Can't say enough good things about this place, showed up 5 minutes before closing and they still took care of me on the same day. They noticed my tires were in bad shape (I've been waiting over a month for my dealership to get tires in). They set me up for an appointment the following weekend as they waited for the tires to arrive. I was told the car would be ready at noon and it was done before 11. These guys may not wear capes, but they are superheroes. Thank you!

Tony was excellent at today s oil change appointment! Fantastic service, kept me informed of the status, offered use of all of the nice amenities. It s a jo6 to find a trustworthy place that doesn t try to upgrade a million things, just honest service and professional communications regarding future possible issues. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Tony at the Craig Ranch location.

Tony and Jacob at the Custer/ McKinney store were amazing. They provided a quote promptly and offered alternatives that saved me hundreds! Repairs were completed a day earlier than promised. They even stopped their busy day to came outside to meet my elated disabled sister so she could hug and thank them when we picked up her car. Pros with heart doesn t get any better! For most people, car mechanics require a lot of trust because you, yourself, don't know about car repairs and there's no real way of telling whether they actually did what you paid them to do. My trust in this Caliber Auto Care was broken due to this following incident.My car was diagnosed with leaking oil from the engine so a valve cover gasket replacement was decided. Everything seemed fine. But the next day while driving, I heard a loud metal rolling around sound in the engine bay while making turns in the neighborhood at low speeds. When I pulled over and opened the hood, I found an unfastened 10mm bolt just sitting around the engine bay rolling around.Considering I took the car over because of an oil leak in the engine, getting my car back with an unfastened bolt carelessly rolling around the engine bay does not bring about a lot of confidence that a lot of precision or care is given here. It really made me doubt whether I wanted to even bring it back to them considering this lack luster work. Also when I took the car, I was told they were not busy so the gasket replacement would take a few hours. They had my car the entire business day just for a gasket replacement on a Hyundai which I know does not take that long to do.Imagine you had to get on a flight but heard that the plane you're about to board just had repairs done to it. As the flight takes off, you find a loose bolt rolling around the floor. Sure that bolt might not be a structural bolt or maybe it is but does that make you feel good and safe? Does that inspire confidence in the skill and craftsmanship of the repair person? I thought Caliber Auto Care would be good but I am really disappointed by this experience and wanted to share.

This place is the best! Whenever I come here, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is amazing and friendly. How they handle business with their clients is upscale and professional. I will continue to trust my vehicle with Caliber Auto and no other!

I went in at the last minute, probably 30 minutes before closing, and wanted to get a state inspection done. The gentleman at the counter (I think he was the manager) helped get me in and out. I just knew they were going to say they were too busy, but they actually were very nice about it and got me in quickly. I will definitely be going back to this location.

Hands down BEST place to take your car. This location is in a league of its own. I couldn t write enough to prove my 5 star review. You would have to experience it for yourself. TraVaun, you are superb. And to the shuttle driver (I did not get your name) you are absolutely inspiring and amazing. Thank you men for such a remarkable experience.

Came in for an oil change and air filter. Tony Wright got me all set up. Kind service, nice lobby to work in while I waited. Got me in and out in time to puck my son up for school. Truly couldn't have been easier. Felt like Tony and the whole team there is prettt awesome. I would definitely recommend Caliber Auto Care on Custer for you autocare needs!!!!

New place to go for my oil change! Excellent service + very knowledgeable stuff about vehicles. Great place to go for oil change, much more cheaper than going to Lexus Park Place for services. Super recommended!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! Caliber Auto Care was the third place I took my vehicle. They conducted a thorough diagnostic (including pictures) of the vehicle to let me know exactly what was wrong. Jacob was very professional discussing the repairs and timeframe to service the vehicle. Going forward, Caliber will be my choice to service all of my vehicles.

I've came here for a few oil changes, had my breaks and break pads replaced on my bmw 430i and I've always had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone and everyone. It's quick, easy, the prices are comparable to other auto care places in the area and the customer service is next level. Whether I'm talking to the guys at the front desk or someone in the shop they're extremely helpful and always put a smile on my face!

Tavaun was so helpful and calm while I got my VW oil changed and tires rotated before a road trip. We recently moved here from out of state, and I am so thankful to have found a friendly and honest place to have our cars serviced.

