Best Subaru dealership I ve been too! Not only are they super friendly and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond. I took in my 2018 WRX STI due to blown turbo and motor. First day they put me in into a loaner vehicle. They handled LITERALLY EVERYTHING with my extended warranty. I didn t get involved at all. Huge thanks to Dylan! Highly recommend this dealership! Great job!

I came in for my 100K mile maintenance on 3/22/24. Mark in the Service Center was GREAT! He was super helpful and accommodating and made very effort to make sure I understood everything that was happening with my 2018 Subaru Outback.

I'm on my third Ascent with Brandon Tomes Subaru. Thank you to Zach (GM) and Rodger, who is a fantastic person, not to mention a great salesperson. I highly suggest Patrick, who will quickly get you through financing. The excellent team at Brandon Tomes ensured my happiness when I left with our new Subaru.We are looking forward to the grand opening of the new location. We bought the 2023 Ascent Touring, and everything about the car screams safety and luxury. We love traveling with our Kids and Grandkids. We had a good experience purchasing the vehicle. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as we test drove the car and asked questions. The sales price was fair and the finance guy did a good job getting everything done in a timely manner. The car was detailed when we took delivery and looked great. We are pleased with Brandon Tomes and will be using them again in the future.

The best dealership I ever visit. Everyone is kind and friendly and no pressure they don t just put you in a car they allow you to decide what car you want and get you in that car. My salesperson Jacob is the best and QB in finance will do everything he can to save you money and get you low interest. They are all about what the customer wants. No shady business. Please give them a try if you are looking for a used or a new car.

We had an outstanding experience with Brandon Tomes Subaru, Victor was our sales rep and he was friendly and great to work with throughout the process with no pressure. Also wanted to bring up QB in financing and Jeff Sapp the Sales director were also a pleasure to meet. And last Zack Alia for a awesome price on the Subaru Outback Wilderness, we are very happy with our purchase.

Hi, I wanted to let management know that I appreciated very much the wonderful service I received this Saturday and today April 8, 2024. My service advisor was Rick Nguyen. He was a great help and got everything taken care of in a streamlined and quick manner even though they were crazy busy on Saturday April 6, 2024. And I mean they were busy. I had never seen it quite that busy before. He also is a great team member as he worked well with his coworkers and I had the loaner car in no time and the lady who helped me with that was also excellent. I m sorry, but I do not remember her name or the name of the guy who brought me my vehicle and cleaned it . Please let them know I truly appreciated them. Rick will know who I m talking about. Everyone worked so welltogether despite the busyness. I used to be a charge nurse and team leader and a team member, so I know how to assess and evaluate excellent work. Thank you again. Heidi

I had my 66,000 mile service today and I really appreciated my service consultant. Subaru recommends a plethora of service offerings at every interval and it can difficult (and expensive) to navigate what is truly necessary. Mark helped me determine what items were needed for continuing functionality of my Outback versus those that were nice to haves . He explained what all of the offerings meant in lay language that I could understand and helped me save some money on the service. I appreciate his time and will definitely continue my services with him going forward.

Before I came in today, I expected the same minimum effort as my prior experience; mute communication, lackadaisical work, and bothersome impression. However, my handler Lizzie changed my expectations. She was attentive, pleasant and communicative. Far above the bare minimum expectation of taking care of my service, she set me up with a shuttle service and a complimentary car wash. Even more surprising, I expected to wait all day for my lack of appointment. Instead, I waited less than two hours for my car to be done. Just as soon as I got to my drop off- I was quickly picked up again with no waste of time.Daniel also did a great job at shuttling, being cautious and safe while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.Overall, I had a pleasant experience and Lizzie s positive and tentative service made all of the difference. I am genuinely impressed, and feeling optimistic about my next servicing.

