If I could Jeff 10 stars I would!!! He is so sweet, kind, and caring! He made the car buying process for my sister easy and he explained everything in detail! It was such a great experience! If you are trying to buy a car please see Jeff! I will come back to buy a car from you Jeff! You are the best may God bless you! Also, the general manager Jimmy was great as well! He was super sweet and nice! 10/10 would recommend!

Jeff is the man to go to for a new ride! He's super chill and answers all your questions without making you feel rushed. He's all about transparency and honesty, which is awesome. Plus, he's been in the game for ages, so he knows his stuff inside and out. This is my second car purchase from Avis, and my previous car has been running smoothly for three years now. So, here we are again, getting another one!

Jeff was great - very attentive and patient as we checked out many of the vehicles they had. There was no hard core pushy sales tactics, answered all our questions, offered advice on which vehicles to check out. Afterwards, we received a follow up message to see if there were any other questions. . .when we returned a couple of days later to purchase they made the process easy.

This was by far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Syed was a rockstar and got us preapproved before we came in. We test drove three cars and a couple hours later we were out the door on our way home in my new car. The warranty s they have are an incredible value and will give you peace of mind in your purchase. I could not be happier with my purchase and would definitely recommend buying from them if you are in the market for a car.

Overall I m happy with the purchase of my new vehicle. Good value, very clean, and easy process. However the salesperson said all their vehicles come with a mandatory $499 paint warranty. I asked to decline and he told me it was required by corporate. Truly don t care for that part of it.

Firt when you get there, talk to Jeff Sowards. He is amazing. Very helpful, very patient and never in hurry. I am European and experience of buying a car in the US is usually awful. But here at Avis with Jeff Sowards and then with Jimmy it is as it should be! Nice. Slow. Insightful process. Also, I did test drive together with my wife, so we have privacy to talk about the car and nobody was looking at us from the rear seat. I recommend it with 100% certainty!

I worked with Jeff Sowards in the Mckinney office. Jeff was great I had some time hurdles and they were moving inventory, but Jeff kept me informed on cars that I was interested in and when they were available. He was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing my vehicle. Kudos to Jeff for a Job well done.

Went with my younger brother to Purchase his very first car. Completely blown away by the no pressure process. Jeff is absolutely amazing! We were in and out in less than 2 hrs!!! Unheard of! I've purchased many cars so I've delt with sales people. This is a no BS place here. I will absolutely refer and come here for my next vehicle!

At this time, I believe this location engages in deceptive and dangerous trade practices.Long story short - Avis knew that there was a patch on the driver side rear tire and they had to air this tire up daily and did not disclose this information to us nor did they care to correctly fix it.We drove 5 hours home and took the car to Discount Tire. Discount showed me that the repair was done improperly and we were lucky it did not come out while traveling at 75 mph.If this would have happened, we could have been stranded late at night on the road or worse, lost control of the vehicle and been injured or killed.Update: Avis did send me a check to pay for a new tire.

Very quick and easy process. Several chojces available. Almost walked away because of extra $500 fee for paint and fabric protection. Not shown or listed on web site. No option to decline. So just be aware the web listed price is going to be $500 more than it appears.

Just bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla from this Avis location and couldn't be happier!The staff were consumate professionals and it was by far the most worry free car buying experience I've had.The salesman, Justin, had the car looking great when I arrived and even better when I left, while Rebecca, the loan officer, was able to save me $14 a month in interest on the financing side!Very pleased and will recommend to friends and family.

"Virtually no negotiation" is accurate. Test drives were done solo which i had experienced from another dealership and Really liked. I was able to pull over and check blind spots, thoroughly check the interior and exterior, check the brakes, acceleration, etc. Without having to make small talk or be told how to experience the test drive. I personally worked with Jeff from the beginning to end. I knew the car I wanted to look at, test drove it twice. Confirmed on the first phone call what the "out the door" price would be. And it didn't change all the way up to me signing the papers. Now, thats how car buying should be! Highly recommend Jeff to anyone that needs assistance. My car is running great and I'm very happy with the experience.
