I had a great experience at this location. Tim Barnett was my service advisor. He was polite, professional and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns and called me to keep me updated throughout the whole process with my car being repaired/serviced.

Yep, felt like I got robbed in the parts department. This one continues the stealership legacy. Customer service was good though...not their fault.Update...when I went to pick-up one of the parts that had to be ordered, I met the parts manager, Tyler Newport. He asked why I was not happy with my experience and started a conversation. He was able to address my concerns about the prices they charged for the items I had purchased the day before and offered his assistance for future needs. I was very impressed with his follow up and resolution.

To summarize my horrible experience here as quickly as possible: they broke my backup camera replacing the wire harness, then refused to fix it because I was out of the country (not driving my car) and unable to come back soon enough for them to claim responsibility. Insane ripoff of almost $500 to replace a simple part. Worst of all, they don t make appointments, you have to leave your car there for 3-4 days minimum to get it diagnosed, and then they will order the new part. They claim they don t have tracking for the part, true or not that s equally ridiculous, then the part will arrive at least several business days later. I had no mode of transportation for 8 days because of how poorly run this business is, go literally anywhere else! It couldn t possibly be worse than bob tomes service center.Also I ve been here other times before and the cars always comes back absolutely filthy, so add a car wash to your plans and don t expect them to hose it off even if you spend $2000 on services

My wife and I recently purchased an Expedition from a different dealership that broke down during the first week of ownership. We've used Bob Tomes to service our other vehicles for years, so we brought the Expedition there to get looked at. Our Advisor Casey was quickly able to diagnose the issue, locate replacement parts and get the vehicle back up and running.Having just purchased the vehicle the original dealer agreed to covering repairs until it came time to pay the bill. This is where Casey really went above and beyond for us fighting to get everything covered with $0 out of pocket. After a lot of back and forth he was able to do just that.We are very grateful for Casey and happy with the level of service provided by Bob0 Tomes. We will continue to come back for all of our vehicle needs.

Prices are absolutely insane. They jacked up their prices during covid and still think it's ok to charge 100k+ for a pickup after "supply chain problems" are gone. Now they are drowning in inventory and they deserve it . Look forward to seeing the empty lot and closed building in the near future.

Don t ever buy the maintenance package unless you want to waste 3 hours of your day anytime you want an oil change. You can t make an appointment for it and the staff couldn t care less.

Took my vehicle in for some safety recalls and a state inspection. Mike, my service Manager was excellent. They provide shuttle service, my driver, cannot recall her name was a pleasure to chat with. My car was done within a few hours and was was very pleased.

Can't say enough good things about the service department here. Austin is my go-to service advisor, and he always gets my truck in and out quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable and cares about his customers! This place is well-run, and the advisors are honest and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone!! Came in for recall and it didn't go as planned. Scheduled 7weeks in advance to drop off for 10 days while on vacation and there were issues. They did however make up for it and the remaining experience was a pleasant one. Even got a new (8 miles on the odometer) F150 to drive in the meantime.

Bob Tomes Ford is everything that you expect from a great dealership. The service manager and team are exceptional and will to help you in anyway.As for their Collision Center, it s top notch and agin I was treated not as a number but as a life long friend.Need I say more! Kudos to the Tomes employees!

We recently used this service department and the experience was very good. Brodie was my service advisor and I want to thank him because he really kept us informed of where we were and the process and what needed to be completed to fix our car. John the service manager went above and beyond by contacting us directly and making sure that all the operations were done in a timely manner. I'm extremely grateful for their assistance and would recommend this service department to anyone in need of repairs.

Excellent service experience. I had to take my mustang in because it was making a weird noise, they had to keep my car for a while and gave me a really nice F150 as a courtesy. They ended up finding and fixing the noise and we're extremely reasonable with the pricing.

I have a 2017 Ford Expedition with 2 recalls I received in the mail. I called the service center to see what I need to do. The guy told me to bring it in so they could check it out and order the part. I came to the service center Saturday morning, spoke to 3 different people while waiting and finally had someone bring me inside to get some information. Nobody seemed to understand what a recall was. They guy then told me he would need the car for a few days to diagnose what needs to be ordered. I said it was a recall and should be able to be looked up, and why would I need to leave the car if they had to order the part? He then said they usually have 2 or 3 parts in stock, to which I asked why the gentleman on the phone told me there were none in stock and it had to be ordered. Waste of my time. Had the man on the phone originally told me it would need to be dropped off, it would not have been an issue. I don't like when horrible customer service wastes my time. Will never visit again. Nobody knows what is going on and they act like they are crazy busy when there are literally no customers.