This is the 3rd vehicle (5th Subaru) we bought, 2023 Ascent, at Tomes Subaru because customer service is that good. We drove from Rowlett to Mckinney because they are friendly, kept us notify of everything that was happening and they would walk away but always came back to check on us while they prepared the paperwork. Norris was exceptional!! He is not the kind of salesman to push you into a car! Rather, he takes a consultative approach to best serve his customers! Additionally, he is a very personable guy! There was never a dull moment from our introduction to the conclusion of my purchase! He was extremely patient with me, as I switched things up several times throughout my time working with him. Jacob was attentive to my questions, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and flexible to my schedule. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and informed through the process. I was in and out of the dealer with my new car in the most painless dealer experience I've had.Patrick was also phenomenal. He did not try to aggressively push additional dealer warranties and whatnot. He informed me of my options and ultimately let me decide what was best for me.Both Jacob and Patrick were professional and made the experience great. Happy to be part of the Subaru family. Had my 2022 Subaru Outback in to Brandon Tomes Subaru for an allignment and oil change. My service advisor, Rick, took care of what I needed and more! He checked out everything and communicated to me very clearly what my benefits and risks were. I was pleased with Rick and his communication and service and with all the workers at Tomes I came in contact with. A great experience.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation; service department discovered that I needed an alignment. Not only that, probably because my car was out of alignment, I needed new tires. My service advisor, Rick Nguyen, listened to my concerns and worked diligently to help me get the needed work done at the most cost effective way possible. He was kind and seemed genuinely concerned for my safety and budget. I highly recommend Rick!

Niko (sales manager) and Harry (professional salesperson) went above and beyond and made my day today! Thankful for their hard work and follow up to ensure I walked away with the best deal and experience! They provided extraordinary service! A young man in Service Repair with dark hair and beautiful tattoos was so kind and helpful. I canceled all work on him but he smiled and treated me with respect. He washed my car and delivered it to me to make sure I was taken care of. I will come back and look for him when ready ....Nick?

THE BEST SUBARU DEALERSHIP IN DFW!! Everyone we've worked with has been so considerate and truly go the extra mile. Since my family loved their Ascent that they leased here in 2021, I came to Brandon Tomes Subaru Mckinney this year to get my own Subaru! I leased a 2023 OBW this March, and I came back again for a 2024 Outback Touring this September. Thank you Bailey, Jose, and QB for a great recent experience!I've had such a great experience working with Bailey Reed for my 1st Subaru Outback (2023 OBW in White) in March of this year. He's very honest and communicative, and he worked hard to really get us within my budget. During my service appointments, Jonathan and Roberto were great and explained everything I had a question about! I also ordered some accessories, and Erwin and Jacob were awesome in helping me!Unfortunately my 2023 OBW was rear ended with frame damage, so it was a total loss. Because of such a wonderful experience with Bailey and Brandon Tomes Mckinney, I came to them again in search of a new vehicle! I've always wanted the Autumn Green, and the dealership ended up having it in a trim I didn't consider. Bailey walked me through the vehicle, and I fell in love during the test drive. Jose and Bailey worked so hard to get me to a monthly I was comfortable with, despite some financial setbacks I had. I was so thankful and impressed. QB, the finance manager, blew my away with his patience and knowledge with all my questions during financing and signing. He didn't rush me through signing, and he took the time to explain each document. Everything was seamless and easier the 2nd time around, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR SUBARU HERE! From sales to parts, everyone is great! I'm a loyal Brandon Tomes Subaru client for life! So much better than the visit I had at Ewing in Plano. Thanks so much!

I had my 24k service completed last week at Brandon Tomes Subaru and was thoroughly impressed with this dealership! Steve Anderson came right out to help me when I pulled up and he couldn't have been nicer. He gave me an accurate time of when my car would be done and answered all questions I had. Plus they had lobby where I could work while I waited. Happy to call Brandon Tomes my new dealership! Thanks again Steve!!!

My friend and I drove to Brandon Tomes Subaru from Austin to look at the 2023 Ascents. The dealerships in Austin didn t have the model and color I really wanted.Thank you to Jeff, Patrick, Curtis, and the team for taking care of us! Staying late and feeding us. We had a great adventure and would definitely recommend the Team at Brandon Tomes Subaru for your next or your first subaru! We bid farewell to my 2018 Crosstrek and drove off in a 2023 Ascent.
