Had my camaro repaired at caliber on 380.. awesome job looks new, great communication from John Guajardo. He drove it to my house and put it in my garage when i was out of town, will highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service..

We re completely satisfied with Caliber s service to restore our vehicle to its original condition. They dealt respectfully and informed us daily with every step of the process of rebuilding the parts that were damaged; ordering & replacement. They were finished a week ahead of estimated time of completion! Elizabeth is an excellent communicator and gives kind & compassionate assistance. The work looks terrific! Even better than before! We strongly recommend Caliber to meet your needs and provide an excellent service!

Overall satisfied with Repair work.(trying to give 4.5 /5 but there is no option for 1/2 that half is for interior cleaning of car .)Great receiving.Repaired nicely and Special thanks to their staff member Elizabeth.She patiently listened all my concerns and repaired the vehicle.One advise / suggestion :When ever taking the vehicle for repairs such as collision .Please kindly Clean the interiors & under hood before delivering it to the owner.I am sure most of the customers practically expect thatand it will give you more positive reputation .To be honest my vehicle A/c vents and dash board and of course under hood is full of fine dust due to paint/repair process .

We have had many repairs done at Caliber Collision and find their work outstanding. Very professional and they never fail to keep you updated on repairs. Stacy Hunt is our service advisor and is such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Caliber and Stacy!

All I have to say is if you go here for some repairs make sure you get Staci Hunt as your service advisor. She is outstanding, very professional, courteous, nice, and was always in contact with me on the progress of my Subaru. When I was able to pick up my car I noticed a small blemish on the front bumper, so she dropped everything she was doing and came out and got down on her knees and buffed it out. I can t say enough how helpful she was during the whole process, I highly recommend using Caliber Collision on 9983 W. University Dr. in McKinney.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

It s a great place to have repairs done on your vehicle. Great friendly staff make you feel at home. Very knowledgeable personnel. Work was great and work area is super clean. Vehicle came out of shop looking brand new. I AM VERY PLEASED and will use them again if the need arises. No one better than Elizabeth Farmer at Caliber Collision! We took our older Honda in to see what could be done about the bumper. It was a cold and windy day in Texas, but with a fantastic customer service oriented attitude she spent the time needed (outside) to closely examine the car. Elizabeth is obviously knowledgable, and was able to do some temporary fixes herself so that the car can be driven to work. She also patiently answered our many questions. We are so grateful that she was available on a Saturday morning. Elizabeth is a fantastic Service Advisor!

Overall experience going here was pretty good. John Guajardo was the service advisor there and was professional about his job. He made sure I was satisfied with whatever I needed to get done to my car and he also fixed up a deep scratch on my car with a touch up. Definitely come here if you need to get any issues fixed for your car.

I had hail damage from the spring 2023 storm in Frisco and had been dreading taking my car in so much that I put-off the repairs for 9 months! Now I wish I had done it sooner!! Staci and the whole team at Caliber W University in Prosper did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle s hail damage. Staci explained the whole process to me over the phone, scheduled the repair, dealt with my insurance, kept me informed of the repair status, and it was even completed in 4 days. She made it easy peasy and I ll definitely use them again if needed!

What an amazing place. Someone ran a yield sign and hit my car. I didn't have any idea where to take it to. Luckily my insurance recommended Caliber. We were warmly greeted from the receptionist. She introduced us to our agent John. He took wonderful care of us and our car. He kept in touch and let us know every stage of the process as our car got fixed. Not only does our car look like new but they warranty the body work and the paint as long as you own the car! I hope not to be in a wreck again, but if I am I will only use Caliber from here on out. I'm so happy with the work they did! You can't go wrong using the them.

They fixed my car to look just as good as when I first bought it! Their communication was great and it made the entire experience so much less stressful! They got my car finished 3 days earlier than expected as well!

My overall experience was amazing. My Service Advisor John Guajardo kept me apprised every step of the way. He is your go to person at this shop. He is outstanding and very professional.They finished the repair to my car ahead of schedule. He even realized that my low tire light was on and took the car and made sure the tire pressure was good before I left. This collision and body shop actually cares about the people and getting their vehicles back on the road. I will always bring my vehicles here to be worked on.

We were in need of a collision center to fix my car. Someone backed into it and drove off. We had heard great things about Josh and his team. Everything we heard was 100% true! Everyone was professional, friendly, and very patient with all my questions. We so appreciate their time and most of all, the quality of work that was performed. No one likes having to be without their car but the overall experience was Great!!

Every staff person I encountered was helpful and accommodating. My contact, Elizabeth Farmer, kept me up to date on the repairs needed for my car; and the date it would most likely be ready. My car was done within the time frame Elizabeth had given me, and the repairs were right on.I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their work and the communication from Elizabeth which made this a painless experience.

"Elizabeth Farmer", I need to call out the name of the Agent. If she is handling your claim, thats it you will be taken care of, in an extremely professional manner, and she will take care of your car or vehicle without cutting corners. Kudos to Caliber collision. She understands the customers and helps them with extreme honesty. I just referred few more people to Caliber Collision because of her. 5*s from me.

I was having issues with a door panel on my 2013 Ford Escape. The door would not open due to the problem. My kids had to get in and out on the same side every time. I went to Caliber Collision on 380 in McKinney to see what they could do. This was my first time there. John Guajardo came out and started looking at the door panel. The next thing I know the door panel is off and John is working on fixing the door panel in the cold. About 30-40 minutes later of working in the outside cold the door was fixed! I was amazed I didn t need to leave the car and how quickly he fixed it. To make it even better John removed a door dig I ve had on my driver s door for about 2 years! The next time I need auto repair I ll definitely use Caliber Collision in McKinney. Thanks John! and thanks Caliber Collision.

Extremely disappointed in the treatment even before an appointment.I walked in politely to request an appointment for an estimate and they mentioned about being blocked out until next 2 weeks which is absolutely fine but they couldn't even get me an appointment for the estimation.Kelly from the front desk spoke very rudely that she needs an assignment from the insurance to even begin the repairs, and I kept re-iterating that I'm here only for an estimate so I can further evaluate before we even begin the repairs. The insurance had already provided initial estimates which they didn't receive it.But all I needed is an appointment and they didn't provide one. Moreover in the entire conversation she was very rude and kept saying we are very busy which isn't good customer service for new customers.I just got an estimation appointment at another Caliber branch without much needed hassle.

Great experience at Caliber Collision. Service Advisor was Staci Hunt and she was amazing. She sent me updates three times per week so I always knew the status of repairs. She finished the repairs over a week ahead of the estimated date. And...when I picked up the car, I mentioned it had a few pre-existing scratches and asked her suggestion to eliminate them. She immediately grabbed her bag of car products and tried to manually buff out the scratches. She had some success, but she wasn't happy with it and asked if she could take me car back into the shop for five minutes. I said of course and when she returned, the scratches were gone! She and her manager used some tool to buff it out and it looked better than when I brought it in. Staci is the epitome of great customer service.

I had a really excellent experience with Caliber. After getting hit by a deer on a road-trip, they were able to swiftly get me an appointment. The customer service from my assigned rep, Staci, was just phenomenal, and she kept me completely up to date throughout the entire process. The repair was completed faster than was quoted, and my car looks fantastic. It can be scary navigating the world of auto repairs as a woman, but I just felt so comfortable and trusting of the team at Caliber. They were able to work seamlessly with my insurance, as well. I sincerely hope I don t need collision repairs for the foreseeable future, but if I do, I know exactly where I m going!

From the first day I walked in everyone was so respectful. When I met Mr. Cody very nice guy he kept me up with the work they were doing on my car and my car was finish.
