude to all his employees. Felt like a slimy place to give my business to. It s sad to think of all the people they have probably taken advantage of. Please don t waste your time.

I sought three estimates for my $1000 plus repair. All three were close in price but Christian Brothers gave me the most comprehensive evaluation of my vehicles health. They also were the only ones to find the reason for the failure. If I had used anyone else I would be paying for a second repair within a year or sooner.

I do not recommend christian brothers for alignments, other issues they may be able to handle, just not alignmentsI brought my vehicle to be serviced with a new alignment, I had called prior to confirm they preformed alignments and could fit me in that day, I was thrilled they were able to help, I immediately headed that way.. Dropped off at 830ish, picked up at 430ish.After picking it up I noticed the steering wheel wasnt level and was off by 3-5% tilt to one side.I returned at 5ish, at first they said I needed to return Monday, I explained that was not an option as i had to travel outof town, hints why i confirmed they could do it that day.... They then quickly brought it back to adjustment. During this time the manager said there machine may be slightly out of tolerance and they may need to preform 2 or 3 times to get it corrected.About an hour later, They told me it was corrected and it was within tolerance, and if the problem continues to return on monday...They diddnt test drive this time to even check if they fixed It. (It went from the bay directly to a parking spot, l I watched it)There was a no improvement. Was surprised they wanted to rush me out and not even check to see if the issue was resolved. They just wanted to leave, and not stand by there work, or even check there work was correctedI brought it to a different shop the following morning( they did the alignment in about an hour and was correct the first time)They showed me the report and both front wheels were out of alignment.I do not recommend christian brothers for alignments, other issues they may be able to handle, just not alignments

You know those shops that just fix what you ask them to and charge a resonable price? This isn t one of those. Brought my truck here to get an oil leak checked out. They ended up doing a full vehicle inspection of the entire truck though I never requested it, looking for anything to potentially work on. I will say they are extremely thorough with their inspection however I wouldn't recommend this shop if you're on a budget.Why are they taking photos of my air filter, cab, exhaust, recommending PCM flash, etc. when all I asked for was to check the oil leak? They charged $150 for the full inspection, ultimately just to tell me the oil leak was from the oil cover housing. I've since learned this is a common problem on Pentastar 3.6L engines so why do they need an entire inspection to ascertain this? They wanted $1500 to replace the housing and a further $2500 for additional regular maintenance which I opted not to have them do.When they brought the truck out to give it back to me, the front bumper lip had been half torn off like it were hooked on a curb. Wasn't like that when I left it so I had to ask them to fix that, they apologized and I waited. When I got back in the cab, the dash cam had been unhooked which seemed very strange. Also, I keep a set of tools under the drivers seat and they had been taken out and left on the back seat of the cab. I can't see why they would need to get under the drivers seat unless looking for valuables? Again, pretty far from the oil leak I asked to have checked on. Can honestly say my vehicle may have been better off before I brought it here.

Visited CB for a leaky engine. I was worried it would be something catastrophic.The staff, Lowell was very nice and when all was set and done it turned out to be an oil pan plug and an oil change all for under $100 bucks

I continued to be very satisfied with the work done by this business. I use them for all of my vehicle mechanical needs. I recently had damage done to my pickup by an object that fell out of a trailer in front of me. Christian Brothers worked both with me and my insurance company to make the repairs at a price that all could agree to.

They don t know what they are talking about. Telling my my rear axels were bad when i have a front wheel drive. My front axels were fine and it was my struts that were bad. Next telling me the spark plugs i had weren t correct when they mentioned which ones i needed, if they paid attention they would see that is the exact ones i have. They didn t even tell me my serpentine belt was about to snap, i had to find that out through different people. These men are absolutely stupid and uneducated. Don t recommend them to anyone. Stay clear of this place as they also charge crazy obnoxious prices. For example my spark plugs were about $200 and fixed through someone else. Here they wanted to charge me $1200 for the plugs and $300 for labor and that s only for those plugs. Absolutely outrageous. Never going here again and wasting my time.

CBA provided us with great service and very competitive pricing. Old Betsy needed a lot of work, and they took very good care of us. I recommend you try these guys out and get an estimate the next time you need auto work. I think you will get a fair price and excellent service!!

I m so glad I canceled my initial appt at AutoZone. The entire staff made me feel so welcomed and part of the family. I trusted them with their judgement and didn t mess with me on prices. The service: they went above and beyond to make me feel happy when leaving. Highly recommend!!

I got to the shop 20 minutes before they opened and was shocked they let me inside and thought it was a good sign. Then I told them my battery is dead and I think I need a new one. The guy said we might be able to get you in late afternoon I was shocked and said for a battery?? He confirmed his guys were working on other vehicles and it would be late afternoon before they could even take the time to even look at my vehicle. Luckily I was able to start my vehicle and take it somewhere else and receive help. Also they were in some kind of meeting that seemed really intense and the boss (I assume) was leading a meeting and when he asked for an example as soon as his staff started talking he interrupted and said, see. See. There are no examples when the employee tried again he was again cut off by the guy leading the meeting. Everyone eventually walked away and they all looked upset. It was a very weird encounter. With so many other places to take your vehicle so close I will not be back. To be fair I only went there because they opened an hour before the other shops in the area and I was trying to get to work.
