Ivan greeted us shortly after arriving and was very polite and courteous. He didn't make us feel uneasy or pressured in any way at all. He listened to our needs, answered our questions and didn't try to sway us indifferently. My husband can be a handful at times and Ivan fit right in. From start to finish we were taken care of with great service. My husband appreciate all that assisted in our purchase and I love my new Traverse

**Warning**After hitting a turkey in my 2016 Chevy Corvette on June 3rd 2023, I had my local dealership look at the damage. Since they didn t have a body shop they suggested the closest Chevy dealership would be Eldorado. I wish I would ve taken my corvette somewhere else. After MONTHS of waiting, because Eldorado was unhappy with what Insurance price points were, they reluctantly painted the nose the wrong paint code and complained about not getting money for the work required from insurance. I went initially to pick up the car and was told it was fixed. After complaining to insurance company and Eldorado for their poor work, they admitted they couldn t find the exact paint code for that model year. Eldorado had the car until Nov 8th,2023. When I initially went to pick it up my tint was damaged because of the TX summer heat. They initially refused to fix the tint when I showed them. Later, because of their poor repair, they did fix the tint. I went to pick up the car and personal items were missing to which they could not explain. Long story short, get your body damage and paint done elsewhere. BEWARE.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Yesterday was my first time at the service center and Oscar helped me a lot. I went there for my car s recall issue & oil change but Oscar made sure to check my brakes without me asking for it. I had some questions in regards to car inspections and other concerns related to maintenance then he clearly informed me about those.

Really awful experience. My service professional was completely unprofessional, and even used degrading language when I was discussing the issue of my vehicle. He also was borderline incompetent as he tried to tell me that my warranty didn t even exist Honestly, one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at any kind of dealership, and I really hope they have big changes coming soon, because that was ridiculous. Also, pretty sure they overcharged me for the service that they did provide, because I reached out to a few different dealerships and got the same quote for service, and each one of them were at least a couple hundred dollars less.I almost forgot, between the time that I took my vehicle in, and the time that I got it back, it was three weeks. After talking to a few other dealerships, I was told that the service that I needed on my truck would take about three hours total I have no idea what their normal expectation is for turnaround time, but that s just awful service. I didn t even get a heads up on what the issue was and what service would be provided until a little over two weeks after they had my truck.Will be calling GM. GM should take a hard look at what is really going on at this dealership, they do not service what they sell. I was ridiculed when I said it was ridiculous that I needed to leave my truck which was under warranty for 3-4 weeks before they would even diagnose it. I was told to just rent a car. They think this is acceptable in fact they are doing you a favor for taking your money to service your car. I was lied to by Ty who told me he would call when I could try and leave it for a week or less when there was a window. 3 attempts to schedule and not one ounce of help. They have fully embraced the Covid mentality of zero customer service and treating customers poorly, I would never buy or do business with this dealership ever again.

Why bother making an appointment? You ll still wait ALL day for your vehicle.I had an 8am APPOINTMENT to get a missing part retro fitted from when I bought the truck. I was told by my service adviser Lucas (what a joke) the process should only take a couple of hour. When I called at noon to get the status of the truck I was told they are working on it. Then I get a text at 2pm telling me they have started the retro fit and programming. I then received a text after 3pm that my truck is done and to make sure that I hurry because they close at 4pm. Not to mention the scraped paint on the top of one of my doors. And further more, I asked them to take a look at the brakes because they are squealing (at only 14k miles) and they told me they couldn t hear the noise. When I picked it up the first noise made was the squeal. But of course it was 4pm and god forbid they finish a 2 hr job even though it took them 8 hrs to do nothing. dUCK Eldorado Chevrolet!!!!! After buying three NEW vehicals from them, I won t be making that mistake again. It s a damn shame too because I was just about to be in the market for another upgraded vehicle.

Took my vehicle in Tuesday, for a 3-5 hour repair I m not the type to leave a bad review, especially since I run a construction company and understand shipping delays. The lack of communication is the reason for this review.It s now Saturday, and I won t get it back until at least Monday I had to call 15X to find out they cracked my radiator while installing a water pump.Not one person notified me about delays, and I m a self employed contractor who needs a vehicle in order to work.Would never recommend this shop to anyone who values their time or sanity. I will be taking my truck to get inspected after these repairs, as I m not confident in any aspect this dealership.I drive about 70-80,000 miles a year so I m no stranger to maintenance. Very disappointed to be spending more than $2300 for this level of service Caleb, in the service department, is the only person who communicated well.

