I've brought my car to their Virginia Parkway location for the past couple of years for general maintenance. This time was towed in for a check engine light. After describing the issue, they originally diagnosed with a broken thermostat & belts. I thought that would be it until I got another call the next afternoon. There was a small crack in the radiator and coolant had dripped out. I was surprised this wasn't diagnosed the same day I had it towed in. They also diagnosed that the battery had a low charge and was told it would be tested after all of the work was completed. I did have the battery replaced by them 2 years ago. The day I was scheduled to return to get my car, I was told that the battery was replaced (without giving me a heads up). Not a big deal since it was warrantied.I am completely satisfied with the work. Slightly disappointed in not getting a first time thorough diagnosis as well in communication

Been going here for a few years now. They have excellent customer service and always provide quick service. They prices are very reasonable. I have been very happy with their diagnostics. The place itself is very clean. Comfy chairs, snacks, coffee and water. They also have a playground for kids in case you need to wait. Overall very pleased with them.

Caliber Auto Care is a top notch company that has always done right by me and my vehicles. I ve had both of my vehicles serviced here and continue to come back because not only are they always kind, considerate and helpful to me but they always make proper recommendations. Even if I m limited by a budget and need to spread my recommended maintenance out over a few oil changes, they give me a printout and keep the history of my vehicle so that I can be prepared the next time. I recommend this company to anyone who needs peace of mind or needs to ask a dozen questions for clarification. They re extremely patient and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer.

I came in without an appointment, (to the McKinney location), just to get an inspection done, in order to renew my vehicle registration.EXCELLENT and QUICK service PLUS it was the cleanest, comfiest Auto repair place, I ve ever been to.The guys at the counter were helpful, pleasant to talk to and professional.They didn t try to sell me some other service but instead, only provided the service I needed.I had never been to Caliber before today.I told my husband, I d definitely give them our business again for auto needs in the future!

I thank Calibre Auto shop because they have availability at all times, even though they have a web site one can go to book appointments. My 2017 GMC Terrain started stalling for no apparent reason. Fortunately for me, CA shop were able to diagnoze the problem very quickly, repairs were and completed the same day, within a very short time. It was my first time there but, I recommend them very highly.

The facility is nice. Tyson, a service advisor at this particular location, was outstanding throughout the entire repair process, informing me of my vehicle's status at every turn. Likewise, time constraints were managed well. Following the actual labor, the electronic documentation was superb, too. The whole customer service experience for me was both welcoming and refreshing, considering that most auto repair services may leave customers feeling anxious about the kind of service they actually received and the cost that accommodates it. As the old adage goes, 'they've got their stuff together.'" Excellent job, guys!

I do a lot of my own vehicle maintenance, but when my vehicles need more than I m comfortable performing, I go to Caliber. When it is a more expensive repair, I ll get additional quotes, but Caliber is always comparable and usually the least. I ve never had a problem with their quality, Austin and the team are always friendly and helpful, and their facilities are top notch and comfortable. Since I work on my own cars, I m particular about how others work on them. But Caliber has never disappointed.

Caliber is awsome! Service was great and they got my truck in and out quickly. We do a lot of work with them at my job, and I will continue to bring my personal truck in when needed. Staff is great.

Great spot for a quick oil change or inspection. The lobby is great and has water and snacks. There is also a fun kids area which kept my kids busy!

I was very happy with the job done on my Econoline van today. The estimate was completed while I waited. I was also given a ride home and back to the shop when the work was complete. The job was done as quoted on the same day. I plan on going back this shop with both of our cars in the future.

Went in to find a problem with my suspension and potentially fix a problem I ve been having with my cooling system. Ran the diagnostics and decided it was out of my budget. The day of picking up my vehicle they told me they had done the work on my cooling system for free. Car runs smooth now without any issues with the work done.

Tyson works the front desk. Best customer experience I ve had at an auto shop. I had a setback on last-minute vehicle inspection and he set me up to get things ordered, delivered, and installed in less than two days.If you re in McKinney, this should be your auto care shop

Excellent customer service. They re great at communicating and managing customer expectations. We ll get all of our future auto maintenance and repairs done at Caliber Auto Care. Austin Horton was our contact and is fantastic, but everyone else was incredibly friendly and helpful, too.

Took car in for oil/ oil filter change. They told me all of the stuff in their opinion that may need service in the future they even had section for quality control. Got car back and both tires on passenger side had not been inflated to proper pressure and dust caps were missing. Pretty simple stuff, what else did they overlook? Amount of oil, power steering fluid, transmission oil levels and so on. Can t trust them with little stuff what about the really important stuff. I will not be using them in the future. Be careful with your car care it my be a life threatening if it break down due to careless service and or repairs.

Caliber Auto care did a great job fixing my 2005 chevy avalanche. They do great work I always take my vehicles to them when I have an issue. I can honestly say that they do great work.

Called to get diagnostic prices and was assured I would not be called back to ask for more money to diagnose further, but as I figured this was not true and the amount went from 119 to over 400. I denied the additional and glad I did as after my own diagnostic realized the compression numbers I was given were incorrect and needed a valve in cylinder 3, I replaced it myself and I am back up and running for less than the additional diagnostic they were wanting.

Not sure what location this vehicle is from, but it was encountered at DFW Airport. Very frustrating to have wait behind these vehicles that do not have toll tags. Very inconsiderate. Lanes are clearly marked for vehicles that pay with credit cards.

I have taken 3 of my vehicles here for the last 4 years and have always had a good experience. I stopped in to get an idea regarding the cost of a repair. I never heard back on the final number. I am amazed that a business does not follow up with a potential customer. No need to ever stop by if the need arises.

they have upcharged the price of parts by double and were not transparent. i have been told that the diagnostics costs will be rolled over into parts replacement but at the end they said they cant since we are using a costco discount. wouldnt recommend and i will never go back there again

Service personnel are always friendly, professional and efficient. I had spent $1000s of dollars on my vehicle at a local repair shop but the engine light kept coming back on. The automotive tech at Caliber diagnosed the issue in less than 30 minutes. I am extremely happy with Caliber Auto Care.

My sons car was in bad shape and dangerous to drive, after many failed attempts at the Lewisville Tx Volkswagon dealership, I demanded that he take the car to Caliber on Virginia pkwy in Mckinney. They have always been professional and the manager has been a huge help financially for us.

My initial experience years ago was excellent. Great customer service and staff always trying to adjust to the client's needs. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been upsetting and stressful. My car was more than 3 days in the workshop without providing me with a diagnosis. I called several times asking for information, and the staff members never provided me with an answer.It wasn't until my husband called, upset and asked to talk with a manager, that they sped the process. Today, 70 days later, my car is presenting the same problem, they stated had repaired, and same experience can't guarantee me a diagnosis until afternoon. I explained the car was showing the same problem. Again, silence, a lack of empathy and customer service.
