Carlos was super patient and did not make promises he could not keep. He also gave me a very fast turnaround time on my car which was very impressive. I was very impressed with the quality of service, work and how prompt and punctual he was and if that didn t WOW you yet, then may be his reasonable pricing will. These guys were incredible. I was driving down 380 towing a camper when a wheel bearing (previously "repaired" by another shop) went out. I limped it to Carlos and they took complete care of me. It was a Friday and he knew it was an all day job. I really needed to get back on the road. Carlos and his guys sourced the parts and made the repair just before closing time. I was nervous as a cat to keep towing but the repair was perfect and is holding strong. Highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

I would recommend Carlos Garage to anyone. I've taken my Audi TT here multiple times. Carlos has been able to fix it every time and I feel like I can personally trust him on what needs to be done. He's not like others who just want your $$$ either.

Very good service,from NC broke down,in MckinneyTx. Towtruck there arrived about 5pm, they still had me going in about 2 hours, radiator went out. But autozone had one,and on the rod� again. Carlos owner office Manager and everyone was very good polite employees. The way it should be thx again.

I have come to this place twice now to get my car inspected and the first time i came he told me the machine wasnt working. Then i came in today and told me i needed new tires which i just bought brand new tires not even two months ago and still said he couldnt do my inspection. I really apprectiate Jonathan for helping me out he did a great job with my oil change.