I purchased/ordered a brand new vehicle from these guys. John Bernius is excellent. We had a previous salesman, and luckily we got switched to John. He was on the ball, making sure everything was perfect, and following through on all that was needed and promised. He is a Triple A rated guy, and I highly reccomemd him. Carl Lucas in Inventory Control also needs recognition, for his patience and diligence as I proceeded from ordering my vehicle, to calling to change things, to tracking my order and keeping me updated. He was amazing and I really appreciate his time and dedication.

I had a suspected bent rim and took my truck in on Tuesday morning 8:00 AM and left it to be checked. Wednesday morning asked for an update and got with tech reply from service desk guy. Never heard anything back after that. Thursday afternoon asked for an update and got with tech reply. Tried calling, no answer, called main number and asked for front end shop, talked to technician who said they thought it was another issue based what had written on the ticket and they would look at it. Got nasty call from front desk service guy saying the tire had a broken belt and needed new tires alignment. Was told if I approved right away I could pick up my truck Friday afternoon. Went there at 3:00 PM on Friday and they had not started. Took my truck and went to Just Tires, got exact tires and alignment in 1 1/2 hours

I had great experience in the past, but sometimes it depends on the individual. My first experience was with a gentleman by the name of Paul Gallamore, he was really great,very nice and friendly, like you can tell he was really trying to work with us. The second experience that I had with this guy, Stephen McAnally, he was really cold, he won t return my call he was totally a jerk. In the future I don t want to deal with him.Service: Electrical repair

Service was good. No real beef with that. People were very nice and hard working. No beef there. My only real complaint was the abysmal coffee, horrible!I was at the nearby Toyota dear 2 days ago. Same review, except for the coffee. They had a self grinding machine and made a great cupa.Seriously, El Dorado was good.Just not the nasty coffee.

Wasn t very impressed with the service. Dropped off the vehicle and was told that it would be 2-3 days to diagnose the issue. That was a Tuesday. Finally reached out on Monday, the following week, to see what was going on. A text response that they still hadn t looked at it. Follow back up on Wednesday and get an estimate of repairs and approve everything. Had to follow back up on Friday to see if it was done. The communication was awful through the entire process.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

This dealership's records failed to indicate I had the extended warranty. This wasn t an issue when I was there last year. Considering the cost of that policy, bells & whistles should have appeared on his screen. Other than poor record keeping, the service was fine.

Michael McDonald and his team are amazing. My transmission went out a few miles from Eldorado Chevy. I limped it there on Thursday afternoon about 3:00pm. I let Michael we were just traveling from NE Oklahoma to Dallas for the weekend and would be headed home on Sunday so if there was any way they could pull off a miracle it would be greatly appreciated. He let me know he d do everything thing possible to make it happen. His shuttle driver was super accommodating as well and got us to Enterprise for a rental car. Michael called me Friday morning and confirmed the transmission was indeed gone. He also let me know my radiator was leaking as well which I was very thankful for. Certainly didn t need another reason to be stranded on the side of the road. I authorized the repairs and he said they had all the parts in stock and would do their best to complete that day. At about 4:00pm I get a call that my truck is complete and headed to the wash bay. Picked it up that evening! Thanks so much to Michael and the Eldorado team for the light speed service and saving me a 10hr round trip to have to come back from Oklahoma to pick it up. The dealership was good. Only reason I didn t give them 5 stars was because they had my car 4-5 days. I was informed before bringing it in that it would be a day or two before anyone could get to it which seems to be the standard at all dealerships now a days. All in all they fixed the issue and the staff was nice.

I was well greeted and received but my dissapointment was that the person who was working on my car did not even come to give me info about what he had worked on, plus I had requested that my wiper blades be checked, but I believe they were not since the information was not documented on the report.My first and last day of service here.Service: Auto maintenance

Paul was my service advisor. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was greeted promptly upon my arrival. He told me the items which would be serviced on my vehicle and was professional in his communication. I was given a tour of the service center. My vehicle was serviced in the time they had estimated it would take. I was even given two complimentary car washes.Great Job!

I brought my Tahoe in for an alignment. Everyone in the sevice drive was very friendly and professional. The tech did a great job on the alignment. Steering wheel was perfectly straight and it goes down the road without pulling. My vehicle was also clean when I got it back. No dirt or grease prints. Great experience.
