Burdick Auto Solutions has taken care of our whole family for well over 15 years now. I personally drive a 1994 Ford F-150 and this is the only shop that truck has ever been to and I will only trust these guys to work on it. 100% recommend them, they will definitely take care of you!

He lived here 3.5 years in McKinney, and Burdick is the best repair shop we ve ever used. They are always vigilant on their courtesy checks for other potential problems or concerns, but we ve never once felt pressure to get any unnecessary work done on our vehicles. They re always professional and helpful when discussing repairs, and the quality of their work is top notch. You can always count on Burdick for your repair needs.

The folks at Burdick Auto are professional and thorough and absolutely stand behind their work. We had a complicated job with a complete engine swap which they handled with perfection. We had the vehicle in for different service and the technician noticed a problem with a hose and fixed it under warranty. Finding an auto repair shop which operates with integrity is not easy these days but we know we can count on Burdick to take care of us and our vehicles.

Great staff. Went over in detail all I needed and helped place the jobs in order by priority. This allowed me to space out the jobs as I could pay for them and keep the vehicle running properly. Highly recommend.

I received awesome service here, getting to work with Huxley was an overall great experience. Huxley and the team were quick and efficient. I m really cautious about automotive repair businesses. But this place made me feel very comfortable due to the professionalism and them going above and beyond in all aspects of their service. Definitely worth checking out if you need a good car shop!

I brought my 2019 F150 to Burdick s with a smoked transmission. The upfront communication and updates every step along the way was much appreciated, not to mention my truck is flawless! They have earned a customer for life.

My wife and I were on the way to her doctor s appointment in Plano. I hit an object in the road and it dislodged the plastic shield underneath our car. I looked for an auto repair shop as we were driving through McKinney and came upon this shop. They reattached the shield and had us back on the road within 15 minutes. The employees were professional and friendly. The shop was very organized. So thankful that we stopped here.

Did not have a good experience. Took my car in for repairs that ended up not being covered by my warranty. So I came back to get my car and paid $150 for the diagnostic test. However, the car was not returned to me in the same condition. Very disappointed that they didn't take responsibility. I have a video of the issue before I dropped it off, but somehow it wasn't their fault. I chose this shop because of the reviews, unfortunately, I didn't have the same good experience as others.Updated to add- Burdick quoted me almost $500 for this repair, took it to another shop and got it repaired for $125 out the door. Will never, ever recommend or return to this establishment.

It's a gamble having work done by any auto repair shop BUT I've known of Burdick's reputation of being an honest repair shop so I had them repair a 2014 Nissan with a busted front suspension. They were able to access the problems to get going quickly and gave an estimate for the repair. Of course there were other things that probably should have been done for normal maintenance and they gave estimates for those items along with the necessary suspension repairs in case I wanted to have it also done. They did not pressure me to have the other work done and very obviously did not try to include suspension work that was not necessary to get the car going. They lived up to their reputation and I'd recommend Burdick for most any auto repair.

This business is the best. They worked patiently with Car Shield to get approval for several repairs saving me over $1,000. They gave me a loaner car free of charge so my life wasn t interrupted. They kept me up to date on the progress. It s nice to know that my Jeep is now safe and working well on the road. Every person at Burdick was a genuinely nice individual. The environment there made you feel like you were in a neighborhood that you grew up with which created trust in their work performed.Regarding their work performance: I have a 2016 BMW 328i GT. Their certified technicians did not charge absurd prices. Their prices were a fraction of others with a higher level of quality and customer service. I had an emission check, oil change, brake pad and rotor replacement, and tuneup. I received the referral from a friend and it turned out to be a great experience. My daughter drives a 2014 Ford F 150 and it has been a great truck, however it is a 2014 and with that being said, we are obviously facing more and more maintenance requirements because of the age of the truck.Burdick s was thorough and did not nickel and dime us! I lost a tail light cover on my move to Dallas when a truck in front of me dropped a large stone slab I ran over while driving across the country. I could not wait for a garage en route to order and install a new one so I ordered the part for my outdated Model Van online to be there when I arrived in TX. Realizing too late that I would of course run into trouble trying to find someone to install a part purchased elsewhere.Burdick was the first place I called and they expectedly said they could not help, but when I explained the circumstances they offered for me to stop by so they could at least look at it and see if they could point me in the right direction to someone else who might install it.I went the next morning and they were the nicest people. Not only did they end up installing the cover, they would not even charge me for it saying it was a small thing. Mind blown. This made my first day as a new Texas resident, took a load off all the moving to do things on my list, and I will surely go back for any work my van will need in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend bringing your car here for any auto repairs. They were reasonably priced and were very quick with service, unlike other places. They text you with updates on your car which I loved. Randy and Austin were so helpful and professional. Burdick has kept both of our cars on the road safely for hundreds of thousands of miles. Most recently they spent days making sure they got the car to act up to diagnose the issues. They were thorough, honest, more than fair, and got everything fixed for us. I have had excellent service from Burdick's staff! Recently, I had another issue with my A/C. They made an appointment for me as soon as possible. It was a totally different experience from other shops, when they told me that there was a no charge today. I definitely recommend Burdicks and admire their honesty and care. I chose Burdick's because of the candid reviews that I had read. I've had disappointing experiences at different auto repair shops through the years. Not anymore, because I've found Burdick Auto Solutions. I've been there more times than I can remember, and visit after visit, they've earned a 5 out of 5 star rating. These guys are really good. The few minor issues I've had with repairs they've done, (like, only 3 out of 100) have been explained to me in a way I could totally understand, and/or made right, quickly and cordially. I'm completely satisfied with them. They're easy to talk to and work with. If you're not happy for any reason, they'll try hard to make it right. They gave me great advice by phone when I was out of town and called them one time. They even called me back later, unprompted, just to make sure I was okay and being taken care of. If you are anywhere near them, I recommend you use them for all of your auto repair needs. Reasonable prices, friendliness, honesty, expertise, and excellence. I would absolute recommend this team to anyone. The staff is so honest, friendly and knowledgeable. And they treat me with respect (even though I know nothing about cars). Adam has been incredibly helpful, walking me through the entire process and answering any questions I have. My car issues have been a mystery and they have worked tirelessly to find a solution. I am so thankful for this team and will be a Burdick customer for life!

We have used Burdick for about 10 years for many different vehicles. They aren't the closest to us, but I trust them to take care of my car and not gouge me on prices. If they tell me that something needs to be done, I will take care of it without hesitation. This is due to past experiences shopping around.

I'll try to make this great review short...my EcoBoost F150 turbos have been cutting out and I took it to Burdick's and they spent approximately two hours (or more) trying to find the cause. There is no dash light coming on nor does it register when they read the diagnostics. They didn't charge me for any of the work, which I find to be amazing. The next time my turbos cut out I'll just take it to Burdick's while it's doing it and they've assured me they will drop what they're doing and figure out what the problem is. I've been taking my car to Burdick's for over 10 years and they are the best! They do great work at a fair price. They're honest and won't do work that isn't needed. They're friendly and patient and always make me feel like they care. As a bonus they have a pleasant waiting area with Wifi. Highly recommended!