My visit to the auto care center was a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I provided all the necessary details for an inspection and was informed it would take about an hour. As time passed, I noticed others who arrived after me were completing their services, prompting me to inquire about the status after the initial timeframe.To my surprise, the staff mentioned that no one had approached them regarding insurance, and they believed mine had expired, where I insisted my insurance was current. Eventually, upon realizing it was a browser issue, asked their employee to refresh it. They assured me everything was now in order and that my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes.While the issue was resolved, the whole situation left me frustrated. The lack of proactive communication and the need for my intervention to rectify the insurance misunderstanding was not ideal. Moreover, the reception during this process was not as friendly as one might expect. The ultimate resolution was appreciated, but the overall experience has left me uncertain about returning to this auto care center in the future. Improved communication and a more customer-friendly approach would significantly enhance the service.

Tavaun Davis is a great asset to Caliber Auto Care. He was able to find rebates and coupons to help offset some of the costs that were required of my '04 Escape. He always kept me updated on thhe repairs being made.All the work needed to be done was done properly and with care.Good place to come to for auto repair.

Took my car here. Had my brakes/rotors done , sparks plugs replaced. Had to come back multiple times because the breaks were squeaking and turns out my engine was also misfiring due to a faulty spark plug they put on my car. $800 down the drain and I was told I would get a full refund from the manager since I decided to just take my car to the dealership to have it serviced. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I recently started taking our family s cars to Caliber Auto Care after primarily using dealerships for service. I cannot say enough about how well we have been treated by the staff there (Megan, Kristian, etc). Communication has been excellent - love the messaging functions and ability to select additional recommends items for approval or decline on my phone. They have gone above and beyond at every turn and all of the service has been top notch! Highly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I was highly satisfied with my visit at caliber auto care. Top notch crew. They were all very professional and just so helpful. They kept me very well informed every step of the way and offered me water and coffee during my wait. The shop was busy with appointments and walk-ins so I thought my whole day was going to be spent here but the technicians seemed highly skilled and got my vehicle checked out and repaired at the time I was promised. By far the best shop in town!!!

Great experience.I was greeted at the door and was immediately tended to.I was very surprised and impressed by the waiting room. I expected it to be nice because it's a new building, but i sure wasnt expecting it to look and feel so upscale.I really liked that they send you pics of each point of inspection, so there's no worry about whether or not they actually did do a full inspection.I used to do all my car maintenance myself and worked in the auto industry, so i know the kind of shenanigans that go on behind the scenes and have had a hard timetrusting these kind of places. Now that im older, lazier, and can afford to pay for maintenance, I'm comfortable bringing my cars here.

I must say that Caliber showed me the most excellent caring service ever. I ve never ever experienced anything like this before in all of my over 20 years of driving and car repairs. I am a huge believer in God & Jesus Christ. I know for sure that Caliber s employees, mechanics, managers, and HR are as well. They are God s Angels to me. My favorite location is the 6661 S. Custer Rd McKinney 75070. The thoughtfulness that they showed me today. Left me speechless and only able to say thank you thank you and thank you over and over while crying tears of joy!! I had to write this review because I believe if I can express my disappointment in other businesses services which isn t often. Than I most certainly can express my gratitude and gratefulness for what they did for this single black mother today! Please please please don t hesitate to use any of the CALIBER AUTO COLLISION REPAIR SHOPS. I wish I could get a bullhorn and just drive around yelling CALIBER IS THE BEST!! Simply a once in a lifetime experience! Huge thanks to the entire Caliber Auto Collision & Repair Family!!!! If you are looking for fast, friendly, quality auto care I highly recommend you give Caliber Auto Care on Custer Rd in McKinney a visit. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy whether you are needing a state inspection or repairs. Did I mention the awesome waiting room with free Starbucks coffee? I ended up getting charged double for a diagnostic test. That was frustrating because they should have told me up front that if they needed more time to run the diagnostic it was going to cost extra. When they called to ask me for more time on the phone, he said it wouldn t be an extra charge. I ve had diagnostics run before and it was a flat fee. I will not be returning to another Caliber again.

First time here for a state inspection as a new TX resident. Beautiful establishment, friendly service, coffee/tea/water bar, comfy waiting room. My vehicle was done in less than 15 min. It was so fast that I actually wouldn t have minded staying and relaxing a bit longer, lol! I ve never enjoyed a visit to an auto shop before. I especially appreciated the texted summary with photos and my car parked out front like valet service. Very impressed, will definitely be returning.

I have been going to them since I first moved to Texas, and I will continue to go to them! They do good work. They are incredibly friendly and very fair.
