Tonight I went in with my almost 16 year old son. I'm a single mom and unfortunately was never taught many basic car care skills, so when I asked about changing the wiper blades, I asked the gentleman helping us, Alex C., if he would show my son how it worked so he could learn some of the skills. Alex went above and beyond, showing and talking my son through what he did with the first blade and helping him do the second one. He also showed him how to find and refill the washer fluid. He was courteous, friendly, and took the time to help my son. I truly appreciated it!

I have not been in one in a long time as I never had they need to, but recently needed to get a battery terminal bolt for a motorcycle battery and gave it a go (as other had or offered nothing). The gent took the time to not only find one in his "extra" bin (odd bolts and nuts etc.) but gave me two of them to take with me! Very friendly...!

The best Autozone location I ve ever been to. The entire staff were very nice, especially the part manager, Cameron C., Who was very helpful changing my car battery. Extremely friendly and skilled in what he does. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back!

I was just here this evening, 11/27/23, and I have to compliment the service I received from both Greg and Bill! I was there for quite some time but they both put in such hard work. I have never felt so taken care of at an Auto Zone before and I cannot thank them enough for replacing my battery, both terminals, and another piece that my stepdad and I couldn't access at home. Highly recommend requesting these two gentleman if you are able, the professionalism and hospitality they provide is unmatched!!

If you need anything PLEASE see Wayne. I came to get some tools for my headlights and as I went Wayne came over to me and we talked and everything and he found that my connector was burnt into oblivion. He helped me changed ALL of it, the connector, light, etc. super great and nice guy. Made my day a lot easier and better.

Great service. We are from arkansas and our montero broke down near the shop. I am a mechanic and new what was wrong with the suv. I was going to buy a bunch of tools to fix the problem, butl i spoke to one of the managers Scott, and advised me on the tools i needed to rent vs spending alot more buying them. I feel he went above and beyond the service required. Definatly a stress full situation for me and my family. Oh and scott, sorry the monster energy drink is the only thank you i was able to offer,Thank you again to Scott and the rest of the autozone team.

Took my battery to get charged came back and it had not ben charged, the salesmen were super kind he was going to give me a battery off the shelve for my troubles but i told him i could wait for it to be charged, also the items i was going to purchase they took care of that for me because of my troubles i am super stoked and one very happy customer thank you for taking care of me.