This is my third Ford and I think the customer service is excellent. They are friendly, accomodating and take my concerns seriously. I ve used both the body shop, auto service/repair and purchased and leased several cars through them as well. I always receive outstanding customer service from the entire staff at Bob Tomes Ford. Also, they they have supported events in our community for the local high school band and FFA.Service: Tires

The Worst!I had the shield underneath my car replaced and while I was there I was told there were 3 recalls on my vehicle. I couldn t stay at the shop for hours, so I asked them to please do the most important recall, which they did. I told them I would come back in a few days to get the other 2 done.3 days later I show up and drop off the car to get the other 2 recalls taken care. 2 hours after I leave I get a text from them saying: we cannot perform the updates because your battery is bad and needs to be replaced first.Ummm . No. I just got a new battery 18 months ago, there is no way my battery is bad. They guy says: well it might still be under warranty then. I told him I would be there shortly to pick up my car.I get my vehicle back with the battery test they did and I immediately take it to national tire and battery where I purchased my battery from 18 months prior. They test the battery and the battery is good! No need to repair it.Horrible service at this place. 3 days ago you could have done all recalls just fine, but now all of a sudden you can t because my battery is bad, but it really isn t bad? Shameful!Not to mention when I got the shield underneath replaced, one guy told me it would be $80 for labor, while another told $180-$250 for labor. Yeah, no!

Bob Tomes pre-owned dealership was easy to work with and very helpful. Was able to even work out the price over text. Keighly Reynolds was such a laid back and helpful sales rep. Easiest truck buying process I ve been through.

John Buscema was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful while I was purchasing my first vehicle. He was very patient and transparent with me while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. John s team lead Michael Moreno was also very helpful with answering any questions I had. I highly recommend using John or Michael if you re in the market for a car - cannot recommend them enough!

Brodie in the service department did a top-notch job helping me with a service issue and a couple of recalls on my F150. He clearly described the issues and kept me in the loop along the way as the issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered and the coolant system was ultimately fixed. Highly recommend!Update 2/14/23: Had my first scheduled maintenance done on my F150. Dane in the service department was honest and professional and got the truck in and out quickly. Even pointed out that I had FordPass points to use which resulted in free service. I continue to highly recommend and will be returning for the next scheduled service. Thanks!

Wow. Austin at Bob Tomes was great. Greeted me immediately as I walked in the service center. Took the time to hook up his scanner and help me understand few engine codes. Gave me confidence that they can get it done quick. Austin called to update me twice while it was in service and what they had found. Advised me it was under warranty. On the fifth day Austin called to let me know it was ready. From beginning to end Austin made sure I was updated and responded to my emails imminently. He will be my service advisor moving forward. Took my truck at the last minute for a emergency fix, Ivan Perez got me in and took care of the issue. The service he provided was honest and explained the fix. Will definitely be bringing my truck again for future service.

Scheduled an appointment for a recall two days ago, and the dealer confirmed parts were in stock. Today was the earliest available appointment. Arrived at 7:00AM this morning to leave the car for repair and was informed they no longer had the parts, and we should "try again" after Thanksgiving! When they take the appointments, they should hold the parts required. And then to suggest that the same fiasco may happen each time we try to get the recall addressed is inexcusable. Based on my apparently unrealistic expectation that confirmation they had the part, and a scheduled appointment, meant I could anticipate the repair would be performed. I spent 4 hours driving to retrieve the car from my daughter who is away at school only to be informed they no longer had the part. If they could at least have called last night, it would have saved much of the inconvenience.Service: Transmission repair

Wanted to get a estimate on my truck. For the insurance company. The guy that was going to do it wouldn't said he would to tear the apart. And would not do it. Went back in and got back on his computer. Leaving me standing there. And the oil change cost me 70 bucks. Was supposed to be 10 bucks. I have Bob Thomas Ford many times and had a good experience. BUT this will probably be my last time. I told the guy it was supposed be 10 before they. Started.Service: Oil change

I have had both negative and positive experiences with the Bob Tomes Service Center over the last couple of years. After expressing my frustration with a recent experience, Hunter (a Customer Service Manager) listened, apologized, and took measures to make things right. I believe he does want to take care of customers, so I am willing to give them another chance. Should I experience 5-star service consistently moving forward, I will share my positive experience to give credit where it is due.

I called yesterday for Parts Department & spoke with Chris who was so patient and helpful while I vented about my car and it's issues..he told me all I needed to know about the possible parts I may need. Then he transferred me to Mike, who was just as amazing as I was super stressed about not having a car & my frustration with the current situation. Today I got a car secured & I thought he was the greatest but he said props needed were for Tessa and she was the Rockstar that made it happen. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the staff here!! Thank you!!

I got here at 7 am right when they opened, and have been here 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple oil change and to have a nail pulled from a tire. These guys must be unionized or something. There is no reason it should take this long for such basic service. Once we are done using our credit with the service department (from the purchase of a new vehicle) I will never come back here for an oil change or to get a nail pulled, which Discount Tire will do for free.Services: Tires, Oil change
