I purchased new tires for my Subaru Legacy. While my car was in the service area for tire installation and a 4-wheel alignment, my service advisor, Russell Lilly ordered a multi-point vehicle inspection. From the report I learned that my side marker lights were out, something I took care of myself the next day, just before getting a state inspection. Later, over the phone, Russell helped me prioritize other service items on the report In preparation for my next visit. Thanks to Russell's thoroughness, I feel confident that the limited money I have to spend will go to those service items most in need of attention.

Awful customer service. Just got off the phone with a lady who could not have been more rude. They quickly lost a customer.
