Was a wild and hectic day, but safe to say I got my dream car! If you need any suggestions or help while you're at this dealership Montana is your man! Hard guy to miss (he's a solid 6'5) extremely professional and worked with me the entire way through. I cannot recommend Montana enough every question was answered and more, made buying my dream care easy and an absolute blast

I had an amazing experience with Tomes dealership, especially their sales rep Felix! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and overall a 10/10 guy. He reached out to me within minutes of my inquiry on a car and had me set up in the seat of the car first thing the next day. He was very happy help me understand each aspect of buying a car and made me feel so comfortable. I got my dream car for an GREAT price and I couldn t have done it without him. Definitely will be recommending this to every person looking for a new car!

Having worked with David Fillmore in the past, I knew that when I was ready to buy a new car that I wanted to work with him. After deciding that I wanted to purchase a VW, I visited Tomes Volkswagen of McKinney to see David. David and Haley made me comfortable throughout the entire experience. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and answered any questions I had along the way. At no point did I feel pressured, and they found me exactly what I was looking for. It truly was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and I felt confident in my purchase after working with both David and Haley. Lane in finance made the purchasing process quick and easy. I love my new car, and I would recommend working with this team to anyone in the market for a new car.

When you have one good car buying experience, you re relieved and think, Glad that was a good experience. When you have two GREAT car buying experiences, you know you re working with a quality team that begin to feel like friends. Now we have a place to return next time. My husband and I have now each bought cars from the Tomes Auto Group family, and we have never felt pressured or like we were settling. Bobby was amazing and shall we say very patient with my indecision, last minute decision to show up, and then kept showing us cars even after it started pouring rain. I now have a new Atlas Cross Sport that I don t like but LOVE! Thank you Bobby and the Brandon Tomes VW team! And shout out to Justin who kept texting me about the car I had looked at online to remind it was still available ;) Carlos and Lane both worked with us on the finance side and were efficient and explained everything well, and we appreciate them as well!

Leo did a fantastic job, got us a great deal on a preowned Ascent. It needed some repairs and he communicated with us thoroughly throughout the whole process. We had a great experience here and would highly recommend seeing Leo for your next vehicle!

Felix Hernandez was an amazing car sales men. Very knowledgeable and not too pushy. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will definitely be back. The location was very clean and everyone was absolutely amazing.

Dominic was amazing to work with and him being a veteran made me more comfortable as well. Being a veteran myself, I am always happy to work with other vets first. He was kind, patient and able to get me any and all information I needed. I plan to go back in a few days to buy another car from him again. The manager was rather pushy which I wasn t a fan of but Dominic as a salesman was awesome

Great customer service! The whole team was very attentive and always making sure we were being taken care of and our questions answered. Bobby was very patient, knowledgeable, and honest with us. Very personable and friendly guy too! Carlos and Lane on the finance team were both friendly and helpfulas well. Went with a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport for my wife and she loves it!

Please ask for SAUD for a premium sales experience for your next Volkswagon. From the moment I parked, Saud greeted me with a warm welcome, he asked what I wanted and he Delivered. I was shopping for something bigger, new, slim on my preference, (Black on Black) and then he pulls out my new beauty. Brand new 2024 Volkswagon Tiguan Black Edition. Had me in my new vehicle before noon. And I couldn t be happier. I feel really blessed to have come here and join the VW family.

We had a great experience dealing with Brandon Tomes Volkswagen of McKinney. Our Salesman, Josh Johnson was awesome working with us. He was very patient because we were set up original to look at a specific used model Vechile but between my wife, myself and daughter we all could not decide on a color from so many to choose from. We decided on a newer model instead which Josh had suggested due to the current offer. In the end, there was no hassle or pressure to buy a certain model, he took his time and showed us a total 5 different models of car. What a saint and enjoyed this buying experience also we enjoyed working with Carlos B. In the accounting dept. to set up payment that fit our needs as well. 5 Stars all the way the around, thanks to Josh Johnson taking care of his from the word go from setting up a time we could meet to letting us test drive and then working with us on options and current incentives. Very transparent and let us make the final decision. Thanks again, Josh!!!

My wife and I come here for our basic maintenance needs as well as any issues we have with our vehicle. The team here is always professional, prompt, and communicate well. Jonathan was our service advisor today and he did a fantastic job taking care of our needs. We will for sure be back and plan on requesting him for sure service needs.

We bought a car from Felix on Saturday. He was truly a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the car we chose and patient with us through the whole process. He is one of the main reasons we decided to buy on Saturday. Felix has not been doing this long, but his passion for cars and helping people is evident. I am in love with my new 2024 VW Atlas SEL!! Keagan was the absolute best, he was very friendly & knowledgeable! He was never pushy and helped me find the exact vehicle and color I wanted. He even drove all the way to San Antonio to pick up my new ride and then he delivered it to me in Oklahoma! This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience we ve ever had! If you re looking for a new ride I highly recommend an Atlas and HIGHLY recommend Keagan!!!

Deadrick at VW was absolutely amazing! I came in not really sure I would buy same day but he made the process so simple and easy for me. He washed my old car for me before we had to drive it to Plano and sell to my old dealership and rode with me there and stayed with me entire time and brought me back in my new VW. He was simply the best and if you visit this location please ask for him! Feel like a made a friend here today and will definitely be back. Great honest people! 100% the easiest buying process I ve ever had before. John C from service is wonderful too!!

I feel like I got ripped off. When I called the guy said the work would take 2 hours and cost 400 bucks, when I got there the next for the appointment the said it would be over 4 hrs and 900 bucks. Plus the receipt showed a wheel alignment for like 150 bucks, no one said anything about a wheel alignment, if my insurance doesn't cover all this cost, I'm gonna be pissed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We've are on our second Atlas from them and plan on continuing to use Brandon Tomes in the future. Are most recent service trip was excellent and Bryan Codner was extremely helpful even helping us into a loaner car since we would have a longer wait time for several recalls. Highly recommended dealership.
